I am from that local government you mentioned and I'm a teacher as well. I can tell you factually that almost all the schools comply even that ADS you mentioned have to sent some of their students back to their various houses because they are not putting on their nose mask.

Thank God they are all complying. I served my 1year in Saki. Beautiful town. It good that they are taking it seriously and not just normal Nigerian eye service.

But what am referring to is the fact that, many seemed to agree that the pictures of the University of Ghana we saw was by far better than most of the Nigerian universities. But some Nigerian universities like BUK, UI etc also had great great pictures. Am not one of those to think that anything foreign is better than anything Nigerian. But we must give Nigeria credit where it due and a hard knock where it failing. Infact I once saw a trend on Twitter about people from Zimbabwe or so, hailing Nigerian's rail system. So, it not only in Nigeria that citizens talk down on their own country....

Even some health workers attached to the governor test positive. It no joke. But those doubting can always be more careless than a typical Nigerian has been since the lifting of lockdown.
