Truth is, the OP who complained about diamond price isn't the first and won't even be the last.
So we all looking for how to maximize output at a given level of price.
This has made me support our local manufacturers & locally made dry foods (Nutritola and Amical Patte dog dry food). No disrespect to the guys who have helped out on this thread, but then there are certain ingredients needed for overall growth that this our local recipe just doesn't give us, particularly those who feed large breeds like the boerboels, Chonditrin and glucosamine almost inevitable. But for a reasonable cost, these local manufacturers has been able to lift the burden.
Encouraging locally made dry food is the way to go people. Let's support our own.
Well-done to the guys who contributed to this thread.

chondroitin and glucosamine are really important especially for large breeds but the truth is that some of these dry feeds don't have them while those have them are usually in minute quantities and the best way is to supplement and besides this local dog food can be made with crayfish and chicken and even ginger which have glucosamine or better still get the supplement.

My favourite dog of all time (of any breed), and the original reason for Noxterra Boerboels being created, to try to bring and breed Dogs of his quality to Europe.

Two of my proudest Boerboel moments,

1) When Ramkat allowed me to stroke him whilst out walking with him and his owner Betsie Terre'Blanche

2) When Ramkat came to me for a stroke whilst inside his pen, i had sat outside for a very long time like a fan waiting For an autograph and finally he allowed me the honour.

Such a special dog like this will be appreciated more and more in the years to come, the good he did, the contribution he and his progeny have given to the improvement of the breed already, (and will continue to do) will be realised as time goes on.

We hope that we will be able to continue to work hard and help all of our Ramkat progeny and grandchildren develop into the dogs that make you proud

So long my friend, you will be dearly missed

to start with I don't even know where this lock jaw came from but according to this lock jaw theory once pit Bull bites their upper and lower jaws lock therefore they can't release their grip for a period of time while not letting go is a skill for a dog to possess the tenacity and stubbornness to bite down and hold on to the opponent’s face and head at all costs and will only release when told

I formed it a habit to always walk Murphy and Gustaf every Sunday because Sunday it's a work free day

Whenever i get the leashes and say "time to walk" they'd run to the gate with joy and happiness waiting for their master lol

I just checked different websites and kangal, Rott, English mastiff, wolf dog and Doberman came before GSD and the difference between the bite force of a GSD and Pitt is minute.
