Nominal GDP slowpoke is Quantity times prices (converted to USD based on the prevailing rate). It simply mean btw 2010 - we PRODUCED way more(quantities) taking care of the Kshs depreciation.

For example Tea - we produced about 350M metric tonnes in 2010 - but now well over 550M tonnes.

West Africa cities are world worst. Most kenyan cities are comparable to Southern Africa cities. I rather compare Nairobi to Harare than any west african backwater.

What average cost of new car. Kenya buy import 100k used cars from Japan mostly- annually - and buy 25k new cars. But used cars are expensive due to taxes - nearly 100%.
