The reason why i don't pay attention to all those who post "I need Bloggers" "i NEED writters" most of them are jokers...some are good with good offers but most are STEW

Let's assume i'm a complete novice and don't know how to go about this, the first thing i will do and i will always do is to


1) Google the question "how to redirect my url to another url" Google will return friendly answers including Youtube videos that will show me how to go about this quickly

2) The second thing i would have done depending on my host and how good their technical team is ( I use Namecheap for hosting many of my clients websites and their technical team is good, always there to answer my questions whenever they arise ) sign into my account and use the live chat and get this done...

3) Back to your question, from what i know about redirecting One Url to another as i have done it couple of times using this option is

a) I will sign into the cpanel of my account

b) Depending on how your cpanel looks like, under "DOMAINS TAB" you see will many options one of which is "Redirects" CLICK ON IT

c) In the next window ( shown in the image below ) decide if you want it to be a permanent 301 redirect or temporary one, i guess you want a 301 one which is selected by default

- Next select the redirecting url from your list of domains in this case ( example.com ) just beneath where you see "/" you can specify if the direct will just be a particular url on your site eg example.com/about or example.com/offer if not leave that spot blank

-Then enter the destination url eg "example.net"

- Then you have just one box to tick among the 3 asking you whether you want to redirect with or without www, click on "ADD" you're done
