Below is a copied response email from Paypal customer service when I complained to them about not being able to withdraw my funds from Fiverr. Hope this helps somebody.

Meanwhile, if you are really passionate about paypal lifting this so-called ban from Nigeria. There is a petition on change.org currently going on. Guys those cards up there can be achieved with DI (Direct Imagery). And in Nigeria there are DI printers all over the place. More expensive than the "normal" biz cards we print. But when you get DI cards, you will definitely feel good about yourself and your business. Ask your local printer for DI's, if he doesn't have it then ditch him.. He shouldn't be printing. (Just kidding tho)but DI na d way.
