No Sir! Very possible. Present Northern Nigeria had no Sharia Law years ago. It was the law marker that pushed for it. If we have enough vocal law makers push for it, forget it, it will be achieved.

I still believe its impossible to impose sharia law in this multi cultural & multi religious country. The only way of achieving this is only if the country is an Islamic state.

Most times I witness this ugly scenario when a man and a woman comfront each other. It begins with a simple misunderstanding,then there is exchange of words then the next thing will be the woman going physical by being the first to strike, and I wonder what gives them the impetus to slap a man in the public. The sad part is that the woman would feel fullfilled and would be allowed to go scots free while the man is left humiliated and would be restrained from retaliating. I hate to say this because I don't like to be tribalistic but from all findings, this behaviour is very common among yoruba women and I stand to be corrected.
As a man tell me how you would handle the situation and I would also like to know why our women go overboard in doing this thing.
