Hi everyone, I have a business that I want to go into which I have done the feasibility and viability analysis & have tried it with little cash. I'm looking for a partner for 3 months in terms of funding with 50% interest on capital for entire 3 month. I will provide collateral of my land that has c of o in abuja but i reside in Lagos. I'm in need of 600,000 Naira with 50% interest on capital for the total 3 months but if you want to continue after given you your capital and interest, that will be up to you. I have the payment options: 1. You can choose to collect your interest every month by dividing the interest in 3 i.e 100,000 every month or 2. You may choose to collect your interest every month and part of your capital I.e 100,000 as part of your interest + 200,000 as part of your capital for 3 month or 3. You may choose to wait for the 3 months to collect your capital + the interest I.e 600,000 and the interest of 300,000. The business is achievable and will be willing to give you my plot with c of o as a collateral, take you to my house if you like and provide my family house address but you have no reason to fear for your money. Note: I have some cash already on ground but it won't enough and I want to kickstart immediately. Thanks |
