its not true, I got 9e with 1.8m dish yesterday

@ ify, kindly mention d channels u got. Issue is, my 1.8m dish supposedly locates 9E but when I scan, its only SES 5 channels that come up - meaning I never got 9E in d first place. Did u get Digisports or AFN?

It appears 1.8m pan can't track 9E

My testimony, i just brought down 9e bird this morning with dstv old white 90cm dish plus strong short neck lnb cut opened lnb positioned @7.00 time.All the AFN channels came on board with 60% signal.but all their movie channels cannot match the ones mbc gives.so i'm switching back to my mbc on 7w later today.the good thing is that i got that 9e bird after 1 weeks of trying.

Still in d sun, on d trail of 9E. Aside movies aren't there kiddies, documentary, news, travel channels? I've never known anything so elusive

But Malix, I receive DW, i24, Zuku Zone, First Service, RT, BVN, France24, NHK World, etc. Are those not on Eutel 9A?

Can't get digisports, can't get AFN on 9E. Could it b d 4950H (v 3.46) I'm using? I'm in FCT. Dish is pan 1.8m, signal strength & quality 90%

I can't get Discovry Netwrks on IS20C or is it general? My dish is pan 2.4m, Strong lnb, in FCT. Thanx all

Guys, spent d whole day battling IS 20 in my medium-size backyard. Used 3900H22222 & 3739H26590 but all was in vain though. But I wanna ask; if I have about 7m(22feet) infront of my dish b4 my neighbour's fence, can it probably obstruct IS 20 signal? My dish is 2.4m pan; neighbour's fence top is same level wth ctr of my dish. pls yr opinion, thanx

I found out that those news channels: DW, RT & france24 are actually on Astra 4A/SES 5 (both Ku, 5°E, 90cm dish), & not Eutelsat 9A - whose beam to Europe may not be receivable in Africa

Please how do I get astra 4A as I presently have 90cm dish with DSTV, muti tv and amos on separate lnb on it, is it possible to tun the amos lnb to the astra 4A on the same dish so that I can get my news channels

Those news channels are also available on Eutelsat 9A (9°E.) which is closer to Amos (17°E.). U can thus easily redirect yr Amos lnb to Eutelsat 9A. Best wishes

Kudos House. I keep switching btw srt 4940(MyTV box) & 4950h(fta) to watch programs. But my 1 wish is to be able to route signal frm srt4940 thro d 4950h seamlessly. Any ideas pls? Thanx

Fuji SSI-T20, then Premium Gold. Non of them worked. Dish has no dents

Tried fruitlessly to nail Hot bird on two occasions in Abuja. Don't know whether my 2.4m Strong dish is insufficient or there is something else amiss

Manually insert the frequency of HBO buy added extra number like 0395(1) then manually insert new powervu key with the new frequency, it will open.
