Foreign AffairsRe: Mum Saved Her Kids From Attack By Playing Dead by Sagamite(m): 9:58am On Sep 28, 2013
pendo89: No No sagamite, the events that played out that day did not leave room for such acts of bravery! It was too risky not with bullets flying around!
Look at where that woman lay,do you see any dead person nearby? would you risk looking for dead people's blood to smear on yourself?? honestly I wouldn't even breathe!
From victims accounts, those who attempted to make the slightest movement ended up dead! or shot!!

Ok this is what happened.
- nine people pull up at westgate with guns blazing
- enter the mall shoot in the air to alert fellow assailants who were already in the mall then proceed to shooting at people
- number of assailants in excess of 25 took up positions in various parts of the mall
- assailants rigged 50 cal gun with laser controlled unmanned automatic firing, rigged most of the mall with small explosives
- assailant snipers took positions in the vents
- the KDF got the vent plans, determined the snipers positions, sealed the vents, got the fans to blow towards the snipers then deployed flame throwers with over 50 metres range and fried the idiots inside the vents

The KDF/Army are not stationed at westgate, those fellows stay in their barracks -some distance away.
The first people to react were reservists, ordinary cops and anyone with a gun!
By the time it was discovered that this was no ordinary robbery, guys had lost lives, the army was called in followed by the KDF in that order.
And they used different entry points to access the building including the roof top.
I mean even the most well trained group makes blunders during such operations and victims are always there.
The confusion that reigned initially was too much so I can't blame the woman.
Yeah, I was not blaming the woman. I was just stating the precautionary measures I would take if I could.

"assailants rigged 50 cal gun with laser controlled unmanned automatic firing" - What does this mean?

You mean they were using weapons that fired on their own in the mall?

stillwater: Lol. The hair craze is the most annoying thing on earth. This one below says she bought hers for 550k. No amount of hair can hide an armed robber face.
550K and she looks like a Drag-Queen with heavy cake on her face?

Omo yi ma waste owo e o! (This girl just waste her money o)! undecided

Jarus: Cannavaro didn't score goals before winning WPOTY 2006. You don't need to score goals before your work is recognized. Scoring goal is jusst a plus for defensive midfielder.
What he does is good but just not recognisable enough.

If he could score about 3 goals a season, it would be more recognisable.

If he could make precision passes like Alonso, it would be more recognisable.

If he was fast as hell and can chase anyone down, it would be more recognisable.

The guy is just not strategic enough at Chelsea.

And Moses is a bencher.

Jarus: In 2013? What are the highlights of his performance this year?

As for Muntari, I have never doubted his quality, but I have not watched him in recent time.
If we are talking of this year, we are talking of 2012-2013?

Here is a highlight.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1wevroxcI0

This year was the year he actually had most games for AC Milan. Not as many goals but he was a firm regular.

Jarus: Saga, I don't know what you're sniffing these days. One Ghanaian listed Ghanaians and interspersed it with few others and call it Africa's Best 11, and you endorse.

Imagine saying KPB is Africa's best. He was never and is not Africa's best. He had his best season 2 seasons ago in ACM, andd even at his peak that season, he wasn't Africa's best that year. He was later shipped to Schalke, and here in 2013, you agree such a player is Africa's best.

The list is so crappy that I didn't bother to reply it, because I didn't even know where to start as it's nonsense from beginning to end.
grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

I agreed with top 7, excluding Moses, adding Muntari.

That does not mean I agree with the order. grin

KPB will definitely be in my Top 7.

DailyNews: A girl working with one of the foremost FMCG coys here in Nigeria once told me that she can't even date a diploma holder talkless of marrying a guy that has no masters, I remember, I never argued her cos she is very cute and classy, so I believed she meant it and would get it as she said.

Yesterday, I learnt she is having an introduction. The fiance is a non-graduate and I also learnt that they are planning to join cash together so that the guy can start travelling to china to import things into Nigeria.

Now my point is: ladies are good at wishy-wishy list. They are good at daydreaming and fantasizing about happily ever after as they watch in a romance movie or read in a mills and boon novel.

But at the end, they act differently from what they always say. So guys, pay attention to what a woman do than what she tells u cos most times they are in disagreementsmiley
Lol!

Let me guess. Her game was coming to an end? Vernal metabolism has come to an end or coming to an end and she is now settling for something? grin

I laugh everytime I see some young girl arguing she would not be the type to be out of shape when she grows older and her man will never be the type to have eyes for other women. Especially when it is a Nigerian girl considering our food types that she eats. grin

Baba nla wishy-wishy! grin

DailyNews: Don't let the issue of the school u attended derail ur attention. It doesn't matter where u started but where u will end up.

At least most people leading others today started from the poorest places...sometimes makes me wonder if one shud send his kids to poor schools cos most kids that attend rich schools end up poor scholars or terrorists.

School plays little or no role...the key is your vision, dream, drive and family background. If u have that intelligent background, even if u school in a desert school...u will still end up the best.

Go and check jamb best candidates from 80s to 2004 when jamb was jamb...they are always from remote public schools. U hardly see students from private schools.

Now, the attackgringrin
Well said. grin

But I would not let anyone photoshopping Vanderbilt certificate to come and disrespect my educational background. angry

50calibre: Loool Sagamite & Shollypopz aka Wu Zaitan very funny!!

Sagamite has got to go down as one of the most notorious villains folk hero I've seen on NL, there is no single thread I've seen him in, without him being engaged in a war or words with one ore more people.

Iv had encounters with almost, if not all the the villains on NL but sagamite is different, anywhere he goes, trouble follows.

Shollypopz is one of the notorious female villains on NL as well & that's how I noticed her but I think she is tameable.

Her using the name Wu Zaitan on her other ID, says a lot.
A folk hero that has cut down many fucktards with his S/words of Intelligence and which many of the bitter fucktards follow around but he hardly even remembers them, or the pummeling he gave them, most times when they come to attack him. grin
