He has been the man of the people ans we peple in osun always salute his courage to turn Osun state round in terms of infrastructures and all his programmes. I started my research on dv then and got to know its all scam.if you are lucky that you've been given,thank your God. America claim to release 101,000winners most time which I am quite sure its just a site figure and it will be more than that,among 101,000winners yearly,they give just 30,000 visa and not 50,000visa as they claim. So 70,000winners would have paid visa fee and imagine some families that pay for 6 to 7people,it means yearly,they rake millions if not billions of dollars on dv lottery and still many people in the world still don't know. it was when they were recently critized that immigration visa fee was reduced.

Anyway,I have residence in UaE and work here after america,I can enter anywhere with my residence.america is not the only country in the world.people who are given visa will only thank God becoz they were just lucky and not because they were 100percent qualified.america denied master degree and doctorate dv visa all in the name of managing limited available visa,is that not questionable.but what can we do.who can we blame if not our bad leaders. You need to come to UAE and see for yourself what arab are doing with little resources,and our leaders are coming here to buy hotels,estates,even employing kenyans and phillipinos so that there secret won't be leaked.I arrived at mma lagos terminal the other day,the one and only escalator wasn't work ,ox fan was on and only 1 in arrival,no ac,


We youths need to start planning the way forward.

Sorry for the disqualification, if you ask me, I think you were denied Visa on four grounds.
1. A family of 7 paid for only 3 persons according to your story, Implication is that you don’t have the financial muscle to sustain your family abroad.
2. The CO already feels that your family will be a public charge and they do not want to accept any responsibility of your family.
3. No marriage certificate, no marriage pictures.
4. The CO doubts your wife’s educational competence.
Note: if you know that your church or place of worship does not take pictures, how come you submitted your passports or is it not a picture? You said you got married some years back, I got married 17 years back I have my pictures, at my age of 38 my parent still have their marriage pictures. It was all your fault not the English your wife didn’t have nor the CO’s because you couldn’t prove that the woman was your wife and that the children were yours.

2. That accession is wrong because am going to strange land and you can not move all what I have at once, according to what my host told me.
3. We have valid marriage certificate + all documents that relates to her change of name that she did 2008 whaen she was going 4 NYSC
4. we take pics under duress, so that of passport is by necessity and compulsory, so we are permitted to do that.

Gentiger: From all I can read from your interview experience you may have been denied on 2 grounds:

1. Suspected sham marriage for failing to product pictures

2. Ineligibility on the ground of academic deficiency. You couldn't pull 5 credits hence your reliance on pre-ND.

Yes you are right it may be because of the pics but this is a marriage of 12 years old that has produce up to 5 kids even if we snap pics then do you think we will still have the pics? and more so We dont take pics, that is our tradition so it will be unwise to go and fabricate pics because of visa. that is why we neglected that area and we dont tell lies, it is not part of us, our no is no and our yes is yes, no other way round.

Gentiger: You got no problem. I feel there're some undisclosed material facts in that testimony.

Firstly, is it possible to gain admission for any course of study in Nigeria University/Polytecnic without a credit pass in English?

Secondly, had she up to 5 Credit pass in all?

Thirdly, If she wasn't allowed to combine results, why?

We await her clarifications like she said she would.

In our own case My wife has Pass in english and credit in maths as said earlier she entered poly through PRE-ND and now she has HND, so I dont know why we are denied but am satisfied with my believe

Couldnt you combine results? Had you at least a credit pass in Mathematics? Had you up to 5 credit passes? While I do not really expect an answer from you under the circumstance, it will be okay if you can tell.

Yes she has credit in maths but pass in eng but i dont know if one can combine result but if you have 2 result I think is ok

Hello House, I want to thank everybody on this forum for their contributions and suggestions and I pray almighty God to be with each and everyone of us, Our interview was Jan 3rd I was there with my wife and children though we were denied by that lady in window 16 as usual and the only thing I can realized from the interview according my wife who is the principal applicant was her WAEC result where she had pass in English though she has HND but the lady refused to look at other results except that of WAEC, she later gave us a paper where they said she was not eligible for the DV.
My purpose here was achieved and I loved you All and Also pray that God should be with you all, am using this opportunity to congratulate those that have gotten their visa and also pray for those awaiting visa that God should see you through, Thanks to the moderators and coordinators of the forum, I love you all God bless NIGERIA, God Bless America

Hello House, pls can some1 help me about this- in my forms to kcc I specified that me, husband and one child will move and others will join later but in my 2nl, they stated that all must appear 4 interview in jan, though we all have our passport but what about the medicals? is it only those 3 or all the family members and visa fees is it 4 3 or all of us

In ondo state though am not in ondo state rite nw,but i know the people of the state can do anything when it comes to mimiko,(am not a politician and infact politics is the least thing on my mind now)numerous results has been sent to me on facebook by my friends now,and i can assure you that with this,mimiko is already re-elected.and they all said no violence at all.the man has the keys of people with him,he know how to handle them,thats why they voted for him again..
