CAN YOU PEOPLE SEE WHERE THE STUPID ''Anywhere but Nigeria'' mentality afflicting our youths has been leading them?

Brainwashed fools who think Nigeria is the ''worst place on earth'', a ''failed state'', and other unprintable names they call Nigeria.

OK YOU HAVE GONE TO PARADISE. WHY ARE YOU STILL IN TOUCH?

Look at them begging to come back.

Saying they ''want to return to their fatherland, Nigeria.''

I bet they weren't calling it that when they were jetting off.

''Fcking Shithole'' more like.

THIS SHOCKING VIDEO HAS GONE VIRAL.

Still awaiting videos from the Nigerians who ended up as SLAVES in Libya, eating dog food thrown at them on the floor, after crossing the Sahara Desert to flee the ''shithole Nigeria''.

One day one day, you will learn to love your ''fatherland''.

No Longer a Sh..it Hole? Nigerian Women In Lebanon Beg To Return To Nigeria

Nigerian women working as maids and other useless jobs in Lebanon are now begging to be returned to the Nigerian ''shithole'', joining their counterparts in the USA, Libya, UK, Germany, China etc, in begging the FG to send them planes to return to Nigeria.

Leading one to question, Are we no longer a shiithole?

Hope you people are also getting ready to drink your agbo alone.grin

If they raise their prices, they will be priced out of the market by Chinese goods.

They may even turn beggars on Nigerian streets.

What is agbo?

Dumbass moro.n. Other African countries will buy indeed. Because you are who? Why would they abandon CHINA and ITALY (in this case of shoes) to buy from you? What are you? A market newcomer from some anonymous tiny African country, hoping to compete with China and Italy to sell shoes in Africa?

Illiterates with no common sense.

Do you know that China today can commit 100 billion dollars just to depress prices in a particular industry and kick you out of the market? This is if you even actually became competition for them.

Since when do you need to be part of Nigeria to sell goods and services to Nigeria? Abeg make we hear word

You are NAIVE to the point of blind stupidity if you think you can secede from Nigeria and the Nigerian govt will still allow you to import your foreign goods into Nigeria. Even YOU will have to show your papers to be anywhere in Nigeria like Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, Jos, Benin etc, because you WILL be deported en masse to the east if you secede. Good luck dealing with Nigerian police in showing your residency permits.

I don't really think the issue with Wizzy is his lyrics. It's the actual songs themselves and their melody, beats etc. They are all over the place.

He needs to play '2 step' groovy beats (like Davido) and better melody.

All the more reason why the Biafra idea is STUPID.

Who will be the primary market of this expansion in Anambra State?

NIGERIANS.

Africa's biggest market, and the world's 6th largest consumer market.

Secessionists imagine that they will be able to sell these wares to the world, and don't need the Nigerian market. But they are seriously deluded. Countries are putting up protectionist barriers to build their own local industries. Others like China, have comparative advantage in manufacturing, and will leverage that to start price wars if need be, lowering them to stave off any competition.

Many buying countries would simply prefer the familiarity of Italian or even China made products, and would shun new, unproven stuff from some little African country.

Bottom line: For these Eastern industries to thrive, and take off to the next level, THEY NEED THE NIGERIAN MARKET.

Secession kills that immediately.

Nigeria is projected to become the world's THIRD most populous nation after China and India by 2050.

That is MARKET on a world class scale which Igbo manufacturers can have FIRST ACCESS TO BEFORE ALL-COMERS, if they play their cards right, and remain in the federation.

That FIRST ACCESS to the Nigerian market is already happening slowly, as groups like INNOSON and others get government supply contracts. INNOSON even supplies the Nigerian Airforce with equipment now.

As we approach 2050, the Igbos could become the richest ethnicity in all Africa, and among the richest on earth, if they remain...Nigerians.

A word is enough for the wise.

Antell95:
Nigeria’s House of Representatives members have reportedly just unearthed clauses in a loan collected by the Nigerian Regime from China that concedes the country’s sovereignty to the Asian country.

Chairman of the House Committee on Treaties, Protocol and Accedences, Ossai Nicholas Ossai, raised the alarm while probing loans received by the regime.

The committee noted that the clauses in Article 8(1) of the commercial loan accedence signed between Nigeria and Export-Import Bank of China allegedly concedes sovereignty of Nigeria to China in the $400m loan for the Nigeria National Information and Communication Technology Infrastructure Backbone Phase II Project signed in 2018.

According to a report by ThisDay, the clause in the agreement signed by the Federal Ministry of Finance (borrower) on behalf of Nigeria and the Export-Import Bank of China (lender) on September 5, 2018, provides that, “The borrower hereby irrevocably waives any immunity on the grounds of sovereign or otherwise for itself or its property in connection with any arbitration proceeding pursuant to Article 8(5), thereof with the enforcement of any arbitral award pursuant thereto, except for the military assets and diplomatic assets.”

Mr Rotimi Amaechi, the Minister of Transportation, urged the House not to investigate the loan being received by the regime, integrating that the probe will jeopardise the chances of the country in getting further loans. He integrated that China was monitoring happenings in Nigeria and the probe will send a negative message to the Asian country about Nigeria.

“But in asking questions on these loans now, it may jeopardise these loans. The Lagos-Ibadan is not completed; the Ibadan-Kano is not completed.

“Let the Government of China not say there is a dissension in the government on this loan and so we will not give this loan.

“So, I appeal to the chairman to give us from now till December when we are likely to secure the loans. Then, from January, February, you can resume this investigation.”

The House of Reps withal evoked the Minister of Communication, Ali Isa Pantani; Minister of Finance, Budget and National planning, Mrs Zainab Ahmed; and Director General of the Debt Management Office, Ms Patience Oniha. These ministers are expected to provide answers on the $500m loan to be sourced from the Export-Import Bank of China for railway lines in the country. They are withal to provide details on the acquiescent signed between the Federal Ministry of Transport and the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation in respect of some railway projects in the country. The projects involved are the Abuja-Kaduna, Lagos-Ibadan, Ibadan-Kaduna and Kaduna-Kano railways lines.

You are an irresponsible purveyor of FAKE NEWS.

What sovereignty is China taking over in Nigeria? They provide a loan to build a facility. If the loan is defaulted upon, they come in and run the facility till they recoup their investment. That is the exact same thing a bank will do if you default on a big loan. In fact the bank is worse as they'll just seize it outright and sell to recoup.

None of this even REMOTELY cedes Nigerian sovereignty to China, unless you 're saying that all foreign-owned business operations, from factories to services, in Nigeria mean the country is relinquishing sovereignty to them.

I mean, the entire argument is so illiterate and bogus that one really wonders the type of education many of you spouting this rubbish received.

It's simple, I have studied the whole Nigerian mentality from youths and the elderly.unlike the whites, Africans are not patriotic or love their countries from the leaders down to the ordinary man , putting their countries in the world map doesn't interest the average African man. an average Nigerian is what I call an 'idividualist' he doesn't give a hoot, his country can burn to ashes for all he cares as long as he has all he need a in life..money, money ,money and they don't see anything wrong with it so its never going to change . Am so sorry to say this Africa might be colonised again..

Bro sorry but that is the fact!
Nigeria, the most populous Black country in the world is in ruins.
The same oil that is a curse to Nigeria has transformed UAE, a desert into one of the most preferred destinations on earth.
Damnit! You can't flip through the National Dailies without being greeted by tales of corruption in the country amidst heavy infrastructural deficit.
Why would our rulers plunder the wealth of our countries with impunity and starve the continent of basic amenities if we are not cursed.
From Angola to Zambia is the same stories.
I would rather die than deny that the Black race is not cursed
I have come to the realisation that, the White, Arabs and Asians have a higher IQ than the Black hence we are backward and inferior to them. Fact!

You are truly sick, and a demented halfwit, to come here propagating discredited, demonic racist trash and quack racist theories.

Look, this is really easy. Why not just leave this place, you wretched animal, and move to the KKK and other neo-nazi websites who support your nastiness, and leave us NORMAL human beings alone?

We really have no type for your disgusting, repulsive type here. Go and hang out with those who think like you, the KKK and neo-nazi white supremacist gangs.

You can pay them personal visits as their smiley black slave and even suck their nuts.

You have NO BUSINESS on this forum, and certainly not on THIS thread.

Sorry the truth hurts bro! However, you have the prerogative to live in denial as a Black man while the truth stares you in the face.
Yelling racism just to appeal to the emotion of those who dwell in the dreamland does not change the reality.
Can you show me a single healthy Black nation on this planet? NO!
Black nations are characterized  by chaos, egoistic fulled wars, endemic corruption and economic collapse etc.
Is it not shameful that after independence, most of the Black countries exist at the mercy foreign aids to fund their budgets.
Tomorrow, we will board rickety boats to Europe enmasse, turn up where we are not wanted and are  treated like dogs.
Africa till this day, remains inarguably the poorest continent in the world, inspite of the vast natural resources she is endowed with.
Tell me what is your own definition of an accursed place.
Don't trigger off my resentment abeg abeg abeg....

Look at you. Worthless, ignorant lowlife steeped in self hatred.

How many black countries have you visited out of the 60 or so on Earth? My guess is less than 5. In fact I'm 100% certain.

You are unqualified to discuss the black world because you are a conditioned robot programmed to think like a dumb CNN/western media addict.

Ignorant dunce, Kenya is not ''characterised by chaos, war, and economic collapse''. Neither are 95% of black nations. Get your lazy, stupid, dumb self off CNN and BBC and pay a visit to Senegal and mix with your black brethren.

Or go to Kigali and hang out. Or Seychelles. Or Tanzania. Or Jamaica. Or Trinidad. There is no ''chaos and collapse'' in these places.

YOU are a conditioned ROBOT programmed to see the black world as evil and chaotic. But the people who programmed you to hate your heritage are busy touring your lands in their MILLIONS each year as tourists and business visitors. Just like they lied about your ancestors being ''uncivilized'' yet saw it fit to loot and steal their ''uncivilized'' ancient artefacts to store in their museums.

Rossikki,
This is nice thread. Things like this we want, to share how we can develop within....rather than relying on instructions packaged as research from UK. grin

Ok, im not trying to put anyone down but are you aware Marina front in Island used to look like the Oxford street picture you put up there?

No lie! Pictures and stories exist of old Marina. Pictures of old wharf, old UK embassy, David Copperfield, Kingsway, Leventis, old Ministry of External Affairs, old Army HQ, Glover Hall....all the way to the Catholic church, MBHS, General Hospital.

People flooded Lagos and ruined Old Marina.

Allen Avenue would not be immuned from similar ruin if you make an Oxford out of it.

Sorry, I disagree. In fact if you visit those places you mentioned, they look BETTER than they did in the colonial days. A lot of renovation of Lagos Island and CBD has taken place in recent years.

Tinubu Sq for instance looks better than it did decades ago:

The Lagos Skyline is also much improved from decades ago:

We're moving forward, however 'slowly'.
