@diodave, note; not all Nigeria tiles are good as we promote and praise them thank God you found that pics you send some of them will turn out to be as that while few of them will still last longer.
Majorly this happened in a traffic part of the building.
But few of NIGERIA tiles can withstand such heavy traffic area within shortest period of time it will fade off.
More pics to buttress your answer .

Heavy traffic part of building will only take some Nigeria tiles just 2-3yrs to Fade off.

While good Nigeria product of higher quality will take about 7yrs. Based on experience ...

Spanish porcelain or vetrify will do that magic.... But nna money.

If no be panadol it can never be like panadol.

That is why I do advise my client or anybody that asked me question or that show me there budget to mixed tiles higher quality or Spanish for heavy traffic area and lesser one for non traffic area....all based on your pocket

Few tips about Nigeria tiles and others

Most Nigeria tiles manufacturer now proudly write there name boldly on there product.

If you check the back of most Nigeria indoor tiles(toilet, kitchen wall) do comes in offwhite or cream colour

Most nigeria walls tiles are not heavy when you hold it.

Most Nigeria tiles are not double fire baking( only professional can used this to know there diff from Spanish tiles.

Lastly let's embrace our product we will get there one day.its not like before that we use to see only 6*6 abeoukta and Royal white wall tiles, now there are verities.

* But real Spanish still remain real Spanish or Italy.we have not reach that level here in Nigeria for now oo. Colour/design and size can be the same but in quality we are not yet catch up with them.

If you check there wall tiles back you will find it reddish or teracota colour.

It's well fire baked

Non fade.

Almost all of them are heavy when you hold it.

If you place Nigeria wall and Spanish tiles beside each other you will see the quality diff.

Most of there wall tiles are very thick.

Lastly they comes in many sizes that you can not even think of 120*120*,60*60, 45*45,20*50,20*60, 100*100, 33.5*33.5, etc.
