Precisely what I am talking. The entire city look integrated slum.
Wuoche:
Accra is one hell of a pathetic city. Thank you Afrikaans Traveller for eye opener grin grin
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 12:44pm On Apr 16, 2021
Lol? We are back to fuzzy maths. 94M dollars is a lot of money for that interchange. Nairobi expressway first is six lane road of 30kms - with 10 interchange - and Africa's only elevated expressway for 18kms.

Stick to facts. This Upperhill-community viaduct and interchange - cost 30m dollars. Compare that yours. YOU GOT RIPPED!!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zz5aqwpwjk

https://nairobinews.nation.co.ke/hashtag/construction-of-key-overpasses-interchanges-to-cbd-to-begin-in-2021

Just30:
Combine Nairobi 10 interchanges and it still wont be up to the size of a 4 tier interchange.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 12:38pm On Apr 16, 2021
I hope Africa travellers doesn't lose interest on your slumpolis and keep the pictures coming. We have been asking pictures for ages. And now we have it on clear camera.
Just30:
The only integrated slum in Africa can be found in Kenya.

look well, and you will see that all the roads in that video are tarred.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 12:34pm On Apr 16, 2021
It for the interchange - and associated cost around it.
https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/p-gh-db0-017

94M is a lot of money for that.

Nairobi expressway has 10 Interchanges for starters. 18Km elevated highway.

For comparison - we have huge interchange project in upperhill and community area - for 20M dollars.

Look at this - 20M dollars

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIyAM6-tGUI

Just30:
And you are reminded Rvp2018, the figure is 94 million ( the cost has remained 94 million throughout it construction).
Meanwhile, Nairobi expressway cost has jumped from 525 million dollars to 620 million already and the project hasn't even crossed 10% yet. grin grin grin

By the time they finish your expressway, the cost will be at 1 billion dollars plus.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 12:32pm On Apr 16, 2021
94.8 million dollars-The interchange's cost is estimated at 94.8 million dollars and funded by the African Development Bank and the Government of Ghana.

Where you get 70Kms?

vaxx:
laugh it out bro . and remind the idiot it is 94 million dollar against 620 million dollar
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 12:07pm On Apr 16, 2021
Drones shot allow us to see your integrated slum for what it is - and you've see Nairobi in all it's glory. Telling me to watch an highway when I have drone aerial video is crazy

The question remain - outside the main highway - what I am seeing untarred roads all over ACCRA?

Just30:
I guess, drones dont carry cameras on them. Per your comment.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 11:59am On Apr 16, 2021
AN Intercharge costing 100M dollars versus expressway 30Km - with about 18km elevated with 10 Interchanges. How do that even compare? Those are ignorant people.
vaxx:
Don't mind that idiot, it is just plain envy. when you check the comment section of that video, you will see Kenyans themselves juxtaposing the cost of the project to their own Nairobi expressway . saying that of pokuasi is of high standard even with 94 million dollar compare to 620 million dollar of their own Nairobi expressway.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 11:56am On Apr 16, 2021
We got aerial drone pictures...why would we go with street view - of one or two streets.

Just30:
Now you are afraid of street view ?

Street view will always expose your undeveloped country

94% of the roads in the video around the interchange are already tarred roads covered in sand.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 11:20am On Apr 16, 2021
Don't pull Nigeria kind of trick on us where you show street view.
We have aerial pictures from African traveller that are clear

Watch the video here - forget about the nice interchange - and look at surrounding - untarred roads.

From 6 minutes...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R5odd_pELyY?t=374

Just30:
as part of the project, there are 70km of Pokuasi inner city roads that will be tarred. In the video, 94% of the roads in view are already tarred but covered in dirt due to the construction.

90% of the properties in the pokuasi area are mansions that a Kenyan would not afford to live in.

Don't expect honesty from youtubers trying to garner subscribers. What I expect is good videos - so we can draw our own conclusion. This video for example show clearly how integrated a slumpolis Ghana is.

African traveller in Ghana......that's interesting.

I will like to hear his opinion on both countries.

Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 3:05pm On Apr 15, 2021
How far can you remember ? smiley Wassce is crap for Ghana that get beat by South Africa and Botswana to lead. Ghana quality of education is CRAP.
vaxx:
Wassce is a standardised exams , nearly more than half a million student sat for it regionally. it is much more competitive that it is deem to be equal to SAT and Ap exams. Nigeria remain in the top position as far as I can remember. Ghana remain the number 2 position due to economic gain when it comes to USA universities enrolment.

maybe when your porous universities start attracting your neighbour we can then compare as of now, no competition, apart from us leading .
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 2:37pm On Apr 15, 2021
More diarhoea...
Just40:
Sorry kiddo
No more lies from you.

That is the total number of Kenyans that were admitted into IVY League schools , through the only SAT prep program in your country.

As documented by the Africans in America network and AFEX in kenya
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 2:25pm On Apr 15, 2021
No slowpoke. That is Just EQUITY BANK FLYING WINGS PROGRAM.
https://equitygroupfoundation.com/wings-to-fly/

The Wings to Fly scholarship program, an initiative of the Equity Group and Mastercard Foundation (MCF), was established to support secondary education for top performing children from financially challenged backgrounds

Just40:
Total number of Kenyans who gained admission into IVY League schools where 19.

According to the report i posted, out of the 68 kenyan and Ghanaians who gained admission into IVY League schools
49 were Ghanaians.

grin grin grin

see how we boss you guys all around. grin grin

No more noise from you and throwing around stupid figures with wanton abandon
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 2:23pm On Apr 15, 2021
WASSCE must be so crap for Ghana to lead it. Nigeria overtook kenya I think in 2008. We fixed our universities and expanded them RAPIDLY.
vaxx:
stop being stupid, Kenya has never lead.. Nigeria has remain in top position as long as I can remember. Ghana is holding unto number 2 due to continue trends in economic gain ( it is very much more expensive to be educated in the USA ) and continuous performance in regional exams. our student who recently wins the best wassce result was recently awarded scholarship in top ivy league universities.

One of the gain that is visble in our educational sector is the continuous economic gain we benefit in it . when it come to USA STUDENT DESTINATION " GHANA IS THE SECOND IN THE WHOLE OF AFRICA , only south Africa leads here and when it comes to inward mobility trend, Ghana is the third receiver of foreign student in the whole of Africa after south Africa and Egypt.

fixed your education sector first, let it attract your neighbour east Africa first.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 2:16pm On Apr 15, 2021
Where do you get 13 times.
You admitted 49 students.

Program for POOR RURAL KIDS

One Kenyan Bank - funded 19 students to attend IVY league;
KENSAP did about 20.
ZAWADI maybe 10.

Those are some programmes for rural poor already OVERTOOK GHANA smiley

Now many rich kids just sit for SATS and apply - these are kids in many Kenya international schools and such.

Just40:
Noise as usual

So, almost 13 times more Ghanaians where admitted into IVY League schools than Kenyans

Same thing happened in 2019 grin grin
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 2:08pm On Apr 15, 2021
Yes now that is better 49. Not just empty diarhoea.

Now Equity Bank - FLYING WING PROGRAM - 2020 - got 19 admitted - nearly half GHANA did.

https://equitygroupholdings.com/92-equity-leadership-program-elp-scholars-receive-admission-to-43-global-universities/

Of the 92, 19 scholars have been admitted to Ivy League Universities in the United States including Yale (2), Harvard (4), University of Pennsylvania (3), Princeton (3), Cornell (1), Dartmouth (2), Columbia (2) and Brown (2).

Just40:
Foolish Tantrums as usual

49 Ghanaian kids gain admission to IVY League school through one program prep program alone in 2020.

Even if you shout and bold - and call nonsense FACT - they do not become fact - unless you're quoting credible data and empirical evidence. WHAT DO THEY TEACH YOU IN GHANA?

You cannot engage in BASIC SOUND ARGUMENTATION?

Just diarhoeaing day in day out - QUOTE DATA - PROVIDE LINKS.

Just40:
See this fool

Our student are gaining admission into some of the best universities in the world for academic purposes and doing great stuff around the world and in Ghana.

Tell me, what have you fixed in your education sector?
Because things have only become worse and schools in your country keep creating inferior human resources who cant even match the best of the world in any field.

Fact remains, every year, more twice as much Ghanaian kids are admitted into IVY League schools than Kenyans.

Secondly Kenyans are not smart enough to gain admission into IVY League schools unless through athletics.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 1:49pm On Apr 15, 2021
Let me help you with WES - that just admission to any university in the US. It just show how shithole a country is. Kenya use to lead until we fixed our universities. Now we save a lot of forex and use it to invest locally. Nigeria overtook Kenya and Ghana.

Fix your education.

It's tragic that Nigeria and Ghana are sending their oil money for a degree than they can earn in their country!!

IVY LEAGUES yes - that is worth it.

vaxx:
Ghana " A country roughly a half of your population has more student Enrolment in USA universities in general than your cesspit. infact Ghana is the second in spot in the whole of Africa just behind Nigeria according to ""WES"" and Ghana is the second destination of USA student in Africa just behind south Africa also according to "" WES"

YOUR GLORY IN EDUCATION ACHIEVEMENT WAS GHANA BEGINNING IN THE 60S. WE 'RE NOT MATE .
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 1:46pm On Apr 15, 2021
You've been diarhoeaing as usual without quoting any data.
Just40:
While your student are admitted base of athletics and only 218 kenyan students have been placed in IVY League schools since 2004 to today.

Their Ghanaian counterparts are admitted base on Academics and every year, between 50 and a 100 Ghanaian kids gain admission to IVY League schools alone.

So again, education in your country is inferior

Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 1:05pm On Apr 15, 2021
You are like Nigerian - immigrating from your zoo in large numbers.
Only in 90s did kenya immigrate - because like Ghana IMF was running our country.
In 90s and 2000s - Kenya led Africa in number of student admitted to US universities.
But in 2005 - we started to fix basic things
We don't want to send kids to American community colleges.
We only try to send them to IVY leagues.

And Harvard - you cannot beat Kenyans - stop lying to yourself.

Yes community colleges you dominate.

Europe and American parks - you dominate selling drugs.

Just40:
Ghanaians prefer MIT, Harvard,Princeton, Stanford, UCLA and co

Ghanaians are the second Highest achieving, educated and highest paid African migrants in the US, after Nigerians.

Combine all the Kenyan kids in IVY League schools and they wont make up half of Ghanaian IVY league students.

Again, education in kenya is so inferior such that it cant even compete on the international stage.

Where is GHANA AGAIN in global stage?

According to Eddie Mandhry, Yale Director for Africa “Kenyans continue to hold the largest share of admissions to Yale from Africa, which shows the premium the country puts on quality education.” Data from Yale University provided information on the admission rates of African students with Kenyans taking the biggest slice of the pie with 24 admissions. Nigerian followed closely in admissions with 23 students, Zimbabwe secured the third spot with 18 admissions and South Africa were in last with 16 admissions.

When GHANA was becoming bankrupt in 1960s...Kenya was asking John F Kennedy to airlift Kenya students to IVY league so they can come back and run the country. We rewarded the Americans by giving them OBAMA - the first black president. One of those student - won a NOBEL peace prize

As we speak now - apart from many kids who just apply - there is Equity Bank sending 20 students to IVY every year and KENSAP doing the same number annually

Sh11 Billion Equity Program Airlifts 64 Scholars To Ivy League ...https://www.kahawatungu.com › equity-bank-airlift-sch...
2 Aug 2018 — The Equity Bank airlift program to global universities including Ivy League institutions has this year reached a value of Kshs 11.13 billion.

Just40:
Again the import of the message is too much for your tiny brain to handle

grin grin grin

Education in Kenya is shit hence it produce substances like you.

Your school children should learn to compete on the global stage

Restrict that to West Africa - and you'll make sense. Ghana indeed is the only half-decent country with maybe Ivory coast in West Africa. The rest are deeply engaged in VODOOism.
vaxx:
Either it is because of Nigeria market or another misfortune in Kenya, it is non of my business., the fact is , Ghana is setting standard for the rest of Africa continent. This is how China started...at a point in time, most big organizations in America had their assembling stations in China including the apple phones we use. The issue is to position Ghana well and build capacity and that is what Ghana is doing. there will always be a reason for preference and Ghana is striving for all that reason, so that she can also benefit from the influx of these big companies .
