300k for 3doors and 200k for extra cost.
Apart from land cost, 7m will take a modern and moderate 3 bedroom flat to 85% completion ( it will take it to stage where you can live in it till you finish it)..



Note that some people can spend 50m on 3 bed room flats o. Depends on your designs and stuff you want to put in.

I've started my project and I don't even have upto that money but I'm building... Below is my estimation
I'm molding blocks myself (like I'm not buying already molded blocks)
My target is 5000-7000 blocks which would cost around 2m
This should be enough for the kinda house I want to build(4 self-contain)
2m would go for roofing
2m would go for wiring the house and plumbing
1m should cover the wages for the workmen...
After this, I'll give the house out for renting... Need I say I already have a land in a fast developing location

Honestly if I were in your shoes, I’ll simply relocate. With a good job overseas, believe me you will build a good mansion for yourself in couple of years, cos #7million cannot even build you a house right now in Nigeria, especially with the current inflation and hike in prices of things. Even if you think you can build a house here with that amount, how about after building? How do you furnish it well enough to your taste and the bills that comes with owning house? I’m sure it still won’t be from be from that #7m... will it?�
