There is this guy, we dated for 2 years before he traveled abroad (Italy) 2019. Our relationship was going on well even when he traveled out, we were always calling each other on video calls everyday. I was so faithful to him.

Suddenly (last year March), he started avoiding me. He could go for months before he replies my calls or chats.
Atleast no matter how busy you are, you can always spare 1 minutes of your time with the person you claim you love.

Please note, he's always online, We do video calls mostly on WhatsApp and anytime I try to reach him on video call or send him a message.... it always ring and deliver but he won't pick or reply.

Here are my reasons why I'm so confused whether to move on with my life or not.

1) Although before he started avoiding my calls, he told me he was busy... that he was working on something (but he never disclosed the particular "thing" to me)

2) We were supposed to get married as planned last year August. But this is May 2022 and absolutely nothing is in progress about it.

3)I discussed with his friend about it and he told me he's in a relationships over there. (I don't know if to believe him or not, because he didn't show me proof)

Now, it been a year I'm enduring his character. I feel like I'm stuck alone in this relationship. Heaven knows I haven't offended him in any way. I wish he could open up to me and tell me what I was doing wrong so that I could adjust. OR he should just tell me he's in a relationship so that I could move on.

I plan visiting his elder sister this weekend and explain to her the issue on ground but on a second thought I think I'm too forward. I'm jst confused and I feel hurt.

If you see another man who is serious around you please marry him, I don't think you can compete with Italian women.

Trust you guys are having a nice day, had to switch monikers to post this here. So I moved to a new appartment in February. It's quite expensive for the location but it's a good place. I graduated recently but I'm yet to go for service.

Down to the crux of my post, I can't seem to get my next door neighbor out of my head, when I moved in, I resolved to focus on my craft without entertaining distractions from external forces. She's pretty, around my age range and drives a car, Initially I was indifferent towards her but anytime I have a conversation with her, I get sucked in. I am always indoors (almost as if I'm never at home) , so recently a neighbor came around to check on me, he complained about the fact that I rarely associate with the other guys in the appartment, my neighbor (the lady) bumped into us discussing and she joined the conversation, she had a lot of positive things to say about me , about how she was grateful for having me as her next door neighbor, talked about how the other guys have been sending unsolicited messages to her on WhatsApp and swore that she wouldn't give in to their advances, I jokingly retorted that I was going to swap rooms and she said if I do that she will move out. I never chat her up on WhatsApp, few times we had a discussion on WhatsApp she initiated it, most times to ask about things in the appartment when she's not around and when I respond, she replies with the "blushing emoji" . I was indifferent about her but lately I find myself thinking about her, she made allusions to the fact that we're all adults, asked about the kind of girls I like and so many other questions that hinted towards her liking me. She's really pretty, has all the physical attributes I want in a lady. She also said I have a likeable personality.

I'm confused, I don't want a relationship, I'd like to be friends with her but she's my next door neighbor and I don't want to do anything to jeopardize my stay here.

I would never quote a female troll to try reasoning with her and stuff, but in that scenario I saw an opportunity to teach the house something and it worked.

What I did proved a very important point to the house which is: "WOMEN ARE ALL EMOTIONS AND ZERO LOGIC" hence shouldn't be taken seriously.

The female (who not so long ago was tagged intelligent) was typing big english and feeling brilliant, but few minutes later I had her crying and fighting because I said everyone is going to die, I guess she taught she will live forever until I quoted her... Trust me she was ridiculed after that event and ran away in shame.

And also, let's not forget how quickly I ended my conversation with her... When we have scenarios where guys here engaged trolls for more than one page.
