PANPIEC HAILS BUHARI AS PRINCE ERONDU UCHE MEETS MIDDLE BELT LEADERS ON 2023 PRESIDENCY.

The Director of Media and Publicity of Pan Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction Coalition (PANPIEC), the umbrella body for all the groups supporting Nigeria President of Igbo extraction in 2023 Prince Erondu Uche has condemned the violence that characterized Kogi and Bayelsa states gubernatorial elections, describing it as a threat to our democracy.

Addressing the Press shortly after a town hall meeting in Makurdi the Benue state capital on Thursday 21st of November 2019 the Spokesman of PANPIEC blamed the youths who he said instead of participating in governance allow themselves to be manipulated by desperate politicians.

On the motive for the town hall meeting, Prince Erondu said he was in Benue state to consult with major stakeholders in the state and Middle Belt at large on the need to support an Igbo to become President in 2023. He urged the people of Middle Belt to support the project for the sake of equity, justice and fairness, noting that it is the turn of Ndigbo to produce the next Nigeria President come 2023. He noted that Southeast and the Middle Belt have cordial relationship hence supporting this move will further strengthen the existing rapport between the duo.

While appreciating the recent two Middle Belt groups who joined and pledged their support and loyalty to PANPIEC during the town hall meeting, he said that PANPIEC is willing and will receive as many groups that wish to be part of the coalition. He also noted that joining the coalition does not disturb the activities of independent groups.

The PANPIEC Spokesman praised President Buhari for his political will to close the nation’s boarder noting that the closure will boost our economy. He also thanked the governor of Benue state Samuel Otorm for maintaining peace between famers and herders in the state.

The town hall meeting was well attended by top politicians from different political parties, traditional rulers, the clergy, women groups, youths and people from all works of life.

Also speaking in a dinner organized for PANPIEC Publicity chief, Comrade Innocent Kingsley N Abraham who spoke for the groups expressed their appreciation and readiness of the whole Middle Belt to support the project. He noted that zoning the presidency to Southeast is long overdue. "Igbo is the symbol of Nigeria unity because in every nuke and cranny of this country you will see Igbos residing peacefully, doing their legitimate businesses and developing their immediate environments" he said. He expressed his personal likeness for Prince Erondu whom he said he had taken as a role model.

Politics / Battle For 2023 Presidency, media Chat With PANPIEC Director Of Publicity by Saintbossman: 7:43pm On Nov 18, 2019
PRINCE UCHE ERONDU IS THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLICITY OF THE PAN NIGERIA
PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION, PANPIEC. IN THIS NO HOLDS BAR INTERVIEW
HE EXPLAINS THE PURPOSE OF THE GROUP AND HOW THEY SET TO ACHIEVE THEIR
AIM

QUESTION; Sir may we know the objectives of PANPIEC which is now a
house hold name in Nigeria.

ANSWER; PANPIEC is the acronym for PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO
EXTRACTION COALITION . Its main aim is to ensure good governance in
Nigeria by electing a Pan Nigerian Igbo man as President in 2023.

QUESTION; Why do you think its the turn of Igbos to produce Nigeria President.

ANSWER; Other parts of Nigeria have produced Nigeria President except
the Igbos . We believe for Nigeria to have lasting peace and stability
an Igbo has to be President. Let the thing go round before we now
decide whether to stop zoning of the office .

QUESTION; How do you hope to achieve your aim.
ANSWER' ; We are building a network and bridges all over the country to
achieve that. WE have several groups from all over the country in our
coalition and more are joining daily. We intend to make PANPIEC a
mass movement.

QUESTION; The other time some people in the North noted that power
would remain there even up to one hundred years . Also its known that
some Yorubas have interest in the position. What do you say to that

ANSWER; Well people can say what they like or grandstand the way they
want. The reality on ground is that Nigerians are tired of these
characters that want to keep us down for their selfish reasons. If the
nation must move forward , there must be political equity and don't
forget that PANPIEC has Nigerians from all works of life in the
group. Our National Co ordinator Aminu Muhammed is from the North and
our Secretary General Kola Alayande is from the West. Who is more
Northerner or Westerner than these distinguished Nigerians.

QUESTION ; What is the structure of PANCIEP like.

ANSWER; We have the National Executive Council, Zonal units, state
units, local government units , tertiary school units and ofcourse our
international units. We have a BOT that acts as ombudsman to the
organisation , two from each geo-political zones of the country and
Eminent Nigerians for that matter.

QUESTION; The apex Igbo group Ohanaeze Ndigbo said what Igbos are
interested is restructuring of Nigeria and not necessarily Igbo
Presidency. What is your take on that.

ANSWER; We call it Nigeria Presidency of Igbo extraction rather than
Igbo Presidency. In any case we are for anything that will make
Nigeria work for all her citizens. We do not disagree with Ohanaeze but
one of the Movers of PANPIEC Chuks Ibegbu is also the spokesman of
Ohanaeze Ndigbo so I do not think the group is uninterested in our
Worthy cause.

QUESTION; How do you hope to achieve your aim and who are the
Candidates you are targetting.

ANSWER; We are not targetting any candidate for now. At the right time, the right candidates will emerge and Nigerians will choose
among them. Our message for now is for all the political parties to
zone the Presidency to the South East in particular and Igbo land in
general . That is our message and we are consulting far and wide to
achieve this. We shall also see President Muhammadu Buhari on that
in the days ahead.

QUESTION; What is your message to Nigerians and Igbos for now

ANSWER; Ndigbo should build network and ask their best to come out at
the appropriate time to vie for the position. And we call on Nigerians
to identify with PANPIEC and support our programmes.

THANK YOU PRINCE ERONDU FOR FINDING TIME TO BE WITH US

ANSWER; You are welcome.

Alhaji Aminu Muhammed has emerged as the National Coordinator of The PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION PANPIEC . Addressing the Press in Abuja on Monday the 28th of October 2019 after a closed door meeting held by the Coalition, Alhaji Aminu said that the Project is not an Igbo project but Nigeria's Project.

The statement reads;

"Gentlemen and women of the fourth estate of the realm

I am pleased to welcome all of you to this august and inaugural Press chat by the PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION PANPIEC Ordinarily one would feel that its too early to start talking about 2023 Presidency and may be a distraction to the present administration.
However, even in advanced democracies, the end of one political mileage marks the beginning of another. It became necessary to start early enough though without fanfare for now in view of the utterances and comments from some quarters on the 2023 Presidency.

If we want the political and economic stability of Nigeria we need to support an Igbo to be Nigeria President in 2023. Other zones have produced Executive President of Nigeria and its only fair now if the Igbos produce one.
That am heading PANPIEC in this project is an evidence that its its a Nigerian project. Nigerians from all nook and cranny are in PANPIEC as you can see here.
THE Secretary General Kola Alayande is from the West. The Director of Organisation, is from the South South , The Director of Mobilisation and Contact is from the middle belt .Our Director of Publicity is from the South East, and am from the far North.
Its not an Igbo Project but a Nigerian project.
Our phase now and in the nearest future is sensitization of our people and there after we work on the likely candidates.

We shall be briefing the media on our activities in due course.
In no distant time we shall make open our relevant social media handle and other relevant information for all Nigerians to reach us. There are more than eleven organisations in our COALITION and its still open ended."

May God bless our nation as we seek to build a modern harmonious nation.

THANKS AND GOD BLESS

Education / Corps Member Opens First Library In Government Science School Kogi;By St Bossman by Saintbossman: 9:04am On Sep 28, 2019
Corps Member Opens First Library in Government Science School Lokoja, Donate Two Hundred Text Books

Towards the transformation and development of reading culture amongst students and attaining a better height, a Corps Member in Kogi State, Beckley Seun Samuel with state code number: KG/18C/0039 recently donated a library, stocked with 200 books to Government Science Secondary School Lokoja Kogi state.

According to Seun, the project was part of his personal community Development service project targeted towards birthing excellent technical science students, who will in turn transform their mental pictures to meaningful development. Oluwaseun said, “the project will aid concentration, increase interaction and motivate students to involve a dynamic approach to learning thereby encouraging personal development through reading of books both within and outside academic world”.

He added that, being a lover of education, he was determined to ensure at least the students have the opportunity to read a text book. He added that he was able to buy two hundred text books in the library with some seats for comfortability. He urged the students to make good use of the library and improve on their academic performance. He also urged the school to lead by example by ensuring they stock more text books in the library and always encourage the students to read them.
Seun believes that the project will tremendously develop the student’s learning capacity, mindset and practically and theoretically equip them effectively. “buying a text book nowadays looks almost like an impossible mission for parents due to the fact that most parents are not been paid as civil servants and likewise the difficulty in survival, so they find it difficult purchasing a textbook to aid the learning process of these students. In this wise, I thought it’s worthwhile to investment in building a library in the school which will afford these less priveledge ones the opportunity to develop their minds through reading of available materials from the library.

The state Coordinator of NYSC, Kogi state who was represented by the head of CDS Pastor Akiola James expressed gratitude to the Corps member for the knowledge to execute such a giant project; stressing that now students can be told to go to the library and read which was never said in the school prior to the execution of the project.

Politics / Xenophobic Attack; A Terrorist Group In the Making.Prince Erondu Uche warns by Saintbossman: 8:45am On Sep 11, 2019
A terrorist group may likely emerge as a result of the ongoing xenophobic attacks on Nigerians and other Africans in South Africa, if the situation is handled poorly. This was contained in a press statement made available to Newsmen on Tuesday 10th of September 2019 by Prince Erondu Uche, the Spokesman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Southwest.
The statement reads;

"The continuous xenophobic attacks on Nigerians and other African Nationals living in South Africa and the destruction of their properties should not to be treated with sloppiness by South African government. Most terrorist groups across the globe today began with violent protests which transmuted to world terror as a result of laxity or partial support from those in authority. When issues like these are not handled with seriousness, the protesters are vulnerable to being mind twisted by leaders of terrorist groups which may metamorphose into merger with existing group or the formulation of a new one. This menace if not curbed, South Africans could also be killing and maiming one another in the nearest future when other Africans have left.

The leaders of the organized violent attacks in South Africa have another hidden agenda which is yet to manifest. I foresee a terrorist group emerging from these attackers if this issue is treated with laxity. As Africa and her counterparts in the world are combating terrorism, it is important to adopt preventive measures.
I therefore call on South African government to rise to the challenge by bringing the attackers to book and pay compensation to the victims.

I wish to commend the Federal government, the National Assembly and all Nigerians at home and abroad who are standing against this devilish act. To those who cancelled their trips to South Africa in protest against the ongoing xenophobic attacks, you have displayed patriotism, history will not forget you. If this had been done earlier we would have saved our citizens. In this same manner, let us all tackle our internal security problems without playing blame game. I urge those who had engaged in the destruction and looting of businesses owned by South Africans to stop. Let us conduct our protest in civilized manner.

I also wish to call on the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) to settle amicably with Southeast governors and some people they have targeted to disgrace outside Nigeria. It is wrong for Igbo to be fighting themselves. Those exploiting the faceoff between IPOB and Southeast governors to cause more problems should desist. A divided Igbo is not in the interest of the Igbo nation."

"This is to alert the public on a rumor making round of a purported suspension of the state secretary of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Ondo state over misappropriation of fund. This news is fake, malicious and should be disregarded.

It is public knowledge that the secretary of an organization is not the chief accounting officer nor keeps money. More so before one could be suspended over such allegation, there should be evidence of such transaction. It is impossible to misappropriate fund that never existed. Those spreading this malicious rumor should be able to tell the public the source of the said fund, how and when I became the treasurer.
I also wish to refute the idea that I was interviewed by a reporter on this issue as such case against me does not exist.

The association after hosting Igbo day in December 2018 with over two hundred top politicians, captains of industries, philanthropists and notable businessmen in attendance claimed to be indebted. The request to make public the list of donors during the celebration led to this fake news. The general public should disregard this rumor mongers.
I am the state secretary and I am still carrying out my functions."
Politics / OHANAEZE Speaks On Igbo Origin by Saintbossman: 10:48am On May 13, 2019
OHANAEZE has urged those misleading the public with fake stories of Igbo origin to stop. The group also advised Igbo not to engage further in the debate of ownership of Ile Ife. In a s statement made available to Newsmen in Asaba Delta state on May 10, 2019 , the Spokesman for the group in the Southwest Prince Erondu Uche also accused some politicians of using the debate as a tool to further deprive Igbo their rightful positions at the national level. The statement reads;

"This press statement is necessitated by the numerous publications and reactions which have trailed the recent debate on Igbo origin, ownership of Ile ife and the relationship between Igbo and Yoruba tribes. Miscreants have used the intellectual clash and display of knowledge by Historians, Scholars, traditional Rulers and interested individuals on this subject matter to make unguided comments, especially on social media. Desperate Politicians on the other hand are also using it as a tool to work against Igbo.

It is important to note that Igbo know their origin, likewise the Yoruba and other tribes and ethnic groups in Africa. It is wrong for any tribe to claim superiority of knowledge of origin of another tribe more than the tribe in question. In the school of knowledge, no man is an island. What your father told you about my father would definitely differ from my father’s story about himself and his story is the truth.

Many scholars have written about the origin of the Igbo race. Some agree with each other while some disagree, but to an extent one can see a great similarity in all. Each Scholar or Researcher writes based on data he accessed. Most of the published materials on Igbo origin lack truth. The resultant effect is that those who read these fake materials are mislead. Another problem is the incomplete stories told by some old men most of whom were and are traditional rulers. Old age or title cannot be a determinant for truth, an old man or title holder who posses incomplete story would mislead his audience. Almost all reactions, comments and publications made on this subject within the last few weeks are based on these fallible sources.

I therefore advice all Igbo to stop all form of publications regarding this subject matter. Igbo know their origin. To politicians who have hijacked this debate in order to further deprive Igbo their due leadership positions at the national level, I urge you to desist from rewriting Igbo history to avoid the wroth of the gods.

No doubt Igbo and Yoruba are closely related and the two tribes know their root. No tribe in the world can tell the origin of another tribe more than the tribe in focus."

Politics / Ohanaeze; Employ The Services Of Nigerian Scholars To End Insecurity - Spokesman by Saintbossman: 7:19pm On Apr 14, 2019
The Spokesman for Ohanaeze in the Southwest Prince Erondu Uche has urged the Federal government to harness the potentials of notable Nigerian Scholars in ending the security challenges in Nigeria.
Addressing newsmen on Saturday the 13th of April 2019 shortly after a town hall meeting organized by Igbo National Stakeholders' Assembly(INSA) in Zaria, Erondu condemned the killing of innocent Nigerians.
The statement reads;

"The rising cases of insecurity in Nigeria has gotten to the peak where our political leaders should stop playing party politics and blame game to work together in order to end this menace.
The loss of lives of innocent Nigeria citizens on daily basis to insecurity is heart breaking. No nation can record any meaningful progress without peace. “The rate at which Nigerians die daily in Nigeria, accounts for the hostility and killings of Nigerians abroad”.

The fire brigade approach to solving security problems should be truncated. “It is wrong to be repeating an action and expect a different result”. The right approach is to look into the root cause of the problem, develop a pattern interrupt and finding a lasting solution to it.
This can only be achieved when those at the helm of affairs will shun nepotism and appoint people who are capable of bringing Nigeria out of this problem.

In order to win the war against insurgency and other security challenges in Nigeria, we need the employment of the services of Distinguished Scholars especially in the field of Political Science, Peace and Conflict studies, Sociology, Psychology and Religion. The wealth of experiences of these Professionals would solve this problem as witnessed in developed nations. To win this war, both short and long term plans are required.

It is high time our leaders begin to exploit the abundant human resources available in Nigeria. The war against insecurity could be won when we use the right approach."

Politics / OHANAEZE; Prince Erondu Uche Admonishes Aisha Buhari On Mothers' Day by Saintbossman: 7:51pm On Mar 31, 2019
FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PUBLICITY SECRETARY OHANAEZE NDI-IGBO SOUTHWEST
31/03/2019.
PRESS RELEASE.

I wish to felicitate with Christian mothers in Nigeria as they mark 2019 “Mothers’ day”.
I want to thank Nigeria women for their role in nation building.
This is a time to remember Nigeria’s past and present heroines who have made the nation proud by contributing their quota in different fields. This is also a time for all to condemn and resist violence against women, rape, injustice and other related maltreatment.

Government at all levels and political parties should include more women in both elective and appointed positions. Majority of our women who have been given the opportunity to serve Nigeria have proved that they could be trusted. The education of the girl child should be taken serious by parents.

It is also important to remind women as they celebrate “Mothers day” the responsibility of training their children and wards to be good citizens of Nigeria. When children lack good home training, they join cult groups, terrorist group or engage in illegalities. “Every human is a product of his or her home or the society”. I therefore encourage mothers to instill discipline in their children in order for us to have a better society.

Wife of the president, wives of state governors, Philanthropists and NGOs who run social welfare programmes for rural women, should take these projects to the rural areas where these people reside in order to reach the target audience. In most cases well to do women who live in the cities hijack these projects.

Politics / OHANAEZE; Way Out Of Building Collapse In Nigeria By Prince Erondu Uche by Saintbossman: 7:21am On Mar 31, 2019
FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PUBLICITY SECRETARY OHANAEZE NDI-IGBO SOUTHWEST
27/03/2019.
PRESS RELEASE.

The rate of building collapse recently in Nigeria is alarming. It therefore calls for urgent intervention by stakeholders in the field, in order to avert further lost of lives and properties. All building collapse recorded in Nigeria are all avoidable incidents, unlike other countries where the root cause are majorly natural disaster. These tragic occurrences are either caused by the use of substandard building materials, lack of maintenance culture, expired structures and employment of the services of quacks in building profession.

It is therefore important and urgent that the federal and state government respectively should set up special task force to monitor compliance of standard set for building in each region. This task force should also fish out structures due for renovation or demolition across the states. A law stipulating stiff punishment for owners of such structures and builders should be enacted as soon as possible.

National Orientation Agency, the Press and other media practitioners should educate the masses on the need for all to rise up against this menace. A toll free number should be provided by National Emergency Management Agency for people to call and report builders who use substandard materials, buildings due for renovation or demolition.

Nigeria has lost more than enough of her citizens to insurgency and clash between farmers and herders. Further reduction of our population and destruction of properties by building collapse is unacceptable and should be resisted by all.

I wish also to console the families of the victims of building collapse in Nigeria. May God grant you the fortitude to bear this avoidable loss and may the souls of these victims find eternal rest amen.

Signed;
Prince Erondu Uche.

Politics / OHANAEZE SOUTHWEST Mourns Debe Ojukwu Son Of Ikemba Nnewi by Saintbossman: 10:48am On Mar 15, 2019
FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PUBLICITY SECRETARY OHANAEZE NDI-IGBO SOUTHWEST.
15/03/2019.
PRESS RELEASE.

The death of Chief Sylvester Debe Odumegwu Ojukwu, the son of Late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu is a colossal loss to all Igbo. “Akpunwa Omekannaya”as he was popularly called who died at his prime age was a good patriotic Igbo who followed the footsteps of his father. The progress and interest of all Igbo was his top priority.

It is disheartening to note that some Igbo icons and legends that were to play vital roles in the development of Igbo nation are leaving the centre stage at this critical time when they were most needed. His contributions to the welfare of Ohanaeze in the Southwest will be missed.

As his body will be laid to rest in Anambra state this weekend, I urge our youths to emulate the good examples he exhibited while he was alive. He was a peace maker who believed and fought for the unity of all Igbo at home and abroad. Seventy percent of his time was dedicated to service of humanity.

Ohanaeze Southwest has concluded arrangements to immortalize his name, I therefore advice other zones to do same.
May God grant his immediate family and all Igbo the fortitude to bear this irreparable trouncing and may his gentle soul rest in peace amen.

Politics / OHANAEZE; The Sufferings Of Ndi-igbo Will Increase If You Boycott 2019 Election. by Saintbossman: 1:21pm On Feb 07, 2019
FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PUBLICITY SECRETARY OHANAEZE NDI-IGBO SOUTHWEST
06/02/2019.
PRESS RELEASE.
After a critical analysis of the importance of the 2019 general election to the Igbo nation, the Southwest executive council of Ohanaeze Southwest (SWEC) decided to meet in order to make sure that all eligible Igbo indigenes who have their PVCs would participate actively in the forthcoming general elections.
The marginalization and unfair treatment against Ndi-Igbo from Nigerian government since after the civil war has gotten to the peak where even gods weep for Ndi-Igbo. The federal government has mercilessly dealt with the Igbos all these years. The only federal presence felt in Igbo land is that of Law enforcement agents. The agitations going on in every part of the country is as a result of the failure of our leaders to unite the nation as one.
This marginalization and exclusion from power can only be corrected when we all use our PVCs wisely. The call to boycott the 2019 general election by members of IPOB is unacceptable and is targeted at increasing the sufferings of Ndigbo. We therefore call on Igbos to disregard the call by IPOB to be disfranchised. Our failure to use our PVCs to decide who rules Nigeria will bring more sufferings to our people.
We hereby encourage all Igbos to come out in mass and vote during the forthcoming election. Anyone who loves Igbo land is expected to come out participate in the election. “The way to move forward in life is to physically and spiritually move forward, while the way to retrogress is to move backward”.
Finally, Igbos are advised to vote candidates on merit, reject imposition and intimidation and protect their votes.

Signed;
Prince Erondu Uche.

Politics / Spokesman For Ohanaeze Southwest Replies Willie Obiano, Demands Apology by Saintbossman: 5:18pm On Jan 27, 2019
FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PUBLICITY SECRETARY OHANAEZE NDI-IGBO SOUTHWEST.

27TH JANUARY 2019.

PRESS RELEASE.

I am making this press release at my personal capacity as the Spokesman for Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo Southwest, Nigeria.

I condemn in entirety the derogatory and imprudent statement credited to Willie Obiano, the executive governor of Anambra state, against the venerated Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo and our highly respected and fearless leader, Nnia Nwodo. Such statement coming from a serving governor who has benefited so much from Ohanaeze can best be described as a sign of ingratitude.

It is quite untoward and disappointing to note that a man who is shining today as a result of the solid foundation laid by Peter Obi had the effrontery to insult Ndi-Igbo because of the same man.

Based on the reactions emanating from the endorsement of Atiku's candidature by Ohanaeze, I want Nigerians and the world to note that;

1. The decision by Imeobi to endorse Atiku/Obi was unanimously done.
2. The endorsement is for the best interest of Ndi-Igbo, which is above any personal interest.
3. Ohanaeze under the leadership of Nnia Nwodo is not divided but one indivisible entity.

I also wish to remind the executive governor of Anambra state, Willie Obiano that as a leader, the interest of the people comes first, irrespective of party affiliation. I therefore demand;
1. Immediate public withdrawal of the said statement.
2. A written apology addressed to Ohanaeze and Nnia Nwodo respectively, which must be published in the national dailies.
3. Do not allow your personal conflict with Peter Obi, your personal interest and ambition to negatively affect the collective interest of Ndi-Igbo and their greater good.

Finally, I wish to encourage our able leader, Nnia Nwodo to disregard the statement and continue to remain focused.

Signed;
Prince Erondu Uche.

Politics / 2019 Election; Concerned Citizens of Abia in Diaspora CCAD Donates free buses by Saintbossman: 10:04am On Jan 06, 2019
World Press Conference of Concerned Citizens of Abia in Diaspora (CCAD), held On January 5th 2019 in Akure Ondo State Nigeria.

National leaders of CCAD, Zonal and State Coordinators of CCAD, gentlemen of the press, good day.

The Political developments in recent time in Nigeria and Abia state in particular and the need for more political awareness and participation in Abia is the rationale for this Press conference.

The high number of uncollected PVCs at INEC offices Nationwide calls for concern. The end result is that Citizens disfranchise themselves from partaking in the voting process, thereby deny the Nation their Constitutional obligations of electing good leaders.
Ironically, this same people want good governance but do not participate in producing the desired leadership. "The best time to plant a tree is twenty five years ago, the second best time is now".

I therefore urge all Abians at home and abroad who are yet to collect their PVCs to do so without further delay.

I also wish to use this medium to advice Abians to shun violence before, during and after the election and not to get involved in the act of vote buying and selling.

Research has shown that most Electorate in diaspora who registered in their indigenous states may not be able to vote in such areas because of the cost implications involved after returning from the just concluded Christmas and New year celebrations.

In order to encourage Abia state indigenes Igbo Land who want to vote in Abia, I am going to provide free transportation for the excise.

All eligible voters who registered and have their PVCs will enjoy free ride to and fro.

To access this offer, Abians are to link up with their State/Zonal Coordinators of Concerned Citizens of Abia in Diaspora (CCAD) in their area.

In conclusion, i want to assure Abians in Diaspora that we would be actively involved in this year's general election in Abia state.

Long live Abia God's own state!

Politics / Blood of gods on the Altar of Politics; Written By Prince Erondu Uche by Saintbossman: 6:52am On Jun 18, 2018
A Poem Dedicated to Africa.
Title; Blood of gods on the altar of Politics.
Poet; Prince Erondu Uche.
Published Date; June 18, 2018.

I am a king and everlasting kingmaker!
I ruled in two dispensations, I enthrone and dethrone.
A feast for the lizards does anyone who fetches firewood full of ants host.

Wait!
Where were you when the barrel of machine guns were my errand boys?
Early graves were the portion of those who challenged me. The twelfth day in the sixth month i created as a day of worship before sycophants Skyjacked it. What you call corruption today in my days was chop I chop.
I still have the power of my country in my hands!

The atmosphere was tensed as thunderstorm had a romantic parley with darkness. The earth shook, the sun and the moon fled while the stars went into hiding. All creatures stood still in fear as these gods challenged themselves.

I hold the four aces!
Do not forget we grew up together, and I hold your secrets in my palms. Fools go where angels fear to tread.

Keep quiet!
I am not as notorious as you are, but I have my allies everywhere!
Your acrobatic displays are my handiwork. I set the stage for the one corner dance.
If not for my making, how on earth would people be forced to be happy on empty stomach.
I am the greatest of all!
I gave you poverty as a tool, the uninformed as weapons and shameless aged as mercenaries. My recycling technique I coded and permanently shut the door. I erected the altar of disunity, egocentricity and penury for the so called leaders of tomorrow. I realise how powerful I am each time they take sides, kill and destroy themselves, while we wine and dine together before their blind open eyes.

Fear and anger engulfed my sanity as I watched from my hiding, the clash of the dark nation's tormentors.

Our independence was negotiated to suit those we call our patriots. Beneficiaries of the current impunity talk like parrots. Our political arena is full of harlots.

They lie when they say we love you, a circle of recycled consortium who enjoy the suffering of their people. They invade our privacy and rape our morals daily for a morsel of bread.

My clueless town has been turned into clown town. The elites are divided.
The qualified are disqualified because of dollar notes.
Our young men willingly become infants, while the vibrant ones have been bewitched to accept African endless tomorrow.
The electorate are helpless. The devil you know is better than the angel you do not know becomes an option. But for how long?

As the thunder struck again, through the flash I could see another gladiator boasting sarcastically.
Blood will spill if my wish is not granted!

Yes, blood will spill indeed, but this time, it will be the blood of gods for the cleansing of our land.

Shouts of joy, Christmas lights aglow in the sky,
Men with gold teeth merry as
Farmlands turn to burial grounds.

Politicians from the desert join soldiers who escort cows in meetings, held inside a rock they call power house.

Give a cup of salt to him, and
Pour a thousand litres of water on him, they say over a table full of impunity.

I saw Pythons dancing in broad daylight, crocodiles left their dwelling bunks, only to be smiling under our street light.
The rule of law is failing,
Sycophants are flattering and God is watching.

Can somebody please wake Fela up,
The living saint whispers.
Yes we need a voice! the man they call bossman shouts from the background.

She groans cynically as the question echoes from the corridor of power.
Who shot my cow? I don't joke with my pet!

Who shot my cow? He asked again.

She began to weep frenziedly.
Who are you? I asked with empathy.
I am a Nation where cows are valued more than Humans, she reluctantly replied.
