The Lagos of our dreams should be compared with economic capitals around the world, a Lagos of 999.6km^2 that you have to spend a minimum of five hours on the road daily is bad, a Lagos whose trunk C roads are worse than those in Somalia is not desirable, a Lagos that can not guarantee Water, light rail infrastructure, optimal security, affordable water transportation is overrated, the Lagos we see today will collapse if all federal infrastructure is deleted, Ambode needs to put maximal efforts in governance, not by building cosmetic projects in strategic points in the state, Lagos is very marketable and will attract huge private investments, the governor needs to sit up if his vision 2020 is not a myriad.

You are very right though, but have you heard that civil servants at certain cadre write examinations to be promoted? If you do not work on yourself, you would remain in that same position since it is very difficult to boot out a civil servant.

In Nigeria and all over the world, connection is a required pre-requisite to get any hot job or placement, there must always be an insider who should do the dirty job of getting you selected. It is not a Nigerian problem, it is all over the world. The most important thing remains performance, if you are given a good job on a platter of connection, you would always be on a trial/probation period, if you fail to impress, you will still be booted out. Work on your connections and work on yourself. Examples of this scenario abound in every workplace.

This is a major setback for the country, issues like this should not be discussed in Nigeria in 2017, women have proven to be of the same intellectual capacity as men over time. I totally do not disagree with him if there are expedient projects to be executed, but since our people just want to chop, it is not a waste if that is the motive, saving it for a reasonable aspirant in the future won't be a bad idea.

It was very sad watching Nigerians defend Buhari anti corruption toga pre 2015, i asked myself, is this not the same man accused of pilfering 2.8 Billion Dollars oil money while he was at the helm of affairs in NOC, is he not the same man that his ADC sneaked bags of money through the airport for while he held sway as president, is he not the same man who mismanaged PTF? Nigerians were blinded and just wanted Jonathan out. His anti corruption principles do not hold water to me, he is just a very humble and secretive person who knows how to hide his loot, a man who could not afford to pay for electoral form but could afford his children fees in Surrey running to hundreds of thousand of pounds. Since there is no small or big corruption, i put it to you General Buhari, you are as corrupt as the men you have accused, jailed or reprimanded for corruption. By next year, we would provide a documentary of the monumental looting in your tenure.
