loopman:How does it being international waters mean igbos cannot dredge it? It will affect the electricity output of the kainji dam, but then I don't think igbos will care when they have gained sovereignty. |
Its crazy that South Africa has 3-4 billionaires and only one of them is black. |
Any party that wants to divide Nigeria more than ever should take El rufai to the center. And you would know that there is limit to nonsense. |
This is the man that some Yorubas want to be vice president to their tinubu or osinbajo. Two calamitous people in a hopeless ticket. |
That is why we need to come down hard on Ghana, otherwise it would be open season on Nigerians. The bigger xenophobes are in South Africa looking for an excuse. |
49cents:How are you being raped? Look at cost of doing business? Look at multiple taxation. Your FG just recently introduced 7% VAT which made multichoice for example to double their prices for subscription. Lagos too is adding their own taxes. |
I also hear that their shitty schools charge Nigerians thousands of dollars as tuition. How low can you people go to humiliate yourselves? |
Also Nigerian celebrities have the habit of bringing Ghana "into the fold" out of a misguided sense of brotherhood. It has helped those ungrateful pricks immeasurable. We need to start cutting back on that shit. They are not our people. They hate us. You need to go to ghana and see the hate. |
They don't want you there. And this is an election year and their president will pander to populism. Nigerian govt should just cut their loss, and help the Nigerian traders to move on and settle in Nigeria. Then the govt back home should ensure that no Ghanaian earn a single naira in Nigeria without paying through their nose. There are Ghanaians everywhere, from petty trading to teaching. I know a few. I doubt if they even pay tax. There are also many of them in the entertainment industry nowadays too making a living in Nigeria. We need to identify all of them, send most of them back and tax the hell out of the few that remains in Nigeria. |
Well, it's hard not to believe that. When a minister in Nigeria agreed to pay China back in dollars the cost of the projects executed with the yuan. |
E be like say all of una dey mad. It's now that you people know that amaechi is borrowing money? After he has finished building some. You better build the one for the south south too and then let all of us start waiting for China. Don't stop halfway. |
You want to scam China. ? Una never start. A shipment of human hair was hijacked yesterday in Europe. China is forcefully selling the hair of Uyghur muslims in concentration camps. That is the same China you want to scam? ![]() |
What nonsense. |
He doesn't need to back them if they play their own politics right. |
Mistakemaker:Security is the most important thing. If a place is not secure, then it is not good to live, irregardless of whatever minor benefit it may have. It is only the living that can enjoy. Personally,I can't live in the north. You can't even pay me to live in the north. A place where life is at its lowest common fraction. A place of butchery, insanity and inanity. Una dey try. |
Lol. This new guy saw my comment on that earlier thread and he is now withdrawing his resignation. ![]() You better be smart. No job like govt job in Nigeria. |
.. |
busomma:Well, nobody has borrowed like buhari. Besides, everything is going to China. You are not going to see cash, so you can't even steal if you want to. The problem I have with this govt is that there is no single avenue for local content. Everything is going to China. We can't even create jobs with the loans. And that is beside the fact we are going to pay back in Dollars while China executes the projects in Yuan. That is daylight robbery. What is the point of the currency swap deal we have with them. China has outsmarted our leaders from top to bottom. |
Elect sound presidents na lie. Almajiris is determining who becomes president and you think we will get the best hand possible. Go and look at the female president of New Zealand. She just got married. She is a top 3 best president in the world right now. Buhari is old enough to be her grand father. |
Ikeast:Oyedepo has actuallly been very critical about insecurity in Nigeria. |
Openbusiness:They are not stupid. They are satisfying their conscience. Their countries are so rich that it pricks their liberal hearts to know that in the midst of their abundance, some countries are still suffering heavily. That is why they give, so that they can eat their own with peace of mind and sleep well at night. If your govt waste what the oyinbos have given, it's not their cup of tea. |
So the World Bank has to force you before you know that tax reduction is a must due to the current economic realities.? |
Mrviktor:na pendulum sure pass. Why would anybody leave it and be doing prism? |
spencekat:I taught some students tutorials for waec in my spare time three years ago. There was one boy among the students that took lot of efforts to understand simple mathematics concept. Simple indices was a problem for him. In my mind, I was not expecting him to do that well in the exam. Maybe just get C's and go. When I saw his results, I was dumbfounded. A1 in most subjects Including in further mathematics. How? But I already knew. |
I don't value all these A1 parrallel anymore in waec. Neco is more credible. But UTME is the real test of brilliance. |
dondodo:Kogi is an anomaly. Govt job is secured in most states. |
In this current Nigeria, the only thing comparable to a govt job is multi national companies. Even then, I may still even pick govt job over it. |
That is why you can't honestly blame igbos for failing to come under a regional political leader in these times. There is nobody that deserves it. |
Baloranking:He is supposed to be in full control. The people elected him and gave him that power. |
The problem of igbolaland, y'all. No elder statesmen there. Just a brood of vipers. A chaotic mess. |
clive2u:She will join the long line of Yoruba girls pregnant while in their father's house. |
To raise a girl child is not easy. Even in this perilous times, they will still want to put their parents in trouble. |
