You can discuss that with your employer. It wasn't me but my guy that went through the visa process. He bore the cost fully. Employer needed those to process his visa, so he provided them at his own cost to facilitate the visa processes.

Just go to the embassy for attestation. For the MOFA, just tip them & minister will sign faster, if not, you will sleep there.

Never use evening primroseoil after ovulation. It is counterproductive to what you seek to achieve. You only need it from menses to ovulation.
