All they have to do is pay an international architecture firm, like Gensler, to draw up plans for the area. Complete the land acquisition, and pay a private company like Julius Berger, ITB, or CCECC, to execute the plans. Development is very easy nowadays. There are private companies that can do all the thinking and work for you -- all you need is vision.

Kelechi Iheanacho spiced up the FA Cup with his double against Man Utd.

And now his name will go down in CRISPORY as Leicester-based snacks giant Walkers are to mark their first semi-final for 39 years by launching a new range of tortilla chips called IheaNACHOS.

They will be in shops before Brendan Rodgers’ men play Southampton at Wembley on April 18, for the right to face Chelsea or Manchester City in the final.

Leicester and England legend Gary Lineker will star in a £1million TV advert­ising campaign, which will also reference another of the current City heroes.

The Match of the Day host is screened sitting naked in a bath of crisps, eating the IheaNACHOS from the FA Cup before he looks into the camera and says the slogan: “Will you love ’em? Yes Ndidi!”

Lineker also has a quip at opponents Saints and their manager Hasenhuttl by saying: “They melt in your Ralph.”

And in another dig at Southampton, IheaNACHOS multi-packs will contain NINE bags — referring to Leicester’s 9-0 win over the Saints in October 2019.

A sauce close to Iheanacho said he is delighted to dip into the tortilla market.

They say charity begins at home, you haven't finished building railway connecting other regions in your country, yet you want to prioritize Niger republic ahead of other region in Nigeria.

Misplaced priority, you are begging a sovereign nation to construct railway for them because Niger republic is land locked, that they are using other african ports instead of Nigeria.

The revenue the government will generate will be greater than what they will derived if they prioritize building railway connecting south east, south south to Lagos ports.

I'm complaining about Lekki, Ikoyi, and Banana Island and you want to talk about ikeja? Ikeja looks like something from war-torn Congo or South Sudan. When I was last there, I couldn't believe that was really Nigeria.

Most of the foreigners I was travelling with were also stunned at the subhuman and monkey-like conditions of Ikeja -- unfortunately, that's where the airport is located, so you can't avoid it. I felt massive embarassment to see such a zoo in my country... It's not even worth discussing. I wish someone would burn it down.

In the UK, for example, the Lebanese have nowhere near the profile of Nigerians and they don't particular stand out as a special people or "great achievers".

The preferential treatment they get across Africa from backward leaders, who slavishly worship fair skin like the deluded OP, explains the strides Lebanese make in Nigeria and Africa.

I still witnessed this bull crap the other day when I was in a Mr. Biggs on the Island. This silly attendant was busy slavishly suckling up to this Lebanese customer and smiling from ear to ear.

As soon as it was my turn her face became stern and unwelcoming automatically. Very ungracious, rude, demeaning and unprofessional. This is how self-hating black folks treat each other in Africa, on their own soil, while giving Lebanese, Indians etal fawning and preferential treatment.

I was livid but thought against joining issues with an unexposed and brainwashed simpleton absolutely incapable of taking in any constructive criticism about her behaviour.

It is the self-hatred of most Africans and their slavish worship of white skin, which the OP is definitely suffering from, that hands a lot of advantages to the Lebanese and Asian folks we see on African soil.

The Lebanese built these towers almost 10 years ago. And since then, the Nigerians haven't erected anything taller than 3 stories.

It is all in the realm of human psychology. Only failures want Nigeria to break up. Any forward looking, ambitious, visionary person has plans for a project, business or new area of discovery that somehow assumes the indivisibility of Nigeria in the future.

A hopeless and lazy person obviously does not.
Such a person wants to go back to Nigeria of 1960, a year where he most likely was not born yet but has heard one sided views about how better things were.
They were not.
1960 eventually led to 1966 and the Civil War. Politicians were still corrupt and there was still poverty.

Some administrative changes may be necessary in Nigeria but mostly the people need to change themselves from selfish clannishness to a more brotherly approach to life

If this is the case why then is the government and people who don't want break up finding it almost impossible to maintain an egalitarian society where there is equity, Fair play, social justice and peaceful coexistence. Where there will not be 2 laws for those that belong and the 5%, where there will not be marginalization, where terrorist are given red carpet treatment and protester are shot at sight. Look at appointment into the security and oil industry and see for yourself how a country can be run into a ditch

I've noticed that some people visibly fear so much the breaking f Nigeria. You see it in their comments here on nairaland or posts on social media, no matter how they tend to veil that visible panick.

And one wonders what could be the reason. Like I don't get why such heightened fear.
