Work on shrinking off the fibroids or atleast, let it not grow beyond this. Work on the polycystic ovaries seen, I believe its a mild one because your hormones look fairly balanced, only prolactin is slightly elevated. Use vitex and vitamin b6 to balance that.

Medically. Hydrosalpinx will prevent you from conceiving even if the tubes were open. Its a condition where the tube appears swollen and is filled with toxic fluids. It's an infection of the fallopian tube. The conclusion is that both tubes are open but they both have hydrosalpinx. Go for tubal treatment

Prolactin is slightly elevated. Is there any breast discharge? You can use vitex or vitamin B6 or chew on Cabbage and alligator pepper to restore it to normalcy.
I really domt like when estrogen is less than 100 at follicular phase so you may look into boosting it. Things like maca, wild Yam, evening primrose, blackcohos, flaxseed will help you step it up.

Hello house please , after our first son which is 6 years old now , 2 years after we have been trying till now and we went to do test and found out is bileteral tube blockages and we are advice to do laparoscopic . Though I am not in nigeria then so she went to do it but I am not sure if the doctor really do it well or he lied , so we went to another lab to do test again and we where told that it still bileteral blockage . Treat the root cause.
Treat before you flush. Most times you don't even need to flush if you treat it well enough..

There are many causes of fallopian tubal blockage; top on the list is long untreated infection, then scars/adhesion from previous instrumentation (surgery, dnc, ) etc

A complex cyst may add pressure on the ovaries thereby affecting ovulation. Pls try and seek ways to heal it. It doesn't resolve on its own like someone suggested. Try alternative medicine that will shrink it off before you consider surgery.
