My Redmi note 2 has a default data cap that prevents me from downloading file above even 2 mb with my data. It will insist I use a WiFi network. How do I remove this? Its not helpful to me. I can't even download files attached to emails

Its like these Nokia Lumia phones casing. I prefer phones where the back casing covers the phone and the battery casing is different.
