I wonder why Goodluck is wasting time to disolve d cabinet and then persecute immediately. They are growing wings by d day, they should not be allowed to fight him from inside. A friend wants to borrow money for his wedding to pay back later.  This was not his initial arrangement but the proposed wife had to come up with extra arrangement.  When asked, she said that she doesn't want her wedding to be a low key so that the friends would not take her for granted.
