I am not saying I am perfect but I know I am surely the best girlfriend any guy could ever think of yet I am still experiencing heartbreak at 31���


Had issues with my boyfriend since last year April bkos of a particular girl he posted on Facebook addressing her as the mother of his house. I became angry and told him I was only going to continue the relationship if I spoke to the lady in question bkos same lady posted him too calling him her first love.


He told me the lady was his cousin sister and ofcourse I believed him bkos she bares same surname with his cousin brother whoose wedding we attended together, He addressed me as his wife to be throughout the occasion so I had everything to believe in him

Just five days ago I saw his wedding notification on Facebook with that same lady. My heart has never been this broken B4 in my life. I have cried out my soul to the extent that I barely see clearly this days. I tried not to cry but I just can't. I am seriously weeping as I am typing this.

I have tried to encourage myself but I just can't stop crying and WAILING.

Who have I ever offended and what exactly do guys want?

I have searched all through the 5 yrs of relationship and aswear with my life that I never stressed him but I only requested Love not Money from him

My heart is bleeding.

A nation where 80% of the most active and productive age group feels the only way they can succeed or prosper is by leaving the country is really pitiable and sad. Bag of cement is 4500, each bag of cement would give me 400 blocks, the guys molding it are taking 1200 per bag of cement, so total cost for building 400 blocks = 20,700. For 1k blocks that's 207,000 times that by the number i quoted

I already put 200k as extra expensive. And that should cover sands , 14k per tipper, 12 tippers is more than enough for everything ,
And yes price changes, 12 mm last year was 4k, now it’s 4400, shingles step tiles was 3250 last year now it’s 4200..
It’s better to build it now with whatever you have . And in future , if you hit it big, you can build mansion in banana island and travel go yankee like say u Dey go Lagos , Taking blind risk these days and things don’t turn out as expected fit lead to depression ..

It's about the organization and their culture. Where I work, toxicity isn't allowed. I've heard of a senior staff (mgt grade) that was forced to resign as her junior colleague reported her for her shitty attitude as she was said to always talk down on people. She was supposed to be dismissed but they rather advised her to resign.
I've worked in a Lebanese company where the MD would call Team members derogatory names during meetings and give them the insult of their lives and it's a group of companies.
The thing is people need the job to pay bills and will rather bear than leaving.
We don't have strong institutions here to enforce the laws that prevent workplace toxicity from happening or keeps it the barest minimum.
