From a Hormonal Test I carried out 2 years ago as directed by the doctor I was seeing due to Irregular periods it showed I had High prolactin.
I have since been on Vitex, Evening Primerose and some DIY recipes I read from this thread that worked for some people.
Fast forward to this year my period became a bit regular though not totally which is why I went for another Hormonal Test as recommended a doctor and the result I posted above is what I got.

Consider adding inositol, vit b6 and soursop tea.
Your multivitamins too are very important.

Based on your experience, what can I do to balance this ?

Triggers of pcos are many.
You just have to find out what may be triggering it;
High prolactin?
High androgens?
High blood sugar?
Excess fat?
Poor kidney filtration?
Low oestrogen?
High cortisol?
Poor gut health?

This list is not exhaustive but can give you a guide on what to look out for .
Addressing those one after the other will help one reverse pcos. But there are temporal things people do; eg clomid to force ovulation or supplements to achieve conception but some do not address the above underlying issues that the body is trying to draw attentions to.

The decision on a treatment route to take is entirely yours

This is not a typical doctors advise but based on experience.
Your hormones show pcos. Your LH is elevated far above FSH which shouldn't be soo.
With this, the ovaries will not release a matured ovum. It will rather be producing multiple ovums that never gets to maturity. Thats the polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos)

Good afternoon everybody.

I have been taking addyzoa, Vit E, Vit C and zinc supplement to treat low sperm count, low motility and bad morphology. When I started addyzoa a month ago, sperm count was 16.6 million,progressive motility was 35%,non motile was 42%, normal morphology was 23%, abnormal was 72%.

Now after 1 month of taking addyzoa,Vit E, Vit C and zinc supplement, sperm count is 30 million, progressive motility is 15%, non motile is 60%, normal morphology is 4% while abnormal is 96%.

I am still taking addyzoa, vit E, vit C and zinc supplement to continue to improve sperm count but I need suggestions on how to rapidly boost the motility and morphology.

I will really appreciate any advice given.

Rule out infection too before using either of them
Give you body atleast 60days to see the real benefit of what you are taking. New cells mature between 45day -60days

There is a retired eye doctor that I know that can help you manage this condition.
In addition, follow up with Herbs and supplements that will strengthen the optical nerves so your brain and your eyes will communicate better

3cm Fibroid found on the upper part of the womb but outside the womb.
Womb appears tilted towards the back and not forward (anteverted) . It could be possibly because of the position of fibroid .
I will advise her to look out for those local ijaw ladies that reposition uterus

Good morning mamas, how's everybody holding up? Pls I need some advices - initially I waited for 7years before I got BFP & delivered last year. I treated high prolactin & did laparoscopy & hyteroscopy to removed adhesion. I've been trying for baby no2 since January yet nothing cam Tru. I delivered via CS so couldn't do sit batz but for the past 3months now I noticed I spot during my ovulation (somtimes on ovulation day, somtimes 2days to ovulation) the blood will come lik a stain & go. My baby is 1½yrs & im no longer breastfeeding. I've never experienced this during the ttc period then so I don't know could it be that I still have retained blood because I cudnt do sit batz? What you have may be endometriosis of the ovary called endometrioma. You have to be careful choosing surgery as option too as that can affect ovarian function.
Read about endometriosis and stay on those things that help allevate the pains while gradually shrinking off the tissues.

I really don't know about the tests, but from experience, look into building your egg quality and Hubby's sperm quality. Do hystersoscopy to rule out submucosal fibroid, polyps or indented uterus that may be preventing implantation. Then read about using wobenzymN to prevent unexplained miscarriages . Additionally, using Redraspbery will help you tone up the uterian walls incase they have lost elasticity due to multiple procedures.

As women age, ovarian quality decline, so I think she should focus on that more rather than this clomid pumping she's getting , wasting the small egg reserve she has already.
