grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Hahaha, Nayah.

Now I must commend you that that looks like better evidence. She does look quite tall next to those Indonesian women.

But I must caution you to be aware that the average height of Indonesian women is about 5ft. Actually "4ft 10" for 50 years+ Indonesian women.

So I still have my doubts as she looks only about 10 inches taller than them and is also wearing higher heels. grin wink

What if they do not have hair like Agbani?

She does not look significantly taller than majority of the people around her, even when she is closer to the camera, babes.

I don't she is over 5ft 11.

Maybe.

One that is 6ft 5 said he does not want anything above 5ft 9 because he does not want his kids to look like freaks.

Wallie: I agree with you that that's a weakness for an ordinary lady but not for a model. I'm just barely over 6ft tall and I honestly feel inadequate when next to the girls especially the older sister! Can you imagine a girl bending down to give you a hug? To make it worse, she even puts on high heels!

But the guy that's 6ft 11 gets treated like a superstar everywhere we go. People just walk up beside him in public either measuring their height against his or striking up a conversation about his height.
Unfortunately, I can never feel inadequate next to a girl. grin

And a girl bending down to hug me is not a major turn on either. I was not turned on watching Avatar. grin

IBB Threatens to Expose Buhari's Corruption
Written by Nigeria Newsday Tuesday, 07 May 2013 20:10

Former President Ibrahim Babangida has threatened to expose the corruption of Former President
Mohammed Buhari especially as relates to his tenure as Minister of Petroleum.

Buhari was appointed Minister of Petroleum in 1976 under the Murtala/Obasanjo administration. Not much is known about any scandals that occured during his tenure as Minister, but there are rumors of the mysterious disappearance of US$2.8 Billion from the NNPC account in Midlands Bank in the United Kingdom, during Buhari’s stewardship.

Now that IBB has threatened to expose him, it lends a certain credibility to the rumors indicting Buhari of grand graft.

Babangida who released a statement through his media adviser, Prince Kassim Afegbua said, “On Gen. Buhari, it is not in IBB’s tradition to take up issues with his colleague former President. But for the purpose of record, we are conversant with Gen. Buhari’s so-called holier-than-thou attitude.

“He is a one-time Minister of Petroleum and we have good records of his tenure as minister. Secondly, he also presided over the Petroleum Trust Fund ( PTF) which records we also have. We challenge him to come out with clean hands in those two portfolios he headed. Or, we will help him to expose his. “records of performance during those periods. Those who live in glass houses do not throw stones. Gen. Buhari should be properly guided.” Help your empty skull

That is a weakness in my view, not an asset.

Having the height of a man is not attractive to most men. Even guys that are 6ft 7 are rarely interested in any woman over 5ft 10.

chidindufrank: This is the main reason why Northerners want power by all means so that the north would continue to loot us dry. The money Abacha looted is/was oil money. The question is,Who was the minister of petroleum trust fund during Abacha's iron reign?
You are a person!

First of all, there is nothing like "minister of petroleum trust fund" in Nigeria, cretin.

Secondly, we have minister of petroleum. And the minister of petroleum under Abacha was called Dan Etete.

Dan Etete, I can guarantee you is not from Sokoto. ...........Maybe he is from "Jigawa", I am not sure.

Dan Etete is a convicted criminal that sold himself (under a false name) an oil block for $2m while he was minister of petroleum.

When he tried to sell it on years later and the major oil companies refuse to pay him because they knew it was a false name and it would be illegal in Nigeria to engage in such a transaction and they might be jailed in their own countries. Guess what happened and who stepped in?

It is a man from "Kano" called Goodluck Jonathan who helped negotiate and collect the money ($1.1bn) for the convicted criminal and helped him rob Nigeria. And Goodluck Jonathan is a president o! He used Nigeria government as a middleman to complete the transaction so as to achieve 2 things:

1) The oil companies officials can conclude the transaction without fear of jail because they can claim they dealt with Nigerian government and whatever corruption takes place after that is not their business.

2) Convicted criminal Dan Etete can get his loot of $1.1bn that he stole from Nigeria for $2m while breaking the law.

There were indications that the UK Police may invoke the Mutual Legal Assistance to seek the extradition of Mohammed Sanni, who is allegedly linked to the probe.
Mutual Legal Assistance?

grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

In their wildest dreams.

Under the government of the cretinous Silverback Gorilla called Jonathan? grin grin grin

Expect them to be frustrated and this to be buried.

They better wait till after 2015 after this person is chased away from Aso Rock before they ask for their legal assistance.

The same criminal person president that negotiated $1bn payment for a convicted felon that robbed the nation?

The same criminal person president that has ensured no one has been prosecuted or jailed for taking bribes to sell national assets even when their white accomplices have been jailed in the US and they have named who they bribed?

This people would be protected from prosecution by Jonathan's government. They just need to "see" (see him very well) the Attorney General of Nigeria, Bello Adoke, and he would write letters to block and restrain any Nigerian government establishment helping the British.
PoliticsRe: LG Officer Fighting A Civilian For Bribery by Sagamite(m):
Oh, God! Nigerians are such ludicrous fucktards. grin grin grin grin grin grin

I just saw an example or the typical ridiculous "insults" I see on NL in this video.

It is the same person who is working for peanuts as a public traffic warden under a battering sun that is "insulting" another person that "So it is danfo you are taking, you no dey shame? Your mates are taking taxis". cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

Like if a person like him can afford a taxi. Are his own mates not taking taxis? It is always someoneelse's achievement person Nigerians use to "insult" others, not their own achievements. grin grin grin grin grin

I am sure he can hardly afford the ordinary danfo himself and probably uses his Leg-sus to commute. Reminds me of fucktards on NL that are always saying those in the UK are suffering and "your mates are doing blah blah". Like if their miserable life in Nigeria, struggling to find their next meal, is like living in Kuwait. grin grin grin grin
PoliticsRe: What Happened To Tinapa? by Sagamite(m): 11:15pm On Sep 04, 2013
portage: Tinapa was never a mistake as some people insinuated earlier on. Saw this thread earlier on this morning but just couldn’t participate simply because I had to go to work. We already talked about tourism in Nigeria some two years ago (June/July 2011) if I am not mistaken. If you check my comments am sure you will find my contributions to comments regarding Nigerian Tourism.

Here is my take again: Donald Duke did very well by building this place. The problem now is for businesses to invest in areas such as transportation! For example, what stops our so called BIG Banks from investing in things such as railway service? They can make it private and build few rail stations (in strategic places o) about six and run a scheduled trip from wherever these stations are located! In my opinion, the only thing our banks know how to do is employ all these desperate young girls and push them out to go and solicit for deposits all in the name of meeting targets!!! By the way, these young children are exposed to all manner of unwanted harassment.

Also, the bulk of Tinapa failure is wholeheartedly on whoever is managing the place! The key problem with Tinapa is it is too expensive and cumbersome for people to get to the destination! Haba, kilode, is not enjoyment you are looking for?? Why do you have to subject yourself to so much stress before you can enjoy your hard earned money!!
Also, Hotel pricing in these entire destination is mind blowing! Kilode, even the $1500 room is not even worth it if you ask me. Even, the Hyatt, Regency or even Durys Inn, Marriotts can never ask you to pay such amount for a night stay. Yes, and this is regardless of maybe all the hotels I mentioned are located in the heart of NY, Niagara fall, downtown los Angeles, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Orlando Florida, or West Central London……..Mayfair area to be precise (where you expect to pay mega o).

So, tell me as a Nigerian (with some money to spend o) will prefer to go to Tinapa?? They will rather travel to destination outside Nigeria of course!! When all you got to do is jump on the next available flight and sleep in a $180 room per night and enjoy all the extras that come with it!!

To all the managers of the Tinapa-Anwers on how to manage the Tinapa is already in Management textbooks. Do yourselves a favor and save your job by picking one of these books up, read and apply the strategies.

All the best o!
Well said!

Give me the contract and I would easily turnaround the fortunes in 12 months with a new strategy even without the building of any new infrastructure. Just pure business brains.

Allah, no be mouth!

Atouke: Why don't you stick to comparison with areas you are familiar with or you just want to show off that you can draw comparison from the US.
The distance between LA to Las Vegas is 265 miles nor 426 km and the distance between lagos and calabar =469mi or 756km. calabar to lagos is almost twice the distance between LA and Las vegas isn't that more than a little?
In your next attempt to show off/make wrong comparison, pls use google as it will save you the embarrassment.

That said TINAPA is a great project and the location is perfect but my 2 cents diagnosis for the woes of TINAPA is that the project was a bit too futuristic for Nigeria as at when it was conceived and built, But Nigerian economy and Nigerians are gradually maturing to match the use of tinapa, As the maturing process progresses ie viz a viz the increase of middle class with disposable incomes for vacations/ site seeing,Improvement of the economy of Cross river and its neighbouring states, the improvement of transportation infrastructures in Nigeria and the security improvement . TINAPA will attend its full potentials. Recently there was news of the centre being used to host events like the NBA conference thats some innovation for the use of the place wouldn't you say?
I perceive more such profitable innovation detected by market forces for the Utilization of TINAPA.
Ah, I was wondering o.

I know even if the roads in Nigeria were like German motorway and you were flying on it, after 4 hours, you never fit pass Asaba. Talkless of reaching Calabar in 3 hours.
PoliticsRe: What Happened To Tinapa? by Sagamite(m): 3:51pm On Sep 04, 2013
agbameta: Exactly. but maybe fast trains because def not the obsolete locomotives Nigeria is spending billions on today...

I still think road travel remains the best option simply because it's possible to make it to Tinapa from Lagos within 4-5 hours.

The distance from Lagos to Tinapa is just a little over the same distance from Los Angeles to Las vegas and with solid roads to travel on, they'll strike Gold in Tinapa in no time..

Seriously, showing other people pictures of you flossing and enjoying all the glitz in Dubai looks more sexy to the average Nigerian than showing folks pictures of you in Obudu or Tinapa.
O'boy, you sure dem never jail you for flying on the motorway before?

Onitsha isnt only abt upper iweka and d market.
There are parts of Onitsha where even a pin drop can be heard, with nice natural scenery.
Which parts?

How clean is Onitsha itself?

I have been there and I can say categorically that, bar the slums of Lagos, it was the dirtiest and most unplanned place I have ever seen in Nigeria.

How are you going to go and build a luxury resort there?

Afam4eva: If you mean Onitsha market then you're right but the outskirts of Onitsha has one of the best sceneries in Africa where something like that can be built and people in the city have the financial muscle to utilize such a place. They don't need to wait for people from outside to do so.
Onitsha does not generally have the scenery to pull it off.

Calabar is probably the neatest and prettiest town in Nigeria.
