Almost all countries that developed their textile industry became rich - starting from Britain, Hong kong, South Asians and name them. There has never been any textile industry in Nigeria. If they had been - you would have LONG DEVELOPED. Europe developed from textile. Britain starting it. The Asians did the same.

Assessment start from teachers. You cannot teach kids if you cannot pass the same exam. Kenya teachers were found to score 96-98 percent of the same. Ghana and many countries - the teachers some scored 70 - Swaziland or Zanzibar was I think 50 percent. That is teacher teaching kids when they are functionally illeterate.
