The documents first appeared in tehran telegram channel. And the documents is more like u.s survillance information on israel's plans towards iran retaliation. You are aware one of the documents also suggests something that Israel has always declined to confirm publicly: that the country has nuclear weapons.. Israel have no such countermeasures because Israel's hubris in assuming their neighbours and enemies can not develop such sophisticated weapons did not allow them to look into EMP countermeasures.

Israel did not even think of having an anti-ballistic shield nor do they have any countermeasures for hypersonic missiles . The Iron Dome and it's Patriot missile batteries are only good in intercepting unguided home made rockets fired by Hamas. Why do you think the US rushed in half of their own THAAD high altitude batteries to Israel after Oct 1st? Because the Iranians have now shown Israel they can strike them. Do you even know the countermeasures required to protect against an EMP attack? You think say nah beans? Every electronic device in Israel will have to be protected and it's not down to just upgrading military hardware. An EMP attack over Israel will wreck their economy as it will disrupt every day life and require huge investment from both the govt and public to replace all electronic devices from household microwaves , refrigerators to the most complicated super computers that is used by Mossad to spy on the world .

I put it to you that Israel will dare not attack Iran over this threat and if they do, they will be thrown into the stone age. Just yesterday the Saudis announced a joint naval operation with their staunch enemies , Iran. Other than Bahrain and the UAE all other Gulf Kingdom states have pledged not to allow their airspace be used to attack Iran. An Iranian EMP strike will not be limited to just Israel but all Gulf states housing US military bases.

In light of this and to save face, the Israelis have not attacked and they even leaked their own attack plan to the press inorder to save face and postpone the attacks(read: cancel attacks).
