Yes! This is that my singleton. I decided not to sell to my colleague that booked him as his wife threatened that she was not going to take care of any pup that arrives their home.
I want owners that will love and care for this big boy.

I'm sure your colleague will take care of the dog. personally, I take care of my dogs I don't leave it for somebody else except he (your colleague) travels a lot and with time I know the wife will fall in love with the big boy it's not possible to be in the same house with a dog and not fall in Love.

caging won't help and a dog barking in a cage does not make it a good guard dog. I don't know what you mean by he behaves like a local dog when he's out. At one year lot of damage has been done it will be difficult to correct now you have to be patient and never give up, don't beat or yell at your dog, you can take him on walks at night when it's more quiet and introduce him to things he's scared of gradually.

Okay, I also thought about this too but then nobody cages wild dogs or chains them so they don't tend to overstretch, I feel like mine is overstretching though, because I can't leave her roaming around freely unsupervised during the day, if not, she will just go and bite somebody, she tried to bite our househelp before and she almost bit my our electrician, the guy was not even running sef, he was only walking and she sneaked up behind him so because of this I keep her locked or chained then loosen her at night, when I do that, she will start running around very fast as if she wants to fly, to release the tension of being chained for hours, this is what has got me thinking.

it does not matter at all I had a dog that stretches up to fifty times a day and always stand on her hind leg whenever she gets the opportunity even when heavily pregnant but the least number of pups she gave birth to was 6.

personally I think Nigeria is getting there but SA is already there, we have top dogs in Nigeria no doubt but how many SR boerboels do we have that are locally bred? I think OP should get a dog from a good breeder citadel2010 for example and leave importing for the pros.

heat cycle varies and takes longer in large breeds hopefully she will come on heat before 12 months

If you're referring to the raw feeding diet as beastly temperament inducer you are wrong. Raw feeding has nothing to contribute to dog aggression.

Cuppy has a medium to high drive. Very alert and in control of her territory. She is very intelligent and mastered basic commands by age 3 months. She is also an able enforcer.
