Some of us who follow international affairs are watching with increasing alarm as the USA slides further and further into political chaos and instability.

Serious analysts in the country are evoking CIVIL WAR predictions.

There is even talk of NUCLEAR WAR arising from a certain congruence of circumstances in the months and years ahead.

At the centre of all this chaos is one man - DONALD H. TRUMP.

This man, a former US president, has been charged with 91 felonies (which makes the much-maligned President Tinubu a mere choir boy in comparison), and has a series of court trial dates ahead, but incredibly, a poll released today showed him LEADING the current president Biden, by an astonishing 20 percentage points!!

This is a man who REFUSES to attend any public debates with his primary opponents in his party.

TRUMP has also said publicly that he would SUSPEND THE US CONSTITUTION and engage in MASS ARRESTS of his political opponents.

He has more or less declared that he would be a DICTATOR if re-elected to office, in his dysfunctional country.

US military chiefs are said to be ALARMED that he could re-occupy the White House, after he made statements about NUCLEAR WAR, and how he had the power to start one as president!

They dread the thought of a vengeful, unstable Trump with the NUCLEAR BUTTON at his fingertips!

The FURIOUS PUBLIC BACKLASH and disturbances that would greet a Trump victory in 14 months time, could precipitate CIVIL WAR between Republican and Democrat - backed forces, in the horribly divided nation.

Today, Trump's various criminal trials have led to death threats to judges, lawyers, trial witnesses, and anyone working to bring Trump to account for his crimes, by his fanatical supporters.

Judges and their families are going around with ARMED GUARDS for protection after a multitude of threats from Trump loyalists.

Only last month, the FBI stormed the apartment of a man who had threatened to kill President Biden, and they shot him stone cold dead in his apartment.

So volatile is the country now, that very few voices bothered to ask the FBI the circumstances which led to the shooting.

Many believe they just went in there and smoked the guy.

The next few months and years could be EXPLOSIVE in the USA, and I personally would not JAPA to that country as long as that man called TRUMP, is alive.

Even Canada is too near to the country, and the wahala could spill over to there.

I would generally avoid North America for now.

The last time I sold a property of mine, I was in the uni last semester. I sold my guitar and I felt like a part of me left lol something I barely touched. everybody sell things but let it not be habits. Some of us bought things to sell. Assuming if you have land, won't u sell when u have needs especially when u have more than one? The problem is the frequency.

The former minister of sports, Chief Sunday Dare, got Alhaji Aliko Dangote to adopt the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja and Sir Kessington Adebutu to adopt the National Stadium, Lagos.

This meant that Dangote sponsored the repair work on the pitch, track and scoreboard at the Abuja stadium and Baba Ijebu sponsored the renovation of the pitch, track and scoreboard at the Lagos stadium.

The Obafemi Awolowo Stadium (Liberty Stadium), Ibadan is also being renovated.

that is a wise decision, I guess others will follow same. Our government lack capacity to maintain any facilities.

When a 70 yrs old man behaves very foolishly, someone old enough to be your father, what do you do? How do you handle it as an adult? You as an adult of say 35-47yrs. Some 70, 75 yrs old men and women behave very foolishly, very irresponsible, very cunning, very dishonest, very deceitful, trying to cheat you, to manipulate you, trying to use their old age to manipulate you or to intimidate you, etc.

The level of crime and immorality in our society is too much. Even old men are not spared anymore. If I continue to write I will spend the whole day writing. Let me just stop here.

Local languages must not be allowed to die in Nigeria. Every Nigerian school should embrace this.

both Tinubu and Buhari are the same in appointment. Maybe its APC thing but I think it's not right for Nigeria unity. Obj remained the best in terms of appointment and that's how it should be. If Hausa Fulani, Yoruba and Igbo appointed their own when they get there, what will become the fate of over 200 small ethnic groups in Nigeria? Or they don't matter? maybe you can still check soludo CV, he was more deserving than sanusi and emeifele. Sanusi and Emeifele were not good CBN Governor but Soludo was and has a rich and catchy CV.

I'm not impress with his CV at all for that position especially when we have better people than him, anyway the appointing authority knows better.

Maybe the guy don go bribe them. Tinubu can bribe or pay anything ask northern Governors how he bribed them with plots and houses in eko atlantic city.

There are murmurs by some individuals claiming to be Indigenes demanding that the FCT be given full statehood status complete with an elected governor and three senators.


First, there are no longer Abuja Indigenes. The creation of FCT saw to the displacement and relocation of the Indigenes.

In Niger state , there is a settlement known as New Wuse which was where the federal govt relocated Indigenes of Wuse in Abuja. The process of relocating Indigenes is still ongoing and the original master plan is to strip the territory of its original inhabitants towards making Abuja a truly Nigerian state. Agitations by Indigenes of Abuja no longer hold. As sad as it is, that's the harsh reality and only the Indigenes have themselves to blame for not opposing the FG stealing their land.

Secondly, Abuja as a state will not enjoy the heavy subsidy it enjoys as a federal capital Territory. Those huge investment in infrastructure will dry up as the FG will no longer be allowed to spend more than it is constitutionally alloted to the FCT. And with no mineral resources, the new state of Abuja will quickly become a shadow of itself getting no more in federal allocations than Nassarawa if not less. Abuja state will rely heavily on IGR mainly from taxes which will not be sufficient to meet the ongoing expansion or even in maintaining the existing infrastructure. As a state , Abuja will quickly decay within 5yrs.

Finally , as a state ,will same Indigenes have the political power and numbers to elect one of theirs as a governor ? The Indigenes are already a minority and the most impoverished at that. A governor will not emerge from one of them rather it will be from settlers aka Abuja residents. It is now we will begin to unravel who are behind this Abuja statehood campaign and they are those who have given themselves the non constitutional title of Abuja resident. Our Constitution does not recognise resident ,rather emphasis is on indigeneship. The same people who are advocating for state of residence to replace state of origin in places like Lagos and who went to court challenging the last presidential election in a private suit under the plaintiff name of Abuja residents are the same ones who are pushing for Abuja to be a state in the same hope they think they can eventually come to control it.

These people want Abuja after it has been built by Niger Delta oil from scratch and are the same ones attacking the appointment of a SS individual as minister of FCT.

But paraventure, the FCT is made a state, these same people think Arewa will sit down and watch them vote themselves into power as governors and senators of the FCT. Far from it. The North will reclaim FCT as theirs and by north , I don't mean the displaced Indigenes but core Fulani -Hausa northerners .

These people always look for a way to mess things up for everyone except the core north whom their foolishness has always benefited.

If Yoruba can chase other tribes from Lagos after several years of moving fct to Abuja, the indigenous people of Abuja can't be chased out.
