BusinessRe: North’ll Kill Petroleum Industrial Bill-ex-minority Leader by rumomonga(m): 3:15pm On Jun 23, 2011
sheriffman:
Hon Kawu Sumaila has said that the North will do everything possible to kill the Petroleum Industrial Bill currently before the National Assembly, adding that the content of the Bill will reduce the Northern Region of Nigeria to a state of perpetual slavery to the rest of the country. maintained that the Petroleum Industrial Bill is ‘discriminatory and lopsided and is aimed at reducing the North to its knees’.

He noted that, “we organized a special research on the Bill and to our utter dismay; we discovered that if the Bill becomes law, a litre of petrol can sell for about N350 in the North while the same litre will go for N30 in a state like Bayelsa State.

The member of parliament added that ‘This is a conscious effort to relegate a certain section of the country to perpetual slavery, and we have equally resolved to spill our blood to kill the Petroleum Industrial Bill for the sake of the unborn generations of the North’. Kawu who spoke to his audience in Hausa language was cheered by stalwarts of his party. He assured that the bill would never come to being, “except there is no Nigeria.
With these words of his, we can easily trace the source of the uprising in the northern states.
Him mentioning blood signifys the violentic and rebelistic nature of the north.

I think we need to either revolutionize or break this thing called Nigeria into smaller sizes.
Am "overgasted" and "flabberwhelmed" by the manner in which our so-called leaders siphon the resources of this country despite the fact that the decay in the system is very apparent which makes me to question their mental uprightness. No sector in this country is workin, is it d agric, economic, education or power, nt mentioning infrastructural development or security.

The allegations may have been inflated though, but hes sure very guilty of some. My point is if you've never been to a farm before, its very hard for you to be accused of stealing a cow there.

Cheers!!!
u b proper d¥nce
i dont blame you, why dont you call GEJ on phone and tell him to bring somebody from the north to take Lagos' ticket because they contributed more to his rise, $¤mbie.
PS: we are talking about lagos and not SW. Mind you, PDP got more votes in Lagos than even the AC.

Thanks.

I am from Sagamu. A real son of Orisagamu Ewa.

I am Nigerian but maybe with some kind of German blood I am not aware of flowing in my veins. Meaning, unlike the average Nigerian, I am more efficient and seek being the best I can be like the Germans like to be. Unbarmherzig leistungsfahig und intelligent!

I don't think and operate like the average Nigerian. I am a specially gifted Nigerian. One with higher level thinking and pride in anything that is attributed to him.

If more Nigerians are like me or given position to run things in Nigeria, it will a fcking great place to live on aggregate.

That is just my most humbliest opinion, on another day I can be arrogant and start blowing my own trumpet. grin
wow thats great, that means we have town in common.

So can anyone out there (especially in the gov't) tell me one objective of the scheme that has been realized?

Whats the difference between when abacha was alive and when he is dead?

Is it the killings or the high level of corruption eating into the marrows of Nigeria as a system.
