yes it is, you unplugged your device few minutes ago and barely or haven't used any battery consuming app, the percentage will reduce once you start running battery consuming apps on the device.

if you face the issue on a single sim then it is network, but facing it on both sims might be a bug.

You misunderstood me. I made an estimate based on my game time. It took 3 hours of gaming to lose 33% it doesn't a genius to estimate how much performing the same task will deplete 66%.

have you ever wondered why most gaming smartphones come with a cooling fan? some budget devices can't even handle heavy usage, I once tried running killzone: liberation on my redmi 7 via ppsspp, the game was lagging but it was manageable I played for some minutes and my device froze up (hook) until I held down the power button for 15 secs... maybe he should try utilising the split screen feature on his device and see if he can achieve 15hrs sot.
