chinedumo: why are some saying it will become swimming pool during rain?
Does it cost you extra electricity?
How about ventilation? I don't know what what they mean by it being swimming pool. Like I said everything depends on site preparation and all that. I won't say it's properly ventilated coz the windows are smaller in sizes but it's always cool. It doesn't cost extra electricity Tho it's not as illuminated as the rooms on the upper floor but you can definitely see ur way around. |

chinedumo: wow. I was getting discouraged. What aabout flooding? What part of Ngeria. How many stoories doo you have on the basement? Flooding? None at all It all depends on how you prepare ur site from the onset.. It's here in Asaba and there are two stories on the basement with pent house. .. |

Yoruba's go to southeast to go and beg, beg for what exactly? Red mud? Or littered feaces? You should stop daydreaming.
Where do agberos live? Ever heard of mushin agege? Isale eko Iyana ipaja, bro, you indeed know nothing, if you think agberos live in slums.
So someone that sells Gala, and makes profit of about 500naira daily lives in isolo? Ikeja? Oshodi? Lol, please leave that red mud land and come check it out yourself, I am sure the oshodi you talking about is cele and its posh environs..
Still proving you know nothing. Don't mind that guy. ..all my life that I've been living in Ibo land, I've never seen a Yoruba beggar. |

greggng: Inasmuch as I don't support tenants that doesn't takecare of their apartment, but some landlords re to be blamed too. Just last week I was at home when my landlord brought nepa to cut of my light. I asked her what happened cos I am not owing any rent or bill. She told me that nepa told her that for us to ve prepaid meter, every house must be linked together since she applied for one meet in a compound that has 2 selfcontain and a 2bedroom flat. The next day I saw nepa instaling the meter with some units left for us to use before buying extra unit. That unit didnot last for 24hours and the moment we went for another unit, we got the shock of our life. We never knew that the landlady has not been showing us the real bill from nepa. The real bill contains 300k. Meanwhile we pay nepa bill plus rent yearly. Infact I prefer yearly payment cos I don't always ve cash so it saves me the embarassment of someone knocking on my door for money every month. However the disadvantage is the reason why am sleeping in darkness for close to a week plus with no end in sight. Right now nepa has ordered her to clear all the outstanding or else we won't ve light. Last night she called us for meeting and we were like why should we pay for her crime? Right now I feel bad cos am dam broke I caannot even buy fuel to put in my gen pending when this issue will be resolved. As you can see some landlords re indeed a pain to must tenants. I am in a terrible shape financially Eeya! Bros sorry ooo God will definitely provide for you and take you greater heights. |

nonjebose: Probably the gateman was the one in charge of the water department also. Some tenants are like that really. In some cases, the pumping machine get bad and some tenants will feel unconcerned about it, even when others are making efforts to do something about it. Yeah the gateman was the one! These kind of things are very common around here with commercial houses |
