Politics / Ndigbo, 2023 Presidency & Biafra; The Options By Chuks Ibegbu OHANAEZE Spokesman by Saintbossman: 10:24pm On Mar 14, 2020
SUBMISSION TO NDIGBO WORLD WIDE.
BY CHUKS IBEGBU, SPOKESMAN OF OHANAEZE NDIGBO WORLD WIDE.

THEME; NDIGBO, 2023 PRESIDENCY AND BIAFRA; THE OPTIONS

DEAR IGBOS AND IGBO LEADERS

Permit me to use this medium to contribute my ideas and thought on the
vexed question that beset Ndigbo in Nigeria today and which any concerned Igbo man today ought to revert his mind to. These are the question of Restructuring, 2023 Presidency or Biafra.

Yes, there are divergent views on these issues. Some Igbos feel we should secede from Nigeria and form our own nation , Biafra . This view believe Nigeria can never work and Ndigbo lots cannot get better in a Nigeria state.
Some others feel a Restructured Nigeria will serve the interest of Ndigbo better and Ndigbo must continue to clamor for that.
Then there are those who believe that a Nigerian Presidency of Igbo extraction in 2023 will give Ndigbo a sense of belonging and emotional satisfaction . This last thinking has two sub sets. There are those who want the Igbo Presidency clamor to be in sync with Restructuring of Nigeria while another thought is that Restructuring or not , Ndigbo
should produce the next Nigeria President.

Well, nobody should demean any of these views and positions as the holders do so for various reasons . Nigeria as its presently constituted is no doubt a burden to its citizens , more so the Igbos.
The innate potentials of the Igbos cannot manifest patently in Nigeria the way things are now , nor even that of any creative Nigerian.

This author believes however that a working Nigeria will serve Ndigbo and indeed other Nigerians better than seperate nations and enclaves. The challenge however is how to make Nigeria to work.Who will make her work , how and when.To this writer, a Restructured Nigeria
with an Igbo at Aso Rock or an Igbo man who can Restructure Nigeria at Aso Rock will change Nigeria narrative.. This will require courage and determination . But then all Nigerians must be ready to make the necessary sacrifice to make Nigeria work. Our elites in particular have to be patriotic and not mischievous and corrupt as they have always been.

For exponents of Biafra, I can understand their worries and
grievances. Nobody in Nigeria should begrudge them because they know where the nasty Nigeria shoe is pinching them. Nobody should castigate Nnamdi Kanu , the pro Biafran activists and the angry Igbo youths.
Rather , the basis of their grievances must be located . Today and in recent past almost all parts of Nigeria were embroiled in one form of secessionism or another over the state of the nation. What the BOKO HARAMIST are doing now in the North East and in a violent manner is brutal secessionism .

Yet to the writer, nobody should as well crucify Prince Erondu Uche for being at the forefront of a Nigerian President of Igbo extraction project come 2023 which groups like the PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION PANPIEC is championing, this when achieved would be a tonic to heal the wounds of the civil war, give the Igbos a sense of belonging and create a new political , socio and economic narrative for Nigeria. Igbos are nation builders with natural developmental paradigm.
All Nigerians should sync , key in and support this just, equitable and well worthy cause.
All Nigerian political parties and power blocs have to champion this cause.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY

Politics / PANPIEC 2023 Presidency Paper That Got World Attention At Sheraton Hotel Abuja. by Saintbossman: 10:33am On Mar 10, 2020
BEING THE PAPER PRESENTED BY PRINCE ERONDU UCHE, THE DIRECTOR OF MEDIA AND PUBLICITY OF THE PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION (PANPIEC)TO THE GREAT DEBATE FOR NATIONAL UNITY: FEDERAL CHARACTER, RESTRUCTURING AND ROTATION OF PRESIDENTIAL POWER IN NIGERIA. BY A COALITION OF GROUPS AT SHERATON HOTELS AND TOWERS ABUJA ON THURSDAY 5TH MARCH 2020.

DISTINGUISHED NIGERIANS PRESENT HERE TODAY
FELLOW PANPIEC MEMBERS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN

THE PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION, PANPIEC  is pleased to be part of this NATIONAL DEBATE AND CONVERSATION geared to find a modus operandi and modus vivendi of our nation hood politically, economically and structurally.

This event is very important in view of the various challenges our nation is facing today and the once it would face in the nearest future if not untwined today. This Debate outlined its scope of interest which are  FEDERAL CHARACTER PRINCIPLE, RESTRUCTURING AND ROTATIONAL PRESIDENCY.

On Federal Character Principle ,the essence is to spread national appurtenance to all parts of the country to give them a sense of belonging. This principle has been badly distorted in our nation as primordial and nepotistic tendencies now rule our public space.

On Restructuring , the aim is to liberalise our public space , devolve more power to the federating units and ensure structural equity in the polity. Its to make the federating units more productive and reduce the over powering influence of the centre. No nation can succeed with the baggage of over centralisation we have in Nigeria today, It does not encourage hard work by the constituent units.

On Rotational Presidency which is of greater interest to our group, the aim is to ensure political power is fairly distributed to all sections of the country for peace , unity and stability. PANPIEC  believes power should rotate to the Igbos in 2023 as they are the only unit of the federation yet to have a shot at the seat of NIGERIA POWER. For now Nigeria Presidency is a turn by turn reality. Those now talking of only Merit have forgotten that in the recent past it was Turn by Turn. Why should it be different for the Igbos. Even then on the level of Merit , the Igbos have several meritoriously qualified personalities to navigate and solve the multi problems of our nation .
So whether by Merit or turn by turn, the Igbos should produce the next Nigeria President in 2023 and we urge all the stakeholders in Nigeria including the political parties to zone the Presidency in 2023 to the South East in particular and Igbo land in general.

We want to thank the Governor of Kaduna state Mallam Nasir El Rufai for his recent comments and other prominent Nigerians keying into this equity and just project.

We call on any Presidential contender from other zones having any ambition to contest the 2023 Presidency to rethink such for the interest of the nation. Let the contention be choice among array of Igbo candidates. We must not even wait for the Igbos to bring up such candidates. Other Nigerians should put their searchlight to ferret out possible candidates from Igboland after all its all about leading all Nigerians then and not Igbos alone.

PANPIEC  call on President Mohammadu Buhari at the nick of time to support this mission and be an ever lasting statesman.

PANPIEC  thank the organisers of this patriotic event, the attendees, the Chancellor of Gregory University Uturu , our great mind Prof Gregory Ibe and all those that made this event possible.

All Nigerians are called upon to join and support PANPIEC.

GOD BLESS OUR NATION.

PRINCE UCHE ERONDU

Politics / BREAKING! Imo Supreme Court Judgement; Ihedioha Loses Again To Hope Uzodinma by Saintbossman: 3:55pm On Mar 03, 2020
BREAKING: Ihedioha loses again as Supreme Court declines to set-aside Imo judgement
ON March 3, 2020

ABUJA—The Supreme Court, on Tuesday, declined to restore Emeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as the Governor of Imo State.

The apex court, in a decision by a seven-man panel of Justices led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Tanko Muhammad, reinstated the judgement it gave on January 14, which declared Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressive Congress, APC, as the validly elected governor of Imo state.
In the lead verdict that was delivered by Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, the apex court, held that Ihedioha’s application to set-aside the judgement that removed him from office lacked merit.

It held that the application was an invitation for the Supreme Court to sit on appeal over its own final judgement.
Though it dismissed the application, the apex court refused to award cost against the Applicants.

However, a member of the apex court panel, Justice Centus Nweze, disagreed with the lead verdict and gave a dissenting opinion that allowed Ihedioha’s application.
Nweze said he was satisfied that the judgement that declared Uzodinma winner was entered in error.
He held that the apex court has a duty to in the interest of justice, set-aside its decision that was given in error.

Health / Coroavirus; Nigerian Prof. Ezeibe Discovers Cure For Coronavirus, Lassa Fever by Saintbossman: 9:12pm On Feb 29, 2020
Professor of Virology, Maduike Ezeibe of the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, MOUAU, who once claimed to have discovered therapy for the cure of HIV/AIDS, said that his therapy has the potency to cure the dreaded coronavirus ravaging China and some Asian countries.

Ezeibe who is the Dean, College of Veterinary Medicine, MOUAU, made the claims Thursday in a statement, adding that the therapy can also cure Lassa fever.

The professor of Virology who gave the chemical equation of the therapy as (AI4(SiO4)3+3Mg2SiO4-2AI2Mg3(SiO4)3) said “it’s a mechanism for curing Covid -19 and Lassa fever”.

On how the therapy works, Professor Ezeibe explained that “electrostatic attraction would make electrically charged medicines mop pathogens which have opposite charges, is a known scientific fact and that viruses and abnormal (infected /tumor) cells are electrically charged is now known.

” Covid-19 virus and Lassa fever virus (DNA viruses) are negatively charged . Small sizes of viruses enable them infect cells, inaccessible to big molecules. So, existing antiviral medicines need immunity to complement their effects but some viruses cause immune deficiency.

As a silicate, AMS also normalises immunity and as a stabilizing agent it enhances efficacy of antimicrobials to achieve effective treatment secondary infections.

“Effective treatment of secondary infections would cure any viral /abnormal cell diseases including Covid -19 and Lassa fever “, the statement read.

Also, Professor Ezeibe challenged countries who are being ravaged by coronavirus to come and take his therapy for clinical trial on their patients.

He expressed confidence that the therapy which had already proved reliable in the treatment of HIV/AIDS would make coronavirus a thing of the past.

Asked about the cost of treatment, Professor Ezeibe said “cost is not an issue for now “, maintaining that what is of moment is to bring cure to the thousands of patients already infested with the virus.

Ezeibe however, said those already infested with coronavirus should not come to Nigeria to access the therapy to avoid spread of the virus.

He rather advised that their countries should make arrangements on how to obtain the therapy for their nationals.
Politics / Igbos Determine Fate of Igbo Fed. Lawmakers Over Recall, Ask PMB to Legalize Gun by Saintbossman: 12:33pm On Feb 29, 2020
Igbo National Stakeholders' Assembly has asked President Muhammadu Buhari to legalize the use of gun if he will not declare Fulani Herdsmen and Miyetti Allah terrorist groups. The group made this known in a communique issued after its general emergency meeting held on February 20, 2020 to determine the fate of Igbo federal Lawmakers who the group had earlier threatened to recall following the alleged rejection of Innoson Motors.

The communique reads;

"Igbo National Stakeholders' Assembly (INSA) Worldwide held an emergency meeting on February 28, 2020 in Lagos. The meeting was attended by INSA BOT Members, National Executive Council, all State Coordinators, Representatives of INSA Diaspora Chapters, Women and Youth Wing, Traditional Rulers, Igbo Political Stakeholders, Leaders of Town Unions, Trade and Market Unions.
The following were discussed;
1. The alleged failure of the National Assembly to procure
Innoson Motors Vehicles as utility cars for the National Assembly.

2. 2023 Nigeria President of Igbo Extraction.
3. Insecurity in Nigeria.
4. Corruption in Nigeria and Igbo land in particular.

After extensive discussions on the above agenda, the following decisions were reached.

1. Due to numerous interventions from Respectable Igbo Leaders and Traditional Rulers the house decided to temper Justice with mercy. It was also noted that Senator Enyinnaya Abaraibe and Senator Ike Ekweremmadu play good roles in promoting Igbo interest. We also learnt that Igbo Lawmakers tried their best in supporting Innoson group to secure the supply project but failed due to the fact that they were in the minority. The Lawmakers were given a second chance to ensure that the earlier proposal sent by Innosson Motors is considered. As Lawmakers they should lead by examples and not to close our boarders and mandate Nigerians to eat local rice only for them to turn down locally manufactured cars.

2. In consonant with the boarder closure, a law to Mandate National Assembly, State House of Assemblies, all Federal/State Ministries and Agencies including all Political Officeholders to use made in Nigeria cars and products. If this is not done it means that Nigeria's laws are made only for the poor and the boarder closure is not meant to boost our economy but targeted at Igbo Importers.

3. All Igbo Political groups have agreed to come together under Igbo National Stakeholders' Assembly in other to actualise the plan to make an Igbo the next President after President Mohammadu Buhari in 2023.

4. The meeting resolved that President Mohammadu Buhari should sack all security chiefs as their tenure has expired and for failing to justify tax payers money wasted to pay their salaries and huge security allocations.

5. The President should declare Fulani Herdsmen and Miyetti Allah terrorist groups or Legalize the use of guns in Nigeria for self defense or declare war officially between the Federal Government of Nigeria and Fulani Herdsmen/Miyetti Allah.

6. We advise that EFCC should probe all former Governors from 1999 to 2015 in order to recover all looted funds and return them to their various states.

7. The National Assembly should with immediate effect, enact a law prescribing Life jail or death by hanging for corrupt politicians".

Signed:
1. Chief John Uche
President General
2. IGBO MANDATE
3 IGBO PROGRESSIVE UNION
4. IGBO SPEAKING COMMUNITY

Politics / Recall Of All Igbo Fed. Lawmakers; Igbo Stakeholders Storm Lagos For Meeting by Saintbossman: 10:50am On Feb 28, 2020
IGBO STAKEHOLDERS STORM LAGOS TO DETERMINE THE FATE OF ALL IGBO FEDERAL LAWMAKERS.

Igbo Stakeholders from all works of life have started arriving Lagos ahead of the proposed meeting of Igbo National Stakeholders' Assembly scheduled to hold on Friday 28, 2020.

Reports show that there have been in flock of men and women dressed in special Igbo attire arriving at the Lagos Airport, major motor parks and Luxurious bus parks. Newsmen gathered that it won't be unconnected to the proposed INSA meeting.
However these reports were confirmed by the response from some members of the Igbo group who spoke to newsmen on the condition of anonymity.

In a telephone chat with the President General of Igbo National Stakeholders' Assembly Chief John Uche, he confirmed that many Igbo Stakeholders within and outside the country are already in Lagos for the meeting. On the reason why Lagos was chosen as the venue, he said that Lagos was chosen because it is central for those in Diaspora and more convenient especially for those coming from outside Nigeria. More so it is not a secret meeting. We don't have anything to hide. Igbos can hold their meeting anywhere in Nigeria he added. More so the concluding part of this meeting will come up in March 2020 in Umuahia.
It could be recalled that the choice for Lagos instead of Igbo land for the proposed meeting had generated a lot of controversies.

Politics / Rejection Of Innoson Motors; Igbo Stakeholders To Recall All Igbo Fed. Lawmakers by Saintbossman: 10:48am On Feb 22, 2020
There is indication that all is not well between Igbo federal Lawmakers both at the upper and lower Chambers and Ndigbo over the alleged controversial rejection of Innosson Motors to supply them cars. A popular Igbo political group, Igbo National Stakeholders' Assembly (INSA) had threaten to recall all Senators and House of Representative members from Igbo land over their failure to prevail on the house to procure Innoson Motors vehicles.

In a press briefing on Saturday 22nd of February 2020 in Lagos, the President General of the group Chief John Uche condemned the attitude of the Federal Lawmakers describing them as enemies of Nigeria.
The statement reads;

"Our attention has be drawn to a publication making round of an alleged plan by the Nigeria National Assembly to acquire vehicles for the upper and lower chambers respectively, brand 2020 Model of Toyota Camry Cars running into several billions of naira from Toyota a foreign base company rejecting Innoson Nigerian made.

We are aware that Innoson Group an indigenous company based in Anambra state had submitted a proposal to manufacture and supply any specification of choice car to these federal lawmakers, an offer which they turned down.

We therefore condemn in its entirety this purported plan by these lawmakers who are supposed to be good ambassadors of Nigeria by being patriotic enough to promote made in Nigeria goods. How can Nigeria develop under the leadership of these unpatriotic and selfish elements who have nothing good to offer to those who voted them into power.
With this ugly trend coming from those who are expected to lead by good examples, Nigerians are left with these questions; why were our boarders closed if not to promote made Nigeria? Is the broader closure targeted at Igbo importers? Has the National Assembly joined the presidency in sabotaging Buhari's administration?

Igbo National Stakeholders' Assembly (INSA) therefore demand;

1. The immediate cancellation of the purported transaction. If the purchase of cars would be approved by Nigerians, it must be sourced locally. It will be cheaper and will create more jobs.

2. A public hearing on the proposed purchase of the said vehicles should hold in all federal constituencies in order to get the approval of Nigerians who own the money. There is hunger in the nation, millions of Nigerians find it difficult to eat once a day.

3. Failure to follow these recommendations, we shall make sure that all Igbo federal lawmakers will be recalled and replaced.

4. We wish to remind President Mohammadu Buhari of his campaign promise to encourage and promote made in Nigeria products and advise him to also use his executive power to stop this economic sabotage being engineered by these enemies of Nigeria who call themselves lawmakers

5. Henceforth all vehicles to be used by all political officeholders should be sourced locally.

Signed
Chief John Uche (Apkati Nsiegbe)
President General Igbo National Stakeholders' Assembly Worldwide (INSA)"

NO GOING BACK ON OPERATION OGBUNIGWE OHANAEZE NDIGBO. AS MORE EMINENT
NIGERIANS THROW SUPPORT TO PANPIEC

Ohanaeze Ndigbo has announced that there is no going back on Operation Ogbunigwe
which is also Community policing in Igbo land. The spokesman of the
group Chuks Ibegbu indicated that the tag for community policing in
Igbo land is Operation Ogbunigwe and governments of the South East
need a common networking to make the Operation succeed.
Ibegbu noted that the people are not afraid of anybody and are capable
of defending themselves against marauders of any type .Ibegbu thanked
the Inspector General of Police and the South East Governors for the
synergy they are building on the issue and hope such will continue.
On the modalities for the operation, Ibegbu noted that the Governors
are expected to meet with Ohanaeze Ndigbo to work out the blueprint
and modalities even though the states in the zone already have one
form of security platform or another. WE want a regional outfit ,
hence the Operation Ogbunigwe (regional community policing) Ibegbu
concluded.

On the 1999 constitutional review exercise by the National Assembly
Ibegbu noted that the 1999 constitution is a military document and not
a peoples' document. The 2014 National Confab report and the report of
past Conferences including the El Rufai Committee report need to be
dissected and used to build a peoples constitution , an enduring
one,Ibegbu noted.
Meanwhile several Nigerian statesmen have continued to identify with
the PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION, the umbrella
body of all groups championing the NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO
EXTRACTION PROJET..These include Alh. Balarabe Musa, Dr Imam
Rafsanjani, Chief Olorufemi Adeniyi, Alh Joda Ibrahim, Chief Etuk

PRESS RELEASE

2023; ITS EITHER PRESIDENCY OR WE RECONSIDER OUR STAY IN NIGERIA , TWO
IGBO GROUPS THREATEN. PANPIEC AND OHANAEZE NDIGBO SPOKESMAN REACTS

Two Igbo groups, IGBO PEOPLES CONGRESS, IPC AND IGBO ABORIGINES IA
have declared that if Ndigbo are denied the Presidency in 2023, they
may reconsider their stay in Nigeria as Igbos cannot be in a country
where they cannot occupy the highest seat in the land.
The spokesmen of the group, Pastor Okey Colbert and Obisike Chidi
stated this in a joint Press Conference at Owerri , Imo state
recently.

The groups stated that it is not about PDP , APC or any Political
party but about justice and equity. They stated too that its not about
voting for Buhari or not in the past . We are talking about political
stability of Nigeria , about belonginess as was done for the South
West after June 12 and the South south in the past. Others cannot rule
us and we are not fit to rule others, It cannot happen , they warned.
In its reaction the PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION
COALITION, PANPIEC, the umbrella body of all groups championing the
Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction, through its Director of Media
and Publicity, Prince Uche Erondu saluted all Nigerians that have
joined and are massively joining the group . He stated his conviction
that an Igbo will be President of Nigeria in 2023 and there will be no
need for the threat by the two Igbo groups whose emotion is
understandable , he noted.

Yes, other Nigerians should support the Igbo in 2023 as the Igbos have
supported others too in the past, Erondu noted.

In his own reaction, Chuks Ibegbu , the spokesman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo
world wide noted that though Ohanaeze Ndigbo is more interested in the
restructuring of Nigeria, an Igbo need to succeed President Buhari in
2023 for justice and equity sake . He however noted that the
consequences of any attempt to torpedo the Nigeria Presidency of Igbo
Extraction project in 2023 has not been discussed and the future will
tell what would happen then. We want a just and fair nation where all
groups will have political rights. You know its only the Igbo
geo-political zone that is yet to occupy Aso Rock so no one should be
in doubt that the next Nigeria President should be Igbo , Ibegbu
stated. Besides , the nation will be better for it as Igbos are nation
builders. We support PANPIEC and its programmes . We call on all
Igbos and Nigerians to support the group .

Politics / 2023 Presidency: Gowon Supports PANPIEC As Group Visits Tombs Of Awolowo, Others by Saintbossman: 4:35pm On Jan 19, 2020
The Pan Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction Coalition (PANPIEC) the umbrella body for all pressure groups championing zoning of Nigeria President come 2023 to Igbo has received a boost to her quest as a former Head of State, Gen Yakubu Gowon (retd.), who led the Nigerian side during the Nigerian Civil War (1969-1970), has said he does not have any problem if power shifts to the Igbo come 2023.

He premised his views on the condition that as long as doing so would enhance peace.

Gowon spoke in a special interview he granted to the Hausa Service of the British Broadcasting Service in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the end of the war on Wednesday.

Our correspondent listened to excerpts of the interview in Abuja, on Friday.

While responding to a question on the agitation by south easterners that the Igbo should produce the nation’s President in 2023, he said, “If doing so will bring peace, it should be done; if the people so desire.”

He added, “There was a time the PDP started rotational presidency, if that was continued maybe the Igbo would have produced a President but that didn’t happen. If that can be done now, I don’t have a problem with it. Anybody can govern. There are many people in Nigeria, if God gives them and they will govern with the fear of God and love for Nigerians, we will make the desired progress.”

Earlier, while responding to a question on whether he had regrets leading Nigeria into the civil war, he said he did not regret his action given the circumstance at the time, stressing that it was necessary to keep Nigeria one.

Gowon said, “I want to thank God that we ended the civil war on a peaceful note; like I said back then, there was no victor, no vanquished. I thank God for the peace we’ve enjoyed over the last fifty years since the war ended.

Meanwhile The PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION (PANPIEC) will pay homage to the tombs of key founding Fathers of Nigeria and receive their post humous blessings in its crusade for a Nigeria Presidency of Igbo extraction in 2023.

The blessing of these Great Nigerians would no doubt be the starting point of the journey for political equity and justice in 2023 Chief Erondu noted.

Meanwhile several Nigeria groups in the diaspora have been lauding the activities and approach of the PANPIEC and noted their support to the group. FORMER ANAMBRA GOVERNOR,GEN. ISHOLA WILLIAMS, PROFF. NTOM, EMMANUEL IWUANYANWU OTHERS MAKE LIST OF PANPIEC BOARD OF TRUSTEES AS OHANAEZE LAUD COMMEMORATION OF FIFTY YEARS OF END OF BIAFRAN WAR, CALL FOR BIAFRA OF THE MIND.

The Umbrella body of all groups championing the Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction project, the PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION - PANPIEC has appointed some eminent Nigerians in its Board of Trustees. Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, an eminent Nigerian and Patriot is one them. Other members of the board selected three per geo-political zones are Dr Chukwuemeka Ezeife former Governor of Anambra State, Dr Nwachukwu Anakwenze President of the Igbo World Assembly USA, Gen Ishola Williams (Rtd), Alh Adamu Mohammed, Dr Kenneth Fiberesima, Chief Effiong James, Prof Joseph Ntom among others. The full list according to Prince Uche Erondu, the Director of Media and publicity of the group would be made known soon.
The group meanwhile has started serious nation wide consultation starting from the South East which starts on Wednesday, 15 of January, 2020.
They would visit key leaders of the zone according to Uche Erondu to preach the message of Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction in 2023.

Meanwhile the spokesman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo world wide Chuks Ibegbu
has lauded the commemoration of the end of the Biafra war which ended on January 15 , 1970
Ibegbu lauded the Ndigbo Lagos and Nzuko Umunna for holding a colloquium on that and noted that Ohanaeze supports such remembrance as the three million lives lost in in that sad event need to always be remembered.Ibegbu warned Nigerians not to do anything that will lead to another war in the country . What we need now is the lessons of the war and never to allow it re-occur . Nigeria need to Biafranise itself and what I mean by that is that Nigeria need to adopt the Biafran spirit which made that defunct nation the pride of the black race in terms of its technological achievements during the war, Ibegbu noted.
Ibegbu discountenanced the IPOB claim that Ohanaeze did not do anything on the security challenges facing the South East . Yes, IPOB set up BSS what they called Biafra secret service. But remember we are in Nigeria so any solution to our security challenges has to be within the ambit of the Nigeria state. If they had formed Igbo Security Network, or any thing like that , no problem but you dont expect us to be involved in any arrangement that would put our youths and people in undue risk. But even then Ohanaeze did not in any way contribute to IPOB woes but as a father even did all within its ability to protect our children involved. We cannot wish away Biafra but what we need is Biafra of the mind, Ibegbu noted unless pushed to it unavoidably again. We cannot speak for Igbo Governors , though they are key Ohanaeze stakeholders too, Ibegbu noted.
Ibegbu noted that the concern of Ohanaeze Ndigbo remains the Restructuring of Nigeria, and ofcourse the political justice for Ndigbo in 2023 declaring support for groups like the PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION championing the cause.

Politics / 2023 Presidency; Panpiec Presents Paper In Imo State, call For Support by Saintbossman: 10:12pm On Jan 08, 2020
AN ADDRESS PRESENTED BY CHIEF ANTHONY FRANK OBINEME {OBUAGUDINDU}, SOUTH EAST COORDINATOR/DIASPORA LIAISON OFFICER PANPIEC ON THE OCCATION OF ALA IGBO DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION {ADF} RETREAT ON THE 7TH JANUARY, 2020 AT MAYFAIR HOTEL, EGBU ROAD OWERRI.

DISTINGUISHED PARTICIPANTS OF THIS EVENT
MEMBERS OF PANPIEC
MY LORDS SPIRITUAL AND TEMPORAL
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN

On behalf of PANPIEC, I welcome us all to this historic event. PANPIEC is an umbrella body of all organizations championing the Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction in 2023. It is an equity and justice project geared to ensure the political stability of Nigeria in 2023 and beyond.

The quest for political justice in Nigeria is not different from similar quests that made Barrack Obama became the President of United State of America some years ago. It is not different from the political justice that made Nelson Mandela the President of South Africa after several years of political marginalization of blacks in South Africa.

An Igbo occupying Aso Rock in 2023 will mark the true end of the civil war. It is both an emotional, psychological and physical phenomenon. It does not even mean that Igbo land or Nigeria will become an Eldorado. Yes, it may leapfrog our country but beyond that, there is a need to assure present and future generation of Igbos that we are not slaves in Nigeria. Of all the geopolitical zones in Nigeria, it is only the South East and the Igbo in general that has not produced the Nigeria president. Some people argue that the Igbos did not vote President Muhammadu Buhari and so should not expect the APC to give them presidential ticket in 2023. Some others want the South West to be considered while some die hards even want the North to retain power in 2023. It will be grievous however, for our Yoruba brothers to contemplate having another shot when their Igbo neighbors have not had the opportunity even for once. It will be a moral challenge for those who grandstand for the North to take another shot in 2023.

Whether Igbos voted for President Buhari or not in 2015 and 2019, the fact is that the rest of Nigeria and the political parties have to and need to work towards the election of an Igbo person as the President of Nigeria in 2023 for the peace and political stability. This is the mood of the nation today. We have seen cases where candidates from other geopolitical zones became president without the support of their people. We have seen cases where even someone from a political and demographic minority became president to satiate and satisfy justice and equity factor in Nigeria. The same thing should apply to the Igbo whether they voted for president Buhary or not.

The Olu Falaye/Olu Obasanjo scenario of 1999 should be replayed in 2023, whereby the two key political parties in Nigeria should field an Igbo Presidential candidates in 2023. The choice will then be among the Nigerian to decide. It will ensure justice, peace, equity and stability of the nation. Eight years of Nigeria President of Igbo Extraction would be a win win situation for Nigerians as Igbos are nation builders and developmental champions. PANPIEC needs your support.

We are consulting, reaching out, networking and building bridges with other stakeholders in Nigeria. It is a platform for all Nigerians regardless of tongue and tribe. The issue of agitations by Igbo youths for a state of Biafra is not a reason to deny the Igbos their own turn to produce a president of Nigeria. The bloody agitation by the Boko Haram for a Caliphate in the North, the agitation by the Oodua People’s Congress for Oduduwa nation, and the agitation by the Niger Delta militants for a Niger Delta Republic did not stop their people from producing occupants of Aso Rock at different times. Igbo nationalists were at the fore front of Nigeria independence. They live and develop all parts of Nigeria where they settle. They are nation builders. The agitation for Biafra by the youths is only a signpost to their quest for social, political and economic justice in Nigeria. Nobody should therefore hold us to ransom with the Biafra agitation or use it as an alibi to deny us our legitimate right.

Ohanaeze Ndigbo clamor for restructuring of Nigeria and other clamors for social justice in Nigeria would all be a plus rather than minus to a better Nigeria and so are corollary to agitations for a Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction.

We seek your support for PANPIEC.
Happy New Year and God bless

For Prince Uche Erondu
Director of Media and Publicity PANPIEC

FactsAndTruth:
All kinds of demented buffoons, monkeys and baboons now sit in comfort of their and claim to represent Ndigbo.

Who gave them the mandate to speak me as an Igbo man? Where was the election held? Where are their registration documents to prove that they pressure group known to all and sundry.

I suspect that whenever liar mohammed feels bored, he creates all these online faceless groups just to instigate confusion and peddle propaganda, just like he created RENIPOB and TRIPOB on his laptop.

As for saintbossman the lazy and hungry 'yoot', we both know your useless threads are usually dead as dodo, this one won't be different.

Politics / We Don't Want Presidency In 2023 Igbo Groups Assert As Ohanaeze & Panpiec React by Saintbossman: 1:10pm On Dec 24, 2019
WE DONT WANT PRESIDENCY IN 2023, IGBO GROUPS ASSERT. OHANAEZE NDIGBO SPOKESMAN AND PANPIEC REACTS.

Two Igbo groups Igbo Aborigenes and Igbo Peoples Congress have declared that they do not want an Igbo to be President in 2023 .

They noted that such Igbo if ever he emerges will be a cannon fodder for anti Igbo forces and the Boko Haram sponsors. The spokesmen of the group Obisike Chidi and Pastor Okey Colbert noted that unless Nigeria is restructured, an Igbo becoming President will not change anything. It will be like another Ironsi situation if care is not taking they said.

They noted that a buffoon may be chosen by the North and their allies from Igbo land and he will fail so that they would say the Igbos have failed in leadership. If Nigeria is well restructured, Igbos dont even need to bother about who becomes President.

Igbos need level playing ground and if a man from Kaura Namoda or Nguru can give it to them, its okay , they asserted. If Buhari had taken all parts of Nigeria as his constituency , we would not bother but presently he is a Northern President , infact a Daura President, they noted.

In his reaction the spokesman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo world wide Chuks Ibegbu noted that in as much as the Igbos want the restructuring of Nigeria , it will augur well too if Buhari is succeeded by an Igbo for equity and justice. He disagreed with the two Igbo groups that said Ndigbo do not want the Presidency in 2023, but noted that the kind of Igbo that would be an Ideal President is the one that has the pedigree and qualities of creativity and progress which Igbos are noted for. Ibegbu noted that Ndigbo do not want marionettes as President. He noted that the tenure of Ohanaeze Ndigbo current leadership will end in January 2021 and those grandstanding and carrying the propaganda that the tenure is three years should desist from such mission.

In a related development the umbrella body of all groups championing the Nigeria Presidency of Igbo extraction project the PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION, PANPIEC has saluted President Mohammadu Buhari for coming out open to disclaim those dropping his name against 2023 Presidency noting that it was a welcome development.
The Director of Media and Publicity of the group Prince Erondu Uche disagreed with the Igbo Peoples congress and the Igbo Aborigene that Ndigbo do not need the Presidency in 2023 noting that other Nigerians are now ready and committed to the Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction project and all Ndigbo need is to put their acts and house in order. He asked Nigerians not to take them serious as their opinion does not reflect the decision of Igbo in general.

Erondu noted that PANPIEC is reaching out to all power blocs in Nigeria and is assured that the mission will be realised in the interest and stability of the nation.
He said that PANPIEC would participate in the ADF convention at Owerri Imo state on 7th January and the WORLD IGBO SUMMIT AT UTURU on 3rd and 4th of January, 2020.

Press Release.

Season's Greeting From PANPIEC.

The Members of Board of Trustees and the National Executive Council of Pan Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction Coalition (PANPIEC), Wishes to Felicitate with PANPIEC Members and Christians all over the World as we Celebrate 2019 Christmas.

As we Celebrate, it is important that we copy and exhibit the Character of Jesus Christ who is the reason for the season.

We wish to thank all the Southeast Governors, South South Governors, Southeast Federal Lawmakers, South South Federal Lawmakers, Igbo leaders, Niger Delta leaders, Distinguished Yoruba, Fulani, Hausa and Middle Belt Leaders including other Ethnic Nationalities and Patriotic Nigerians who have been supportive towards achieving PANPIEC's goal which is to produce the next Nigerian President of Igbo Extraction come 2023.

We also wish to thank President Muhammadu Buhari for disassociating himself from third term agenda as earlier proposed by enemies of Nigeria. This move is a clear indication that the North is in support that an Igbo should take over from PMB in 2023.

Special thanks to all the sixty three political groups within and outside Nigeria who have voluntarily pledged their support and loyalty to PANPIEC and to those who totally collapsed their structures into PANPIEC and other Groups who are currently into negotiations with our officers across the globe we appreciate you.

To Christians in Nigeria and all over the World, let love be our watch word as God exhibited by sending His Son Jesus Christ to the World to set us free (John 3:16).

We Wish you Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year.

Signed;
Alhaji Aminu Mohammed
National Chairman.

Politics / Panpiec Media Chief Lambast Rev Okechukwu Obioha.threaten To Sue Him For Libel by Saintbossman: 5:23pm On Dec 18, 2019
PANPIEC PUBLICITY CHIEF UCHE ERONDU LAMBAST REV OKECHUKWU OBIOHA OF SEFORP2023 FOR USING GUTTER LANGUAGE ON PANPIEC . ASK HIM TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE VITUPERATIONS OR BE OSTRACISED FROM ALL PANPIEC ACTIVITIES.

The spokesman of the PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION, PANPIEC The umbrella body of all groups championing the Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction has called on one \Rev Okechukwu Obioha who claim to be leading the group known as SOUTH EAST FOR PRESIDENT 2023 Group for his unreverend comments against PANPIEC in a recent edition of sun newspaper.

Erondu who was visibly angry with Rev Obioha lambasted him for trying to be a clog in the wheel of progress accusing him of bringing fakery and religous double dealing into a serious project.

We are aware that these days some fake elements go by several titles deceiving unwary and gullible Nigerians . We shall not allow this man to do the same thing over a project that is dear to the heart of Nigerians especially of Igbo extraction, PANPIEC is for all Nigerians. The officers of the group are from all parts of Nigeria. Its not a sectional or localised group as the group Obioha claim to lead. Besides the groups collapsing into PANPIEC are doing so daily of their free will and we did not include his group .We wonder why he decided to expose himself and make the world put their searchlight on him by descending to this level of indiscretion, Erondu noted calling on him to apologize in the same sun newspaper within seven days or face legal actions for perjury and libel.

Erondu noted that PANPIEC is for a Nigeria President of Igbo extraction come 2023 and not Igbo President as the so-called Reverend claimed.
Chief Erondu warned Obioha not to joke with a very serious project which PANPIEC has come to represent and for which several Nigerians are keying in daily. HE NOTED that fifth columnists may be using Rev Obioha to scuttle the project but it would fail.
Politics / Ohanaeze Endorses Panpiec As Prince Erondu Thanks PMB For Shunning 3rd Term by Saintbossman: 5:02pm On Dec 18, 2019
PANPIEC VISITS OHANAEZE NDIGBO. ASSURE TO REALISE ITS OBJECTIVE IN 2023. THANK PRESIDENT MOHAMMED BUHARI FOR DISMISSING THOSE DROPPING HIS NAME FOR 2023.

The South East Chapter of the PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION PANPIEC on Tuesday, 17th December, 2019 paid an official courtesy call on the leadership and National Executive committee of Ohanaeze Ndigbo at its headquarters in Enugu.

The group led by its South East zonal Co-ordinator Chief Frank Obineme(Obuagudindu) thanked the leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo led by Barr Nnia Nwodo for his patriotism and leadership qualities which has made the group one of the most prominent and respected socio-cultural organisations in Nigeria.

Chief Obineme who led the powerful PANPIEC delegation from all Igbo states to the Ohanaeze leadership sought the blessings of Ohanaeze Ndigbo in its crusade for justice and equity in the political scene in Nigeria. He noted that the group is an umbrella group whose leadership is spread across all parts of Nigeria. According to him the President of the group is from the North and Secretary General from the South West. He stated that Nigerians at home and abroad are joining the group in mass because of what it stands for.

In their reply Ohanaeze Ndigbo leadership thanked the PANPIEC for their lofty objectives and encouraged them to ensure they do not make mistakes similar groups did in the past , deviating sometimes from their set objectives.
They assured the group of their support , even though its main plank is the restructuring of Nigeria.

The PANPIEC leadership promised to also visit the AREWA CONSULTATIVE FORUM, AFENIFERE, PANDEF AND other socio-cultural groups in Nigeria whom they had already written to.

In another development , the DIRECTOR OF MEDIA AND PUBLICITY OF PANPIEC Chief Uche Erondu has congratulated President Mohammadu Buhari for dismissing some politicians dropping his name and claiming he is supporting them for 2023. Chief Uche noted that the declaration is statesmanly .

Chief Uche was peeved by the antics of one Rev Okechukwu Obioha who claimed to be the leader of an amorphous group he tagged SEFORP2023 who used perjorative words on the umbrella body of all groups championing the Nigeria Presidency of Igbo extraction project in 2023 noting that PANPIEC is a Pan Nigeria group and not an Igbo group as the said Mr Obioha claimed.

Chief Uche noted that several groups have been collapsing their strucutures to PANPIEC after realising that the project is a Pan Nigeria one and not just South East one.
Chief Uche advised the said Obioha to mind the language he uses and his demeanour to avoid litigation and vowed that no amount of spoiler plan by Obioha and his co-travellers will affect the activities of PANPIEC which all Nigerians are keying in.
He advised Ndigbo not to do anything that would make other Nigerians to doubt their capacity to manage Nigeria affairs in 2023 and beyond.

Politics / Panpiec Appreciates Yoruba Who Lost Their Lives Protecting Igbo by Saintbossman: 1:32pm On Dec 09, 2019
The Director of Media and Publicity of Pan Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction Coalition (PANPIEC), Prince Erondu Uche has expressed his gratitude to the Yoruba nation. In a statement made available to news men today Monday 9th December 2019 PANPIEC Spokesman said that the good relationship existing between Yoruba and Igbo should not be truncated because of the actions of some crafty political leaders. The statement reads;

"I wish to appreciate the Yoruba Nation and correct the impression that they hate Igbo. Yoruba don't hate Igbo. It has been established that Igbo and Yoruba tribes have Ancestral link. I think this explains the love and mutual understanding that exist between the duo. Some Scholars argue that Yoruba love Igbo more than any other tribe in Nigeria. The long standing good relationship between them appears to have proved this assertion beyond doubt.

After the war, Igbo who left southwest as a result of the war returned aftewards to meet their businesses and possessions intact. In the whole of Yoruba land there was no abandoned property as experienced in other regions.
Thank you.

Professor Wole Soyinka's efforts to curtail the Nigeria civil war in 1967 resulted in his arrest and imprisonment without trial by the then federal military government. Wole Soyinka was in prison while the war lasted. A forty year old vibrant Major, Francis Adekunle Fajuyi from Ado Ekiti, Ekiti state died with his boss Gen. Johnson Aguiyi Ironsi. A death he chose. He was quoted to have said "for you to kill him, you must kill me first" a request that was granted. Only few could have done this. Lieutenant colonel Victor Adebukunola Banjo from Ogun state fought alongside Biafran Soldiers against Nigerian army and was executed in the process. Also the late popular Musician Fela Kuti was quoted in 1982 to have said that he supported Biafra. The list goes on. Yoruba nation has always identified with Igbo in time of need and Igbo reciprocates.

The handshake across the Niger had long begun. The cordial relationship that exist between Afenifere and Ohanaeze is part of it. Igbo and Yoruba have the highest number of inter tribal marriage in Nigeria. What this means is that Yoruba and Igbo have become one. An example is the Ondo state Governor, Akeredolu who is married to an Igbo. A lot of good relationships have been built over the years. Dr Tunde Ajayi a chief lecturer at the university of Nigeria Nsukka, political science department has an Igbo aid who has lived with him for more than twenty years. Ajayi Among other gestures shown to the Igbo man had built a house for him in Ebonyi state, he also foot the bills of his marriage ceremonies and mother's burial. There are yoruba families whose children bear Igbo names just like three of my yoruba friends named their sons after my name. Most Igbo bear Yoruba names as well. There are good personal relationships that exist between the average Igbo and Yoruba. Most Yoruba travel yearly with their Igbo friends to celebrate Christmas in Igbo land. We are also aware that over the years some governors in the southwest receive financial assistance during campaigns from their Igbo friends. Orji Uzor Kalu was instrumental to the emergence of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo as president in 1999. Orji confessed that he went with Ibrahim Babangida to Obasanjo's house to inform him of their plan to make him the president. He never had the intention of contesting the Presidential election. Igbo loved and voted massively for late MKO Abiola. About seventy percent of Yoruba Youths who do their NYSC in Igbo land do not wish to return home after service because of the love shown to them by their host communities, residents and friends they make there.

It is wrong for us to allow these good relationships to crumble because of few selfish individuals. Those who preach hate are worst. We cannot allow them to separate us from our families and friends. They do not help or add value to the poor masses who they claim to be defending. The little help you recieve comes from your fellow average or poor man. They only hack into our emotions and use us each time they feel threatened by their friends. They are friends because after their stage managed media fight, they still dine together openly. Each time their children wed, they would shun their political defferences and celebrate together while they instigate the poor masses against themselves. This must stop. Let every Igbo and Yoruba arise and see the manipulation that has been going on. These privileged turned selfish leaders are not wiser than most you.

I therefore advise Yoruba and Igbo leaders whose personal opinions form public debate to always promote the things that bind these two tribes together. Those who sow seed of discord should retire because these two tribes have been tied together by God and are evidently inseparable.

I wish to thank Hon.Kola Alayande the Secretary general of Pan Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction Coalition (PANPIEC), Gen.Ishola Williams (rtd), Fani Kayode and other notable Yoruba leaders for their unalloyed support for Igbo to produce the next Nigeria President".
