If you had money like Kase Lawal, you could buy a controlling stake in any company. But IPO in London and NYC is for big players, because u would have to find investment bankers and underwriters to form a syndicate. Mr Lawal did not go through this process. Camac is not an African-operated company, so stop this comparison, which is like saying that Ebay is an Iranian  company because it was founded by someone who is from Iran. Would you not call this an absurd comparison? Mr Lawal is US based and so is his company- Camac.

It may be tough for an African company to be listed, thats probably why they brought in Mr Venkat etc. There was also a European lady who is one of their directors which was involved getting the listing.

Are u serious?  This is a fallacy because Mr Kenkat joined the company in 2000 , while it went public in 1996 in NYC and London. Got it? I know that some Europeans work for Dangote PLC, have u ever wondered if it would have been able  to raise close $500 million  from IPO in NYC and London 14 yrs ago or even today? Zilch

check the population of Equatorial Guinea to UK. UK- is about-62,041,708 ,Germany is about-81,757,600 ,France is about-65,447,374 and  Equatorial Guinea- just 676,000 and luckily for Guinea it is a rich country with small a population so what do EXPECT FROM THE GDP ITS MEANT TO BE EVEN HIGHER BE CAUSE THEY HAVE A SMALL POPULATION

So if a country like Nigeria with about-140,729,000 people OR more has a GDP per capita of $2,400 and a country like Ghana with just 23,837,000 people has a GDP per capita of $1,500 the difference is clear that they are poorer no matter the level of development that takes place!

SO IT DOESN'T MEAN GUINEA IS BETTER THAN FRANCE,GERMANY,UK. BECAUSE THE POPULATION GOT IT TO THE POST IT IS BECAUSE OF IT IS PER CAPITA!

Take for instance the comedies Basketmouth or Alibaba throw up in shows. . . that is even enough to act a 13 weeks episode of rib cracking and "stomach aching" comedy.  Its al;l about research!
Secondly due to politics and what is obtainable in [b]Nollyhood, people are not well cast/ shortlisted for the right role to play, if one embarks on a rehearsal and takes the right cast to depict the right role, tell me why we no go laugh!. . .
