Family › Re: Happy Birthday To My Beloved Wife by sageb: 12:50pm On Jun 20, 2023
Epiphany18:
On this occasion of your birthday, I am compelled by the moments we have shared together to state without equivocation that you are the best thing to happen to my life.

Beyond being my wife, you have proven to be an embodiment of love, care, understanding and most importantly; a personification of the saying that there's always a woman behind every successful man.

Your patience, sacrifices and unwavering loyalty are virtues that must be emulated. My prayers are that your sojourn on earth continues in good health, sound mind and a bounty of our creator's unending blessings.

Happy birthday my beloved wife. I love you so much.

Hon. AbdulAzeez Akinsanya.
Happy Birthday to her

Family › Re: I Am Still Homeless by sageb: 12:47pm On Jun 20, 2023
HellVictorinho6:
contrary to what anyone tells you , i'm still homeless. i am thinking of dissociating myself from already distant siblings who are not any better than my enemies on nairaland. as for all those who see me as a terrible and intolerable person, misquoting and misinterpreting whatever i say, and judging me towards abandonment without enough reasons, i wont cease being myself. i am also fed up with useless comparisons. i have had to change base(where i sleep) so many times like my older brother. there is nothing good about having many children with some of them always supporting evil against the other. my older brother and i have seen enough. poverty is useless, siblings that support bastards 4rm outside are worse. it is not like these siblings have anything long-lasting to offer u. they can only blame u for every misfortune u experience. having given up on the nigerian economy, the nigerian political parties ,the nigerian government and the nigerian constitution, i also give up on any family reunion or whatever that means unto my financial progress.i prefer being shot in the head than the regular threat i get 4rm various angles, spits.
What a sad story
I hope you find closure soon.

What a misleading write up

Inyanya sang "Yvonne Nelson....I have your medicine" and that song "Your waist" was released after he broke her heart . She was the one all over Inyanya
So true, whereas Iyanya was busy with his shows and music career growth.

Professionals in the house, please I need your advice on choosing between Marketing and Human Resource Management for a postgraduate course as a Psychology graduate.

Based on the reality of the labour market in Nigeria and possibly in abroad which one has more prospects?
Enroll for CIPM to be a certified human resource personnel.
I opine that Human Resource management is better.

Alcoholic drinks like "Star" lager beer, Hero, Orijin, etc contains a lot of sugar.
Guinness stout is better than the aforementioned.

Business › Re: Mai Bornu To Emefiele: Indigenous CBN Governors Till Date by sageb: 5:10pm On Jun 12, 2023
sharone21:
He would have done better being a graduate of banking and finance and especially Economics( PhD), moreso as a Deltan / Bendel man as that is what Deltans are good at( ie Managing Financial matters: Banks, Journalism ( eg Newspapers and Law).

He didn't behave at all like a true Deltan boy in managing the CBN well.... I think staying too long made him see himself like a BOSS .....He took orders from PMB instead of advising him on wrong policies, he made many Nigerians suffer, even when he came in and saw some bad policies, he rather added more.... Till date, we can't easily send money via Western Union.... Our cards have limits for online payments and block abroad from withdrawals... Naira redesign wasn't necessary, though some closeby countries did theirs too and we don't know if it was IMF's rule to CBN....Exchange rate could have been single with possibly N100 difference between banks and BDCs but it became dual which of course will encourage a lot of round trippings and self aggrandizement, all these cannot be done by an Ika man alone who should be law abiding and peaceful so his people are waiting to hear plenty stories ....

That an ANIOMA man( Ika in particular) is involved in IPOB abi na Boko Haram sponsoring needs a lot of clarifications and his people are keenly watching the whole drama so it will seem they are quiet now..... Alot will be revealed from his trials and many exposed.... Keeping fingers crossed.

Deltans have successfully run banks over the years, but these days we see a lot of financial apps doing well from Yorubas that became necessary due to Emefiele's policies so, he created jobs in this regard and I don't think a new policy would come in that will make these ones irrelevant.
It's shocking that an IKA man will be involved in Boko Haram activities.
Let's wait and see the end of their investigation.

Their are Oil Producing Communities in Rivers State that pay far more than that in Rivers State. They pay from 130k - 300k.
Communities like Bonny Island, Aleto, Onne, etc.
It's all about connection

There are some things you can't get in the village unless you travel to the city
I will go for the City job of 100k over the village job of 150k due to the following reasons:

1. Networking: You will meet people of diverse culture and background

2. Career progression

3. Opportunities: An urban area tends to have more job opportunities than a remote area.

4. Social amenities

Where are you from? Is your state better than Rivers? Tell me a state in the SS that is better than Rivers, when people are talking, people from shiithole eastern states should not talk. Your people can't even stay and do business in your states, they are everywhere in Rivers because of the superior economy and infrastructure. Even in the slums, you can clearly see the good road network, perhaps you expect the government to build houses for individuals, when the government also bring those building down people like you will say the Rivers state government hate the igbos and they are trying to chase them out.
The OP went to Bundu waterside and Borikiri axis during the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown, came back and post these pictures in 2020.
Do a search and you will see this same post years ago, Me and Kinematics countered him with proof of beautiful places in Port Harcourt and the OP went offline.
