All Nigeria government projects always looks good on paper, of cause with it's over inflated figures that will end up in politicians pockets.. But then if they carry this through , then it will be a win win for all Aside the fact, that this is the president business...yes President Tinubu has interest in HITECH |
This sounds good on paper if carried out to it's conclusive conclusion... They have done some good works in Lagos even at inflated figures... But then the President has interest in this business...is that not corruption?

July 25th marks World IVF Day, also known as World Embryologist Day, commemorating the birth of the first test tube baby, Louise Brown, in 1978 through in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) in Oldham, northwest England. This revolutionary technique has brought hope and joy to millions of couples worldwide, resulting in over 8 million babies born through IVF. World IVF Day serves as a reminder of the groundbreaking advancements in fertility treatments, offering hope to those yearning for parenthood. It raises awareness about infertility challenges, encourages open conversations, and reduces the stigma around seeking fertility assistance. Before IVF, couples faced limited options in overcoming infertility struggles. In 1978, Robert Edwards and Patrick Steptoe achieved a historic milestone by successfully helping a woman give birth to the world’s first test tube baby. Till date, IVF remains one of the most effective and widely used assisted reproductive technologies. What is IVF – In vitro fertilisation (IVF) is one of several techniques available to help people with fertility problems have a baby. During IVF, an egg is removed from the woman’s ovaries and fertilised with sperm in a laboratory. The fertilised egg, called an embryo, is then returned to the woman’s womb to grow and develop. Who is an Embryologist? – Embryologists are highly trained medical professionals responsible for managing genetic materials (sperm and eggs) as they develop into embryos. They ensure that the embryology laboratory provides an ideal environment for embryo growth and storage. Embryologists play a vital role in your child’s first stages during your fertility journey. World Embryologist Day History and Milestone Achievements - 1890’s: First reported case of embryo transplantation in rabbits. 1959: The first birth in a nonhuman mammal (a rabbit) resulting from IVF occurred. 1969: A human egg was successfully fertilized outside a woman’s body for the first time. 1973: First positive pregnancy after transferring an embryo into the uterus. Unfortunately, the pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage early on. 1978: The first baby ever born through IVF. Louise Brown was born in Oldham, United Kingdom, on July 25th, 1978, due to the collaborative work of Sir Robert Edwards and Patrick Steptoe. Edwards received a Nobel Prize in 2010 for the development of IVF. 1981: First IVF baby born in the United States. Elizabeth Carr was born on December 28th, 1981, in Norfolk, Virginia, credited to the work of doctors Howard and Georgeanna Jones. 1983: First baby born using egg donation, achieved by the Monash IVF team in Australia. The first pregnancy established using a donor embryo was also achieved in 1983. 1984: The first baby born from cryopreserved embryos. 1990: Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) is successfully applied in human embryology for the first time. 1992: ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) procedure is performed for the first time. What do you know about IVF? Have you tried any ART treatment before and what was your experience like? Penguin2:You made a lot of point but the part that expects employees to stay beyond their contracted time just because they're loads of work left who takes care of it? Most Nigerian employers expect their workers to work round the clock and yet cannot work out proper compensation for same. I work in a place when you're 1 minutes late from official closing time you're likely to be deducted but nothing is added to you when you stay back long hours putting in the work after your closing time. |
Rubbish idiotic nonsensesical post You people will not go and look for people causing mayhem in the south east which are known to the government....... |
25 years not far We will be alive ( if Christ tarries ) to see to the end of this project |
A lot of factors could be responsible... maybe you're missing out on one or two things required for those jobs... So take all the little details in before applying and attending the next interview..... But then everything is not as we see them, check the thread below for my personal experience. Thanks - https://www.nairaland.com/6522992/deliverance-works-when-everything-else |
What is the economic benefit of this project to our economy? Do we have one within that connects Nigeria economic hubs? I don't think so ..it's this one leading to NIGER republic that's a priority It's well |
Paddy visits On colos on colos Fruitless visits Wasting tax payers money See his creation thugs of Lagos hailing him |
His end is near |
RIP Man This couldn't had happened at a place like Lily hospitals Warri were they produced and sale oxygen even to other hospitals.... Journey well |
I agree with the OP to an extent and I have seen some of those .... Once they start asking you deep questions requiring you to outline this and that process, then it is..... Some of them I will manage and give them at the surface answer, but they will still come back and ask you to provide more details. You have not employed someone, it's not certain that you would and you want him or her to prepare detailed documents that you will later use to solve you business problems without employing the candidate |
