This issue of TSA is having a negative effect on education. When universities had a little bit of autonomy, they were better funded. TSA would have been good if the federal government is ready to fund education. Imagine the total budget for education in Nigeria! I pray our government realises the importance of health and education soon.

Before the implementation of TSA, with all funds universities collected from government it ended in few people's pocket. Those VCs' and top university Dons are thieves. So, don't blame the TSA for this, blame the corruption in Nigerian universities.
