My professionals here. Pls what can you say about the quality and durability of these doors. Some say it will fade soon, while others say it is not made of steel and can be burgled easily. Your response will be appreciated.

Actually most of these doors are Turkish although there are China factions of it, but all of them do fade off mostly the ones that has wooden mixed with metals. If you haves this types it’s better you installed it where direct weather condition will not affected it.

Good day once again my esteemed team of builders and professionals. I have another question.
If someone is to cast a dpc, does he have to do some part of the plumbing before the casting? I keep wondering how drains for the bathroom and the toilet will be done when dpc has been cast already. Especially, the recessed type in bathrooms. Imagine having your foundation up to 6 courses high do u need to bore the wall by the side to direct the toilet waste and bathroom drains to the pit? Does your pit also need to be up to the dpc height? Thanks team.

The best approach is to do your waste piping system (stage1) before the casting of the DPC,but if condition warrant you not to do it at that time you can do it after.

More so, either your foundation is high or not ones your piping system is conduit type you need to perforate the foundation block down to the desired level where it will connect to the chamber port.

All measurement for tiles, marble etc, are same SQM.
price depends on the type needed, there are varieties of it.
