The submission page pops up and goes away again in seconds so u can't even click on final submit

You all are talking about passport issues when I have been begging everyone on This platform to help me with the professional certificate upload box that is not opening. I have tried it for over 1 week now and still no success. I have uploaded everything except that. I even wake up regularly from 12 am to 4 am yet no breakthrough. Pls someone help me out. I have used all manner of browser but still no success.

The professional certificate that was listed on the website, I don't possess any. After clicking add other certificate, I find it hard to upload it on the next page.. Also, what can I do if I want to put in three or more certificate??

Pls I really need assistance. I'm stucked cos in professional certificate area. Nothing is popping up, just showing select professional certificate to upload but no pop up menu to navigate to. Also, in the Employemnt history part, just one history was accepted while the other ones wasn't uploading.

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY UPLOAD YOUR PASSPORT

1. After scanning or snapping the passport, open it with your computer.

2. Open Snipping Tool software (all windows computer have it, so just search the name on the search bar)

3. Drag the + symbol, that appear, to your passport to draw the size you want for the passport and it will open in the Snipping Tool software (Note: You should ensure your head and shoulder are included)

4. Click on File

5. Select 'Save As'

6. Type the name you want

7. Click on Save

Now you can upload the passport successfully.

Thanks everyone for your invaluable inputs, I wish to bring to your knowledge that the issue has now been resolved. I no longer see the check engine and VSC lights. What I did is I took it to a mechanic at Apo who was recommended to me by a friend. When I got there after scanning the Catalyst was changed to a new one, meaning the people that collected 20k from me to repair, never did anything. They even worsened it cos my mechanic said if I had continued driving it, it would have damaged my engine. They had welded it but that particular one as I was told can never be fixed but replaced. God bless you all. I love you.
