If you did not demands that everyone who has nominated a candidate prove his/or her ethnicity, I believe you should count my nomination ASAP. There is no reason to introduce unnecessary discrimination into this process. You counted my nomination during the last election but decided not to count it now, why? Do you make rules and their interpretations as if you are a dictator?

At a minimum, you need to define what a "fit and proper" Igbo means and how you determined that those whose nominations were accepted are fit and proper Igbo. I challenge you to objectively answer my questions or your process will remain a charade.[/quote]^^^^^

alex101: I will advise the electoral committee and umu Igbo to be weary of impostors posing as Igbo. I will also like to see more folks offering themselves for service to Ndigbo too. I know we're all busy, but the sacrifice will worth it. I learnt the true meaning sacrifice when I saw the movie "Lord of the ring" (fellowship of the ring). It gets to a time when you can ask no more of a person that has done so much for you, even to the point risking his/her life for a cause. You just have to know when to step in, even when it's inconvinient/risky for you. Again, I will limit my postings on this thread and increase my "observership". Dalu nu ummunem.

I wanted to settle for Alex101 earlier, though I thought he was planted because, I don't really know how much he visits NL.

The aspect of being active is very important, else the Eze must have very strong delegates to follow events up.

On their mind sets as regards issues, it seems Alex101 has more comprehensive concept needed by Ndi Igbo.

Dede1: I honestly agree with you on everyday show of Eze Ndigbo Nairaland election sucks. This is one among reasons Ndigbo community on Nairaland should be shroud and meticulous in electing a figure.
