You can't blame the gal completely. Guys should let go of their ego sometimes. Supposing he didn't hear that she was about moving on or has moved on he might not have settled their differences..Not everyone is usually that patient to wait..

Don't get me wrong I didn't crucify him. Am not taking sides here besides I don't know the full story.. She might have started up a conversation with the guy to clear her mind and he started sounding serious.. Come to think of it noone pauses his life for anybody..If u want something u go for it..

Funny...There is nothing to judge here, d gal probably needed someone to talk and fortunately or unfortunately the guy started declaring interest. Mostimes when u have a breakup u try to channel ur mind on something else. If they where truly in love with each other they will work things out..

You don't know the value of what you have until u loose it..Most guys can't let go of there ego but immediately they feel the gal has moved on they now realize her worth..
