Went for anomaly scan ystday and it's a girl. Pearl was measuring 25 weeks at 24 weeks. I have anterior placenta too but I feel pearl's kick well, am jez imagining the way other los kick cos if wat I feel is not really strong then, I must say u are really trying.

I visit the loo more frequent now guess pearl has turned my bladder to a playground. I practically now waddle. May God see us through

I will start shopping for baby things before the end of this month by God's grace

I showed a carpenter d baby cot I want him to make and was surprised wen he said 10k but without matrass

Well i am or should i say used to be. Buh frying n all aggreviates it. Never had an episode during this pregnancy maybe cause i aviod the triggers. Just work with your doctors... and aviod crowded place. If u r dizzy check ur pcv. Blessings.

Mine happened like a week to delivery I just felt like am being choked and started gasping dunno if it's same with what you felt sha. I told my doctor and he asked if I had been sleeping on my back? I said I've woken up some nights and found myself on my back, he checked my heart and asked me to return if I feel that way again.
On the morning of my re-admission to the hospital after delivery I felt it again, This time was much more intense than the first! I was hyperventilating and sweating seriously. Was referred to the military hospital for an ECG but was too ill to go then and never did and never had the feeling again.
Yours may be entirely different but if you experience it again go back to your doctor for proper evaluation.

No problem
The feeling is almost the same. As if am being choke but I have not been sleeping on my back.
I will complain to my doctor at my next appointment next week tuesday.

I'm not asthmatic. I heard asthma patients hardly experience shortness of breath during pregnancy. Dunno if it's true

When the meat don choke you for neck you kon remember us
It happened to me once in church... I thought I was going to die...like someone was choking my neck.. I just went outside and got 'fresh air' and I was fine again.
But I know it's usually one of the questions my obgyn asked during antenatal visits so I think some level of 'shortness of breath ' might be bad (hence your drugs).
You should have asked your doctor ooo so you would have been the one teaching us something new.
Maybe other mamas can help.

I think i experienced something like that once a few weeks back.... It was as if I wanted to faint, I was sweaty, couldn't breathe and it felt like there was no air in d room.
I had to sit still for a while and loosen my clothes and after about 15mins, I felt better.
My Dr said its normal and he didn't give me any drugs tho

In fact, I had to sit outside this morning cos I felt I wasn't getting enough air inside before I finally went to the hospital. This feeling is really strange and this is my first time of experiencing shortness of breath. I thought I was going to die

Pls sabi mamas, what causes shortness of breath. I av been finding it difficult to breath properly since last night. I went to the hospital this morning and doctor gave me drugs to use. It has relieved me a little but what else can I do to breath properly. I suspect the smoke I inhaled on salah day while frying meat.

Extracting the juice retains most of what cooking will take off the ugu but if you choose to cook steaming is most preferred. Don't mix with milk calcium in milk inhibits the absorption of iron.
Another leaf to consider is Anara( garden egg) leaf! Just wash and chew it's a booster.

Pls, how is the effective way to eat ugu in boosting pcv. Is it by extracting the water from the ugu leave or just cooking it. My pcv was 33% the last time I checked which was 2 weeks ago and the first time I checked my pcv, it was 35%

@ cappo sixx, pcv can be check anytime. I usually check mine every 4 weeks and it's just #100 at my hospital

I don't even kw if wat I av is bump or bloat. I measure my tummy every week and it has increased by 3 inches and its kind of round. I have not check baby gender but will check soon
