The idle speed valve is not allowing enough air in the intake to compensate for the extra load when the a.c is turned on. Clean the valve and ensure it moves freely by hand before re-installing.

Would have sent you pics of how to do it but I'm not in the workshop now.

when u go to recharge ur prepaid card., there is amount the NEPA deduct as fix charge..so now if u want to buy N3000 worth of energy., they won't deduct dat fix charge again.. each month thry have fix charge whether u use power or not...if u don't call will MTN take ur credit.?? remember there are/were teriff plan by network providers datu opt to and each day whether u call or not ur credit will deducted...,that is same with fix charges NEPA engage in

if u like buy 100k for the month of january 2013 u get charged #750 and it didnt finish till january 2016 ... my guy u will pay #27000 for 3years fixed charges before u buy any credit.. dat is why its called fixed charge.. and it is in no way same with mtn charging of pay as you go
