I'm fair in complexion but with a natural dark knuckle, not really dark. It's brownish.... Please, what can I use to clear it cos I av used diff products none of dem worked.

Preseed - from 3 days before ovulation till 3 days after. While having intercourse throughout it's use. Its to be applied 15 minutes or less before intercourse.
Read through the direction of use, let me know if you need clarification.

Folic acid is not a key player when conception is concerned. Nonetheless you should be on a supplement, Pregnacare his & hers conception is ideal for expectant couples, or Well-Woman or Reload.
About your menses. A day earlier.... Don't be worried.
Breast pain? As you grow or age if you don't mind me using the word. Composition of hormones equally change as well. At ovulation progesterone is the culprit at work. It makes the breasts engorged with fluid making them larger, more sensitive, painful and sore. This is a normal process. Also oestrogen causes growth of breast tissue as well making them bigger.
Its just gyrating hormones at work. Let them be.

'Self' ovulation induction is not something she should do. Plus, to surmise ovulation is the problem could be reckless. OI bears the risk of multiple pregnancy amongst others.
There's something called FECUNDITY. It varies in individuals.
How about you give her the same advice I gave you.
Better still she should make known her intentions to her doctor.

5 months does not qualify you for subfertility. I'd be worried if it were up to a year or two.
I'd recommend regular sexual intercourse, minimum of thrice a week.
Pregnacare conception won't mess-up your menstrual cycle. Just a supplement.
Yes, anxiety worsens the situation. (For now, at the expense of sounding like a porn director.) Focus more on the sex and less on the pregnancy.

If No, I really wouldn't advice you start taking all these before you disrupt your cycle et al.. 4months is a short time, you'll get pregnant soon.. one can only be classified as having issues with pregnancy after one year of trial... Please don't start taking drugs over nothing, except your doc diagnosed you of something. .

OK Thnx..... Doc said d left cyclical cyst(29mm) can't prevent conception because it comes and goes and treating it will disrupt my ovulation....

If the pelvic scan reveals a POD is free(no fluid observed), it means no PID thus, no "prognosed" tubal blockage.
Well, apart from the HSG, no other less scarier diagnostic procedure. But then, if you don't have PID or salpingitis or endometriosis, you have nothing to worry about tubal blockage.
