Yeah the gateman does that! But the gateman had to run coz they don't pay him on time and the errands they sent him was just too much!

After the landlord must have billed them a ridiculous amount for rent, then a compulsory agent fee for a house they saw without the help of any agent, then force them to pay for lawyer, agreement and caution fee. Do you expect to still have sane tenants? Na rebels go be your tenants na.

In my area, I watched a self contain apartment being built up from scratch and I followed and booked the self contain with the engineer. Many months later after the completion, I was forced to go through an agent and seeing him for the first time, he said his charge is 10% of the total amount I pay. Hmmmm!
Long story cut short, I was told I was picked to rent the house and it's bills are as follows:
#18,000 × 24 months (rent) = #432,000
Agent fee I.e 10% of rent =#43,200
Caution fee =#50,000. This amounted to #532,000
Before the agent could tell me about lawyer and agreement fee, I just thanked him that I was picked and then I Usain Bolted from him.
This is an area where the highest amount paid for a brand new self contain does not exceed 15k a month and it's for 1 year.

As much as I condemn this "I don'tcare attitude", I also wish to remind these landlords on this forum who engage in such to desist from these behaviours as they should remember also that before the became landlords, they were once tenants.

NB: ALL TENANTS DO NOT END UP AS LANDLORDS BUT ALL LANDLORDS WERE ONCE TENANTS. BUT IN ALL, EVERYONE ON THIS EARTH ARE TENANTS.

I don't know about this but I think it's just sane for someone to take care of it's immediate environment either owned or rented .

It baffles me how people have this "I don't care" attitude towards other people's property. And here I'm talking about occupants of rented apartments.

There is this compound of eight flats beside where I live and people occupying the flats are all adults.

Guys, you can't believe that for the past two weeks their pumping machine had been pumping water continuously stopping only when the light is ceased( I'm not exaggerating) . And here we enjoy constant electricity at least 20 hours per day.
They come out of their flats, see the compound filled with water and they don't care.
The drainage is filled with their refuse and water and it's pretty annoying.

What kind of life is that? The thing just dey pepper me! Just because they don't own the house!
As I'm typing now, water is running continuously!

Chei! This man house don suffer ooo.
Why are people life this sef?
Person property!

Please change your mentality if u are guilty of this kinda attitude! Coz one day one day you'll become a landlord and you'll know how it feels.

N/B.. Their gateman ran away about a month ago!

Biologically, Androgen is the hormone that is responsible for sexual desires. The sole purpose of that long thing is for experiencing sexual pleasure. Hope you get the difference.

So it can be as long as whatever, but if your level of androgen secretion is very low, you can never have crazy sexual desires.

Most of all those effects listed are not true. It's just a brainwash thing from who so ever.

I witnessed my baby sister circumcision some 12 years back when she was some days old. I didn't see anything unhygienic nor out of the ordinary. And within two days the baby wasn't in much pain again.

female circumcision should be a thing of choice. And I choose it.

For the issue of her excessive sexual appetite, we still can't blame it on lack of circumcision. I will take her to be a nymphomaniac. She has a high level of androgen in her system, which is not common among women.

And Biologically speaking, women have a relatively low level of androgen when compared with that of men, thus low libido/sexual urge and it varies with their menstrual cycle.

If a woman must be circumcised at all, it must be done with moderation. If it is grossly done, then she is going to have complications. And her husband will never enjoy her.

That is the reason why a lot of marriages are not working well or broken today.

So you think the her long thing has nothing to do with her crazy sexual desires? Well I think it has it's own contribution. .

1.) It prevents unpleasant odours which result from foul secretions beneath the prepuce.

2.) It reduces the incidence of urinary tract infections

3.) It reduces the incidence of infections of the reproductive system.

see what WHO has to say about it in the book on Traditions that affect the health of women and children, published in 1979;

"With regard to the type of female circumcision which involves removal of the prepuce of the clitoris, which is similar to male circumcision, no harmful health effects have been noted."

Bros thanks for this comment. I'm a typical Yoruba girl and it's most likely that I'll circumcise my female children. Why coz I don't see any reason why I shouldn't.
