But going by the resolve of the APC caucus in the house to ensure that Amaechi is screened and confirm and the sympathetic stance of some few opposition Senators, I believe Amaechi will be screened before the stipulated 21 working days.

Having considered the delimal between APC, amaechi and pdp.... its no longer news that amaechi hasnt been screened and his fate is hanging in the balance waiting on the decision of the house committee on ethics and priviledges..
alot of Nigerians has expressed their fear as regards the 21 days ultimatum stipulated by the constitution and this is the bane of my write up..
the constitution clearly spells this out in section 147 subsection 6... which states AN APPOINTMENT TO ANY OF THE OFFICES AFORESAID SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN MADE WHERE NO RETURN HAS BEEN RECIEVED FROM THE SENATE WITHIN TWENTY ONE WORKING DAYS OF THE RECIEPT OF NOMINATION BY THE SENATE...
Alot of persons have been confused and making speculation based on their own interpretation of the aforementioned constitution, they said 21days elaspes today, some have said with the exemption of saturday and sunday the due date is october 28..
well going by tradition, the nigerian senate seats for usually 3days a week and on rear occasion 4 days in a week going by this calculation the house of senate seats a minimum of 156days a year, with a minimum of 3 seating a weak, seating for 21days will spread across a maximum of 7weeks (which end is friday 13th november)... these are the 3 possible interpretation to this section

HERE MIGHT BE THE ALMIGHTY GAME PLAN FOR THE APC FOR AMAECHI....
The committee on ethics and priviledge might decide to seat out the report submission if the PDP CACUS do not agree on giving amaechi a fair hearing, considering the fact that the committee has continually eluded the presentation of her report on Amaechi.... postponing it from friday lastweek to tuesday and now to thursday.... this might be a way to delay the screening of Amaechi and possibly keep postponing it till the 21 Days has elapsed which might be november 13th... 17 days time.. or october 28th .... 7 days time
the apc will not dare throw Amaechi to the podium of firing squad and attack and risk exposing the presidency to uncontrollable attacks on reasons of his moral standing towards corruption..... unless pdp plays ball APC cant bring forth AMAECHI..
by this move; with the elapsing of the dead line AMAECHI AUTOMATICALLY BECOMES A MINISTER OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC WHETHER THE PDP LIKE IT OR NOT..... how they achieve this is the secret they will guard jealously...

catholics from what i hav studied and witness from the truly enlightened ones dont worship her but give her honour and with great belief seek her intersession in their personal problems.... alot of testimonies have come by this means of which i have witness a few ....they dont pray to her rather through her... as in the bible she has shown her intersessory power....

Paul Walker's daughter has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche, claiming the sports car he was riding in had multiple design flaws.

The suit, filed Monday on behalf of 16-year-old Meadow Rain Walker, seeks unspecified damages for defects it alleges contributed to her father's death.

"The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn't belong on the street," Walker's attorney, Jeff Milam, said in a statement. "And we shouldn't be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas."

Calvin Kim with Porsche Cars North America said the automaker hasn't seen the lawsuit and wouldn't comment on specifics.

"As we have said before, we are saddened whenever anyone is hurt in a Porsche vehicle, but we believe the authorities' reports in this case clearly established that this tragic crash resulted from reckless driving and excessive speed," Kim said.

The lawsuit
The lawsuit alleges "the vehicle lacked safety features that are found on well-designed racing cars or even Porsche's least expensive road cars -- features that could have prevented the accident or, at a minimum, allowed Paul Walker to survive the crash."

The court document contends the 2005 Carrera GT should have come with an electronic stability control system to protect against swerving. The car also lacked adequate side door reinforcement bars and had defective rubber fuel lines, according to the lawsuit.

Investigators: Speed -- not drugs, racing or mechanical failure -- killed Paul Walker

The high-performance 2005 Porsche Carrera GT was going "between 80 and 93 mph at the time the car impacted a power pole and several trees," the report said. The posted speed limit on the Santa Clarita, California, office park road was 45 mph.

The sheriff's conclusion was no surprise, since the coroner's report previously estimated the car was speeding at 100 mph.

A source familiar with the Walker family's lawsuit, however, say that investigators who analyzed surveillance video think the car was actually going slower. The suit, in fact, claims the vehicle was traveling "at approximately 63 to 71 mph when it suddenly went out of control."

The family's investigators think the car was going between 40 and 60 mph at the point of impact, according to the source.

Autopsy blames impact and fire for actor Paul Walker's death

Possibly to explain the damage to the car in a lower-speed accident, the suit says the doors on the Porsche used "side door reinforcement bars that lacked adequate welds and consisted of material weaker in strength than what is used in popular mass-market cars ... designed and built to be operated at speeds much slower than the Carrera GT."
