. His sack is long over due, there have been many lives lost from plane crashes that would have been avoided, if only he was on top of his job. He compromised a lot. It's not tribal related. . |
Ngwakwe: Mr. Joyce Nkemakolam congratulations.^^^^^ Well said. . |
. What's the present score? . |
. We are waiting for him to start the process. . |
biafran soul: Coming in from Asaba this morning, I noticed that the River Niger bridge the connects the West and Old Eastern region is seriously vibrating and may collapse soon. The traffic on the already weakened old bridge is also a great concern even as the expansion ridges are already weakened by wear and tear. With the way things are now, the bridge may give way soon if nothing drastic is done about it.^^^^^^ The second Niger bridge should be federal govt. top priority, this is to avoid cutting off Eastern part of the country. . |
. What's the update on the guy? The govt. need to set example with some of their sponsors to scare others. . |
. There would be amnesty for Boko Haram. What are they killing / fighting for? Anybody who supports or ask for amnesty to be given to Boko Haram, should be executed , for his / her family to know what those that lost their family members experienced. . |
Biafra rep: FALLACY! What swing votes are you blabbing about? The fact is that Igbos have a bigger voting block than the Yorubas, the Igbos make up over 95% of the 5 south east states, one half of Lagos state, 4O% of Abuja, 1/3 of Kano city, and equally has considerable population in many other states of the federation. The Igbos largely contributed to the success of GEJ with their block vote!^^^^^ You are right. . |
chukwudi44: Dayo like I said earlier we will meet again after the elections.who told you non-yorubas only stay on the island? Have you gone to mushin, okoko, festac and its environs.abeg u guys should not make me laugh too hard^^^^^^ He knows the truth, but would want to drag you around. Next election or a census before next election would straighten some facts. . |
chukwudi44: I de laugh like obasnjo. Was Bakare not buhari's running mate in the last elections? Why didn't the yorubas vote for him? Dayo you really amaze me with your sentimantal analysis. You really believe yorubas make up 80% of lagos? Have you heard the popular saying "lagos is no man's land" how do you think that came about.Lagos like Kadunna is too cosmopolitan and the chances of any of the presidential aspirants securing more than 60% of votes there would be very slim. You will just have to hold me to my words and if it pleases God to keep us alive, we will both reanalyse the results of the 2015 elections in the light of this statements.^^^^^ The highest may be 50% Yoruba, which is also in doubt. Though, Igbos are more than 40% of Lagos population. . |
Sincere 9gerian: Fantastic! This action will make it clear to all and sundry that the govt is irrevocably committed to transforming the power sector. Those still resisting the reforms should either join the moving train or they'll soon be crushed.^^^^^ Amen. . |
. This would highly reduce unemployment in Aba ( Abia State ). The bigger target is likely to export to other African countries, meaning more revenue. . |
. Nice move and good thinking. . |
. Huh! . |
. El Rufai, what have you an other Northern leaders done to stop Boko Haram? There would be no amnesty for Boko Haram, you and others in the North should put that in your skulls. What is BH fighting / killing for? . |
ilugunboy: Heheeheee....why are you whining over a well deserved punishment....you are lucky, Afam ban Yorubas for longer period.^^^^^ He's saying both of them should be banned. The person that started the name calling wasn't banned, injustice. . |
. Nwanne, awu m full time Enyimba. Enyimba is my no1 home club. Enyi na ga anyi sogi n'azu. ( x 3 ) Onye ga abu onye isi oche, Enyimba ga abu onye isi oche. Enyi na aga anyi so gi n'azu. . |
dafnna: in 2015, northerners will be desperate to pull back power to their region.^^^^^^ Then advice APC to use Christain / Christain as their candidate. And the presidential candidate must also be from the South, we've had enough of the North. There must be two Christians that can move the nation forward, ok? . |
. Keep dreaming, is Buhari the best APC can offer? . lacasa: Buhari/Fashola, Oshiomole or Rochas |
PointB: My candid advice to APC: Pick Rochas as your presidential candidate and pair him with a muslim from the North. Pitch it as strategy to re-unite the country. 8 years later power can go back to the North^^^^^ Well said, or any other person from SE. SS / SE are wise now, and don't forget that SS have learnt their lesson. . |
. APC is a tool that the North want to use and return to power by all means, through the aid of SW. We already know who their presidential candidate and VP are. One thing is certain, believe it or leave it, Muslim / Muslim ticket can't win election in present and even future Nigeria equation. . |
thelastPope: Isn't it so shameful to hear that in 2013, 53 years after independence, a set of idiotas up north are sitting down to look for a vice presidential candidate having concluded that they will produce the president and some other set of idiotas down south are actually waiting to be chosen to do the yes-man hatchet job. Some people don't even have any sense of pride. How repugnant is this? Pitiful slave mentality! What in the world makes the lousy foools think it is their right to produce the president? If Oshiomole ever accept such crap, he will loose my respect! Why can't he be the president himself?^^^^^^ 1000+ likes . |
Rexxie: HAVE SOMEBODY TAKEN THE TIME TO IMAGINE WHATS GONNA BE LIKE IF GOD FORBIDS IT,THE OIL DRIES UP?! AND THE ATTEDANT DISASTERS LIKELY TO FOLLOW! OUR DESTINY MUST BE TAKEN FROM THE HANDS OF THE EVIL HAWKS,THE DOG MUST BE CHASED AWAY FROM THE MANGER...REVENUES FROM NPA TINCAN AND APAPA WHARF AND VAT IN LAGOS ALONE CAN GO A LONG WAY IN CATERING FOR DIRE NEEDS IN THE WEST,BUT WHERE DOES THE LARGER CHUNK GO? TAKE A LOOK AT THE WORKERS OF A PARTICULAR AGENCY AT TINCAN 1ST GATE PUTTING ON DARK DULL GREEN OVERALL AND YOU SEE 90% OF THEM ALL WITH THAT DAMN TRIBAL FACE SCRATCH IDENTIFIABLE TO ONLY ONE REGION....IF WE GONNA GO LIKE THIS,THEN 2014 IS CURTAINS....ITS TO YOUR TENTS!^^^^^^ For sure oil would finish one day. Each reservoir has a lifespan, the more reason the South must start thinking ahead now. . |
. I'm 100% sure you are not from SS. They sent you huh? Tell them you people's seed of betrayal ( hate ) doesn't work again. SS have learnt their lesson and is better informed now. SS know who their real enemies are ( you and the North) . ijaw citizen: Why do you igbos like combining South-South & South-East when such issues are being discussed? You try to create the impression to other nigerians that igbos and other South-south groups are politically and culturally homogenous, and this is very wrong. Stop spreading Biafra propaganda, Niger Delta has come of age, you can't just annex our territory anymore |
Billyonaire: Injustice done to us all by few Northern elites has reached Utopia, Bayelsa 8 LGAs, Kano 44; North = 83% oil wells. Military, mostly Northerners. Weapon depot in the North. Is Tinubu aware of all these ? Is Amaechi aware ?^^^^^ Ask them and other Nigerians. . |
. GEJ please, grow some balls and correct the anomalies. . |
. The North took the cheating on other regions too far. Oil ( blocks, wells ) must be returned to the people that owns the land. The South should be fighting for 100% resource control, not even PIB. The federal govt. doesn't share from the Nothern agricultural produce nor do each state & LGs given monthly allocation from money derived from such sale. All the regions must have equal number of States & LGs, else scrap them and go back to regionalization Consideration for power to return to the North, must be towards 2027. . |
peleson: We do not want federal character in oil fields, the owners of the land oil is found owns the oil PERIOD. Niger delta do not share agric lands in the North.^^^^^ + 1000 likes . |
But Ojukwu instructed you backstabbing, greedy bastards to vote for IBB against Jonathan, right? We saw how you greedy i'diots were ready to sell your souls to IBB against your so-called eastern brother, when Ojukwu openly asked ibos worldwide to vote for IBB against Jonathan in 2010.
^^^^^^ Read only, if you don't have something reasonable to say, huh? And, who did SE vote for? What was the INEC recorded %tage for GEJ in SE? Listen you people propaganda will never work again on SE / SS. There's no amount deceit that would confuse any SS/SE person. . |
thelastPope: There is nothing that can tarnish the north's image more than almost 50 years of misrule, plunder and wanton destruction of Nigeria while chanting one Nigeriya! The north has done a good job of that. No one needs to do more.^^^^ Gbam . |
