The simpler the window design the cheaper right?a

Or you just decided to have it this plain?

Are those tower profiles aluminum or another brand?

I guess you are referring to those windows we used in Ogun state duplex project , if so those upper 3roll is just a design, it’s permanent.(see attached pics)

Now I get why you are trying so hard to defend the price. Surprisingly out of everyone that commented on this, you are the only one defending the qouted sum. Are you saying you are the only professional here? BTW this is an open forum, why you come de carry the matter for head like gele? I have said my peace .

I just modified my previous message here.

But pls don't quote me again
Leakages checking can be done when all the water supply pipes have been fixed.. if it soil pipe leakages test, you can do it anytime but don't think it's necessary except your plumber did not use correct 100mm and 50mm pipes.
Note: if all the plumbing pipes are going to be bury inside wall which we normally called conduit type, all your pies must be thick by 3.2mm[/quote

Good answer engr topsy’
The op can also ask the plumber to do gradient test for the soil pipe.

Oga Wether Na duplex or bungalow #700k+ is too much as qouted by his meason for the said building. It's not rocket science, sometimes a plastering job should be qouted by partion

To all member here, let me drop this here before i stop arguing about the quote the op brought here.

ALHAJI MUFUTA and all others concerned member needs to sanitized this tread before it will go south.

I dont claimed to be mr know it all, i dont know anything, all God knows things all.

But some peoples that do comes here to mislead people here which cleint(s) which few client will now beleived that some engr reap them off ( although some builder, engr, qs are bad) but we still have so many good professionals here and outside here but due to some NON profetinal QUOTE, TALK, here make some of these profectionals always come to ready and move away without giving any VALUABLE COMMENTS again.

How can someone says that 250K WILL plaster 4BEDROOMS DUPLEX NOW A DAYS.

Just recently a member here gave me 4 bedroom duplex to palstered he is an Engr too.
The cost is more than 900k.( labour only)
Professional knows that size of building determine the cost.
Single room in the said building was plastered by 4 Masons, (very big space/height). I have done 4 bedroom duplex for 1m plus, some 700k plus so all depends on size and location.

timesup234:
i plaster two unit of 3 bedroom flats for 150k. Just say you dont know instead of assuming

It really shows the level of your professionalism.
continue misleading people of your caliber.
Thanks

GoodFaith:
700k include materials?
If 700k doesn't include materials ,
I guess the dude will include his wife ,or GF or sister for the 700k to make sens

Oga goodfaith, cost of plastering depends on the size of the building I.e length, breath, height. Plus location meanwhile some 4bedroom duplex will cost FAR more than this yes far more than this.

timesup234:
another criminal. Pay him 250k for workmanship

Just 250k to plaster a whole 4 bedroom duplex building
Or you think the op is talking about bungalow here.pls check well before you confuse people here
another criminal. Pay him 250k for workmanship[/quote
