It's easier dat way, towards d end of Ramadan, d shorter surahs will be easier to recite dan d longer ones but if u av d longer surahs towards d end of Ramadan, u myt be feeling lazy to recite it except if u want to complete d Quran twice b4 d end of Ramadan

Covenant babies 400mcg folic acid is okay for now which the prrgnacare has, you may up it to 600mcg later. Take lots of dark leafy greens to augment the chemiron. Drink milk or eat biscuit bone for your calcium! If you can't stomach them then ask your doctor yo write you a prescription for calcium tabs with the right dosese!. The purging is part of the package and will stop! Drink lots of water( no need for medicine) but if it becomes unbearable with severe cramps see your doctor.
Ma'am Zaynie liver is high on vitamin A! Which could be toxic for a growing foetus! Let her get her iron supplement from greens and other food sources .

Vit b complex is ok.
Calcium is very important, not necesarily for the baby but for you, cos if baby doesnt get enough calcium, the calcium deposits in your body ( bones) will be tasked. Most Drs arent bothered cos it doesnt have an immediate consequence.
Mango was in quotes cos that's a new discovery. Many mamas came forward to attest to it that it caused them contractions.
You may want to eat maybe just 1 mango daily.

You need folic acid, ferrous, calcium.
Folic acid is most important right now amd once you start ANC, your Dr will take over with any prenatal drug of his choice.
Most importantly is eat right!
Green veggies contain folate.
Carrots, watermelon, bananas etc.
Protein....milk, liver esp.
Water....water....water
Avoid potash, unripe pawpaw, pineapples and 'mango'.... they have been linked to strong contractions and may bring about bleeding/ cramping.
Rest when you are tired. Dont overstress.
Begin to watch your back ( sit, stand, walk and lift right) you will need it later in pregnancy and labour too.
If you were on progesterone pills, pls hold on to it till placenta arrives.
